Check out this article from Investment News. The shakeout in small b/ds continues. For me, this says the small retail investor (i.e., the middle class backbone of a healthy society) is leaving the markets (removing their assets) and putting their independent advisors into turmoil. Not a good sign... but then, I've turned cynical.
