First of all, I don't believe any of this. But what really amazes me is the sheer number of young, early college age people who were celebrating. They would have been 8-10 when 9/11 happened. And what amazes me more is the sheer number of large American flags these young people apparently own. I'm in my 50's, and I know very few people who own a flag, particularly a large one. And most young people I know in college barely know who Osama Bin Laden was, or that we are even in a war. I watched the President last night, and the spontaneous demonstration that appeared out of nowhere at the White House immediately raised my suspicion. I think this was all a carefully orchestrated propaganda piece and demonstration. Last night, it almost seemed like something the National Socialists would have done in the 30's.

The source claimed that bin Laden was laid to rest honorably in his last abode and his grave was made as per his Wahabi belief, according to Fox News.
Alex Jones was told live on the radio in 2002 by high-level Council on Foreign Relations members that Osama Bin Laden had died of kidney failure in early 2002.
“I have it from high level [sources] from inside the Bush administration…that bin Laden died of natural causes and that his family has given the body to the CIA, that they’re gonna roll him out right before the election, that he’s on ice right now. They will claim they killed him right before the election,” Alex said at the time.

During the 2004 election, CNN reported that Democratic insiders had been told that George W. Bush was going to use the Bin Laden body as an ace-in-the-hole if he thought he was in danger of losing the 2004 election. This confirmed the evidence that Jones had been given by the CFR and others.
In 2003, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright told Fox News Channel analyst Morton Kondracke she suspected Bush knew the whereabouts of Osama bin Laden and was waiting for the most politically expedient moment to announce his capture.

This thread is very interesting. Some observations:
1) Buried at Sea: entirely probable. No sane mayor would allow the body of this cretin anywhere near their population center. Furthermore, the Navy might have just said they buried the corpse and kept it instead.
2) "All a government plot" \ "Deliberately delayed": Doubtable. If you're truly a conspiracy theorist, then you have to take the stance that it would have done more good to leaving Bin Laden alive. After all, you have your moving target that way, and if it is all about propoganda, ultimately evil run amok is better than evil destroyed.
3) "An extension of 9/11 and the inside job there". I don't believe for a second 9/11 was an inside job, and I'm highly skeptical any of this is conspiratorial. Now, is Obama glad for this press? Of course he is.
4) "Will take the attention off the dollar and get Obama re-elected." No it won't. You give the American attention span too much credit. As long as gas prices remain high, the american citizen will refocus and stay focused on that.
Ultimately, this raid and subsequent victory by our armed forces (IMHO) is just like every other historical event: people are going to see what they want to see.
1. If they wanted to prove his death, they would have kept the body and not dumped it in the sea.
2. I think people were starting to believe ObL was already dead, long ago. However, provoking his friends and allies into planning and executing revenge attacks...well that's just good statesmanship.
