My god! What I see in this is that the governments will start to seize paychecks for 1 or 2 days to claim the interests on the paychecks to claim revenues.
Fist it will start with 1 or 2 days and later on it will progress to 10 to 15 days!
I've seen this already in my country Belgium where tax refunds where delayed 6 months for the interests!
THIS IS NOTHING MORE THEN A HIDDEN TAX!
