as a commenter suggested yesterday - Lewis is a side show and a distraction from the main event
The hope is that as the sharks thrash at Lewis, others around him might also get bitten. One can hope.
Agreed Anon 75699. However, he may be the ticket to the main event.
now now, everyone knows any event has a teaser before the main attraction hits the stage. Sometimes there's even two acts before the big sound stage gets set up for the last gig.
Let the entertainment begin. I'm gonna need a biiiig tub of popcorn for this one.
It has now been proved that there is simply too much juice in this lemon to simply walk away from it. Ben & Rahm had better become adroit at shuffling more and more cards into new positions as they continue their never ending quest for a rug that is big enough to sweep the debris under.
Can enough titles that are deemed worthy of possessing be developed to satisfy the ever growing needs of the newly awakened?
Stay tuned
If we raffel off the rights to lynch these guys, we could balance the budget.
Best and most poingant post I've read in a long, long time.
Amen! I've got $10,000 for a one in a million chance to lynch Hanky Pank Paulson!
I proposed this as a reality show on another thread. Based on Running Man. We let banksters and pols run through Wallstreet and DC and let stockholders armed with their favorite weapon go after them. America would watch and take bets on when Hank gets it, from who, and how. Do a new bankster every week.
How to leave the country....
Check out Teapot Dome Investigation in 1925. 4 of 6 principals made it to Europe. They used boats back then; might not be a bad idea
You're out of your gourd. Hank Paulson & co own teh usa lock, stock, and barrel. If Lewis sings he'll be suicided by the ptb.
He'll be suicided like the DC Madam (who, by the way, went on radio just weeks before her death stating she feared for her life and adamantly stated she would never commit suicide).
Grilled my Representatives office,
"I would like a written response as to why the congressman believes that fed opacity is beneficial to the people, and I would like it before Friday please, thank you."
Thank you and what an idea!!!!! Please repeat post every day D.O.D.!!!
Yeah, I wrote some hard hitting shit too. Have her right where I want her.
Dear Mr. XXXXXXX:
Thank you for contacting me to express support for legislation to increase transparency at the Federal Reserve. I appreciate your interest in monetary policy and welcome the opportunity to respond.
The Federal Reserve was originally established in response to the country's need for a sound and independent central bank to manage decisions relating to U.S. monetary policy. I understand your concern with some of the unprecedented steps that the Federal Reserve has taken recently to ease the flow of credit and stabilize financial markets.
On March 16, 2009, Senator Bernard Sanders (I-VT) introduced the "Federal Reserve Sunshine Act of 2009" (S. 604), which would require the U.S. Comptroller General to audit the Federal Reserve System before the end of 2010. This bill has been referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee. Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) has introduced a similar bill (H.R. 1207) in the House of Representatives. Please know that I will keep your support for this legislation in mind should it come before the full Senate.
While I recognize the importance of accountability in the operations of the Federal Reserve, I strongly believe that monetary decisions should be made independent of political influence or motives. You may be interested to learn that I supported an amendment to the Congressional Budget Resolution (S. Con. Res. 13) offered by Senator Sanders requiring the Federal Reserve to disclose how it has disbursed emergency economic assistance to financial institutions during this severe economic crisis. Be assured that I am carefully monitoring the actions taken by the Federal Reserve to help stimulate our economy and unfreeze credit for businesses and homeowners.
Once again, thank you for writing. I hope that you will continue to share your views with me. If I can be of any further assistance, please contact my Washington, D.C. office at (202) 224-3841. Best regards.
Sincerely yours,
Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator
Stop paying your taxes. Independantly of political influence of course. If anyone pressures you to pay your taxes that isn't DIRECTLY part of the FED or IRS explain to them that you do not bow to political pressure between groups and if any COURT OF LAW, FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, MILITARY, or local police get's involved you'll say BS to the whole arguement.
Well at least you can't accuse the SEC of not having a sense of humor.
Ken will find a fall guy and this will be a made for TV
movie in 5 years. Although, the SEC does mention
imprisionment after a lot of talk about fines.
http://www.sec.gov/about/whatwedo.shtml
I was laughing so hard I accidentally my mouse! Is this bad?
