Dept. of Education breaks down Stockton mans door
STOCKTON,
CA - Kenneth Wright does not have a criminal record and he had no
reason to believe a S.W.A.T team would be breaking down his door at
6 a.m. on Tuesday.
"I look out of my window and I see 15 police officers," Wright said.
Wright
came downstairs in his boxer shorts as a S.W.A.T team barged through
his front door. Wright said an officer grabbed him by the neck and led
him outside on his front lawn.
"He had his knee on my back and I had no idea why they were there," Wright said.
According
to Wright, officers also woke his three young children ages 3, 7, and
11 and put them in a Stockton police patrol car with him. Officers then
searched his house.

The U.S. Department of Education issued the search and called in the S.W.A.T for his wife's defaulted student loans.

Could it be, that there is some kind of 'big fraud', here involving the estranged wife and the student loan program? There is great effort in 'take down' raids that Law Enforcement must plan and design, way before the event occurs. You must remember, the agents had to start getting ready for this raid at least by 3am to get to the residence and break down the door at 6am. Many clearances had to be approved by upper management in the Police Department, and the Federal Agency involved. Just like a drug bust, these raids are drawn out, planned and verified through the Legal Department of each division also. So, there is something we are not being told, or the Man in the video is lying. As stated, the Police department deny's breaking down the door, or holding the man for 6 hours. There would be neighbors present who could at least verify the amount of time this man was held in his underwear in the police car outside the home. I just can't see this story being the absolute truth as presented. Will have to wait and see, mark this comment-see if I'am right.
Prayerfully,there is WAY more to it.
As for Action Jacksons assertions, one way to get truth, is INTERVIEW the kids.Children tend to tell the truth, unless gotten to by family first.

Listen to the end of the video. The police state 'They did not break in his door, he was never put in handcuffs'. Now, somebody is lying here, there are witnesses somewhere who can validate what is true and what is not. No one was interviewed except Mr. Wright. I am not 'siding with anyone'. The police state did deliver a warrant. The door is busted down. No one keeps kids in a home with no door knob and lock. You may want to believe in your prescious police, that they are all good and warm and softy, that they would never, ever do anything wrong. I think the Stockton police are saying "we didn't kick in his door" and that's correct. They just watched while the dept. of education SWAT team did.

they should have reported the 6 hours of over time that the Goobermint is going to be backcharged by the City / County for use of all 20 people..
