Ivanka made some very good points, especially about the sliced-and-diced lenders not negotiating. She's attractive, smart, and self-confident and that seems to turn you guys off.

So the solution for commercial real estate is for the lenders to take the hit, forgive large amounts of debt, and create equity for the underwater Trumps and Trumpettes of the world? And for residential real estate? and for margined portfolios?

CNBC has taken a devastating ratings hit. Ivanka is their rather weak and lame attempt to lure some of the viewers back.
Why not try to do it with better content, more reasoned opinion??
Because their business model is rhetoricking sheep. They simply have a target poor environment these days.