SEC: I accidentally Ken Lewis. Is that bad?
TTT: Accidentally what?
SEC: Ken Lewis. The whole Ken Lewis!
TTT: OH God!
SEC: Is this dangerous?
TTT: If you accidentally Ken Lewis, you better make sure he doesn't accidentally Ben Bernanke or Hank Paulson, or we might accidentally the whole recovery!
SEC: I know! I KNOW! What do I do?
TTT: Pretend you didn't accidentally him. Come out and say you are vigorously Ken Lewis. I'll have someone accidentally the markets, and they'll forget all about it.
SEC: This better work. It hurts.
TTT: I've seen this meme before. It always accidentally itself out.
I guess that means the SEC guys will be having a few beers somewhere with Hanky and his pals. I mean the SEC is the LAST agency we need to bring these guys to justice.
Thay sure as hell can't put anyone in jail
so if they can placate Cuomo's judge with a
big (tiny) fine it blows over.
The most vigorous pursuit happens when the prey gets away.
I can see the future....release on MSM "Ken Lewis, now former head of Bank of America died today in a tragic airplane accident. Apparently there is nothing more to report that, however, the market is up another 100 points on the news....Stay classy Wall Street!
If I were Lewis, I would videotape myself confessing to everything that had transpired and name every person that had been involved. I would make numerous copies of this video and I would also make copies of all related documentation (evidence) and give both the video and documents to my closest friends/family members with instructions to release it to the media outlets and bloggers upon my death. I would provide a list. ZH would surely be on that list ;-)
Lastly, I would let the public know that I had made this video and it resides with a select few and will be released if something were to happen to me.
Not only would this protect myself from potential "suicide", it may be my ticket to freedom.
Before or after they go after the rest of the familia.
....the thing that is so amazing here is that HE HAS ALREADY DONT THAT!!!!! Starting in Sept of last year, over and over, in every interview he said that he was against the merger, but that when paulson and bernake basically said that if he didn't do it that he would single handedly bring on the collapse of the world financial system as we know it, then he said he reconsidered and decided that he wanted to do it after all if indeed their warning was true. He was covering his ___ because he told what happened then he took ownership for the situation. He also tried to back out of the deal in December and was further blackmailed....the thing that is so bad about all of this is that although Lewis should have never gone along with this what is one of our millennium's new corrupt bargains, he can only be held accountable wtih the other cuprits who are the grand puppeteers paulson and bernake.....
buzzsaw99: Paulson is also expendable. Just another puppet.
indeed. then everyone goes home 'vindicated' and 'nobody' ends up having 'lied under oath' except those two 'despicable bastards'
This sounds more like keystone cops everyday, didn't judge Rakoff encourage action against individuals, with the premise being civil fines against the bank were simply additional burdens on the taxpayer who owns that junker? SEC will bumble along with their agenda.
"...didn't judge Rakoff encourage action against individuals..."
Yes. Citing the SEC's own revision in its standards no less.
This whole mess reminds me of what mom and dad taught many years ago....once you get tangled up in a lie, and others get tangled up in the lie, it will surely come back to haunt you.
Paraguay. :-)
Seems like the standard prosecutor ploy to me, work up the pyramid by putting pressure on the lesser fry to either cooperate and incriminate higher-ups or do time.
Couldn't they just fine Paulson 750 million dollars?
polizeros:
Yup. And Kenny-boy has already demonstrated his willingness to do so. Bernie might have a problem as well.
Could this be the event TPTB are orchestrating to drive folks back to treasuries?
I thought the SEC said that it didn't have the resources or evidence to do this to begin with?
Fuck these people are retards
Off topic somewhat
The White House wants Paterson out because they are terrified that Republican Rudy Giuliani could beat him and spearhead a GOP bloodbath that could cost three upstate Democratic House seats, Democratic control of the State Senate and give Giuliani a platform to knock Obama on a regular basis.

SWINE FLU UPDATE
People assume the swine flu is no big deal, but they are wrong. The economic and human costs are going to be staggering. It is ramping up big time now. Check out this stuff, all from the last couple of weeks.
