Well, we don't know if it is coming apart yet. To be honest, I think it is the regulators who should be going after the company and not the market. Alas, if the regulators won't do their job, somebody has to.

Thanks. Now we have a global bubble that needs to deflate, and then we can go back to investing by measuring assets and liabilities, and profits and losses versus what entity we think is goosing the market with overnight futures binging, threatening accountants to look the other way on stank assets and outlawing short sales, CDS and whatever else the flavor of the day is.
