is scottrade cutting corners? we have had a great relationship with them for a long time. no, they spend a LOT on tech.

I have accounts with them and let me tell you, their elite platform crashes all the time. Once more, I called them today and told them they are not posting correct information on their 52 week Highs and Lows windows. They post stocks on both windows that do not make the list. All day long AMSC was on the 52 week low list which is highlighted so you know that it is not a day low. It was a 52 week low yesterday, not today. They surely need to spend more for qualified help and programmers. This problem occurs more on the high list, guess it makes the market look better.
Also, they resently updated and changed their whole research section. While it was O.K. before, it sucks now. They only list the top 5 lows in a index where they gave you the top 10 and low before. In other words, they are on the cheap now. They just crapped on all the good stuff they had before.
Anybody know of a different broker that does better on line please advise.