1.CDC-Note that this latest data is 2 weeks old. Guess where we are on the curve now and guess where it is going since the vaccine will not be widely available for several weeks and it takes several weeks after inocculation for it to work.
http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/updates/us/#iligraph
2. UN: "The swine flu pandemic could kill millions and cause anarchy in the world's poorest nations unless £900m can be raised from rich countries to pay for vaccines and antiviral medicines, says a UN report leaked to the Observer.
The disclosure will provoke concerns that health officials will not be able to stem the growth of the worldwide H1N1 pandemic in developing countries. If the virus takes hold in the poorest nations, millions could die and the economies of fragile countries could be destroyed."
"The UN's request for the money comes as the virus begins to establish itself in some of the world's most vulnerable countries. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/sep/20/swine-flu-costs-un-report
3.Some estimates predict a full-blown flu pandemic could cost the U.S. economy up to $700 billion in lost productivity.
http://ehstoday.com/health/news/house-hearing-swine-flu-small-businesses-2451/
4.Molly Brogan, spokeswoman for the National Small Business Association, said swine flu has the potential to do serious harm to some fragile small businesses that already have been pushed to the edge by the recession.
"I think you'll see a lot of business owners stretched to the max," Brogan said. "You'll see stores shut down a day or two. In this economy, you can't afford that. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of other options."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/09/14/AR2009091403261_pf.html
5.If the swine flu gathers force in the coming months, not only will city workplaces be on the front lines of the battle in terms of keeping the H1N1 virus from spreading, but employers could be coping with a decimated work force, between the sick and those afraid of infection.
“It’s going to be a big problem,” says Dr. Marc Siegel, an associate professor at New York University School of Medicine and an expert on flu transmission. “In a worst-case scenario, this could paralyze the economy.”
http://www.nypost.com/p/news/business/jobs/sick_daze_luQnp5YrLcudPWAY8d96aJ
6.Economists have shown that output could be severely affected by a pandemic. In a study on the global macroeconomic consequences of pandemic influenza, the Brookings Institution in 2006 estimated that even a mild pandemic could kill 1.4 million people and might result in 0.8 percent of G.D.P., or about $330 billion, in lost output. And as the scale of the pandemic increased, so would the economic costs. A massive global economic slowdown occurs in the “ultra” scenario with more than 142.2 million people killed and a G.D.P. loss of $4.4 trillion, according to Brookings.
Neither scenario, of course, would be good news for a global economy only now tentatively emerging from the severe economic contraction caused by the financial crisis."
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/01/world/europe/01iht-flu.html
7.Back in May, many other countries ordered swine flu vaccines that include boosters, called adjuvants, that reduce by half or more the amount of antigen (the imposter or inactivated infectious agent) a vaccine requires to be effective. The United States, however, ordered almost all of its doses in the nonadjuvant, or unboosted, form—an older model of vaccine, considered the U.S. standard, that uses more antigen but creates vaccines that are (at least theoretically) safer. That safety, however, comes at the cost of exhausting the precious antigen supplies much faster — and leaving hundreds of millions elsewhere unvaccinated.

8.BEIJING — China is scrambling to put a swine flu vaccination plan in place, with the number of cases more than tripling in just a few weeks and tens of millions of infections feared as flu season sets in.
http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/afp/090917/health/health_flu_china
9.Several prominent epidemiologists are warning that even though the new swine flu vaccine works much better than expected, it will still come too late to blunt the peak of this season’s pandemic.
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/15/health/12flu.html
Yep they said the same thing about Y2K
CDC statistics don't lie
ROFL -- look at the announcements from about a month indicating that they were essentially going to stop authentic diagnosis and tracking.
Sure, the numbers from CDC are spot-on. Just like the market!
remember bird flu? lol
I especially like the part about Anarchy in "poorer nations".
Mexico has been in a state of Anarchy for a few years now, and swine flu is only a recent phenomenon....
Discuss.....
i was told that the last time there was swine flu in the united states and they had a "vaccine" the "vaccine" actually caused more poeple to die from the disease than otherwise would have been infected.
i have a strange felling that more cases of swine flu will break out when we get the "vaccine" for it. its kind of a moral hazard issue. if i get a shot, i fell like i'm invincible. so i go out and do normal things in public, and if i accidentally aquired swine flu from the shot, im not only sick but all those people around me in public are potentially infected as well.
the vaccine is the disease. i've been in and out of airports and i haven't gotten sick. i attribute it to a healthy diet.
