SWAT RAID

Has it come to this?

Dept. of Education breaks down Stockton mans door

STOCKTON,
CA - Kenneth Wright does not have a criminal record and he had no
reason to believe a S.W.A.T team would be breaking down his door at
6 a.m. on Tuesday.

"I look out of my window and I see 15 police officers," Wright said.

Wright
came downstairs in his boxer shorts as a S.W.A.T team barged through
his front door. Wright said an officer grabbed him by the neck and led
him outside on his front lawn.

"He had his knee on my back and I had no idea why they were there," Wright said.

According
to Wright, officers also woke his three young children ages 3, 7, and
11 and put them in a Stockton police patrol car with him. Officers then
searched his house.

Check out the rest here...

And they weren't even there for him...

The U.S. Department of Education issued the search and called in the S.W.A.T for his wife's defaulted student loans.

We are in real trouble here folks.

I am afraid that we are beyond the point of return...

"And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward."
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Oh how history will mock us.  Americans heavily armed and we will go as quietly and calmly as Hindu cattle into that good night.  Well assuming the oligarchy runs a red up as figure head.  The good old boys would gleefully get on the trucks to the camps if a man with a good haircut and Texas accent told them to.

I didn't call anything.  They announce it with glee.  I just have ears to hear.  If a butcher is telling me how he is going to carve up a cow I have no reason to doubt him, and should not be called a seer if he cuts up the cow in that manner.  Would be nice if the majority could hear, but such is the world we live in.  Hell the enforcers would do well to know the history.  Turns out the enforcers mortality rate is shockingly high, and not from dissenters, but the oligarchy loves to murder their own minions.  One only has to look at the life of a guard in the Soviet Gulag, could easily go from guard to prisoner.

the US Government will need to build thousands of new prisons and will need to hire and train hundreds of thousands of armed bill collectors and IRS agents -

can i get in on the IPO ?

Screw that, .223 isn't much better .vs body armor plus even if it does penetrate, it has lost enough velocity to make the terminal ballistics marginal.  Make sure you know where the family is an start blasting with some good ol' .308.  It will easily deal with body armor.

I have no reason to fight.  I am not involved in anything illegal.  I would smile while they violated my rights, and inform them that I will be hiring an attorney and suing the fuck out of the dept.

Until I hear about SWAT taking people off to FEMA camps I won't be fighting any 6 on 1 battles.

And then you'll wake up to reality, when the Judge throws your case out b/c the SWAT team was just doing their jobs (and perhaps awards attorney fees against you).  This has already been happening in America.  And even if you win, your damages will be small - like successful plaintiffs have found out.

But yes, like you, I won't be fighting any gun battles.  No reason to get killed over it.

Ever been in a gunfight hotshot? You telling me 6 guys in tac vests with MP5s, flashbangs, and all the backup in the world is no big deal for an 80's cliche action hero like you?

At this point people arent being rounded up, not yet anyways.  I'm sure most of us are red or blue listers, and when martial law is imminent, then I will think about fighting back.

For now the best way to fight is in the infowar.

Maybe...  if someone comes into your house unannounced, then I could very easily see a gun battle ensuing...  often times criminals attempt to mimic police...  if you can't see the patrol cars outside or have other objective corroboration of the identity of the persons in your home, then I'm not sure you don't have a duty, as a father, to attempt to protect your children, even with lethal force if necessary.

This is why you have to structurally reinforce your residence to create bottlenecks and limited points of entry for anyone, intruders and police alike...

trap guns are a sure fire murder charge...  but if there were an outbreak of trap guns, you'd also likely have a much more polite police force (or at least one that has second thoughts about kicking in doors for no better purpose).

This sounds like a case of "acting stupidly" to me.

There is buzz that it was more of a fraud bust, but regardless, what's with a SWAT invasion?

It's not as if it was a little child (Elian Gonzalez) that had to be forcibly deported to Cuba.