It's better than that. Typical vaccine efficacy is 80%. That means that one of five who get the shots think they are protected when they are not. Also noteworthy is that an epidemic is like an iceberg, you only see about 10% of it. 90% of all viral infections are asymptomatic, the host goes through the entire process of infection and recovery with no symptoms! This is how herd immunity is established even though it usually seems like only a small number of people get sick. Of course the vaccine salesmen would like you to believe that everyone needs the shot to etablish herd immunity. The most important elements are clean water, clean and nutritious food, and clean hands. You can say tin foil all you like but please do your own research outside of CDC/FDA/Pharma sources, you'll be surprised.
poison will not kill you from exposure, but from the dose.

Just wash your hands for crying out loud.
Chill, dood! I've got an entire winter ensemble made of tin foil, and I DON'T believe any of this crapola. It's for the benefit of Baxter International, Verichip Corp., DynPort Vaccine, and all the other super scumbag pharmabiological corps which are gouging us to death, while renting out the White House.
Ever check out that "thousands die every year from influenza..." crap? Its pure BS --- the cause of death is listed (in CDC files) as pneumonia --- which covers every dope addict, meth head, coke head, elderly person just prior to dying from old age, and newlife-challenged distressed and difficult birth. (In fact, the CDC has a disclaimer which states they don't claim that pneumonia results from the flu.)
Get serious, dood!
+10.
"Dood". +10K!
Have to agree with ya. If anything involving swine flu breaks out in the US or around the world. It's genetically engineered and if there just happens to be plenty of expensive vacinne to go around. It's monetarily motivated.
I had the privilege of having flu the last few days.
Normal immune response is the only safe way to deal with these nasties.
To each their own, but I'm not buying into all this stuff.
If my body can't handle it, it's time to check out.
While I worked in the Army medical system, as a civilian, I got a free flu shot.
I got the shot for 10 years running. Every one of those years, when I got a cold, I got bronchitis.
When I finally decided, the hell with it, I'm not getting the flu shot.......no bronchitis.
Now, no more "preventative" vaccines (except shingles -- I'll do anything not to get that again !)
You're screwed. You have enough aluminum and mecury running around your body that you will be senile for sure.
Shingles is a 2nd round of herpes virus. If you ever got mono or cold sore or one of the STD herpes then at some point in your life you get an outbreak of shingles. You don't get it again. It's a one shot deal.
yeah, I feel the same way about raw, unprotected sex with strangers. in fact, I like adding some alcohol, just to make sure I don't remember who it is. If I can't handle the hiv, I don't deserve to live.
There's a Green Shoot hidden in the Swine Flu threat. Remember that when Europe suffered one of its bouts with the Plague, universities were shut down. A young grad student named Isaac Newton utilized his spare time to develop the Calculus (as did Leibniz).
We're going to need a new kind of mathematics to explain why stocks like AIG continue to soar, so bring on the flu.
In the graph for NO.1, note that this represents visits ,not cases. Visits are driven by fear and not by real increased number of cases or severity. Anecdotally, I discussed this with a pediatrician on 9/18 associated with a large University practice. They are overwhelmed with visits for any remotely flulike symptom. A graph comparing the same timeline of confirmed cases and mortality would be meaningful. BD
Zigackly! It's like measuring an area's crime rate by the number of police patrols made

SEC Will "Vigorously Pursue"
Ha ha.
I want to have sex with the SEC.
I'm getting the feeling that someone(s) is going to get "suicided" as a result of this clusterf**k.
So, Ken Lewis is going to accidentally himself?
Naaah, I wouldn't hedge any of the big five's death (as in Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Citi and BofA --- don't mean to leave out UBS, Deutsche and Credit Suisse, but youse guys are furreigners!).
I believe they have a 90-year lease on the US of A, and possibly most of the rest of the planet. (Especially the Trinity: GS, JPM & MS)
They are now so powerful they don't need to whack anyone (although, as Sen. Wellstone and his family unfortunately did, I wouldn't catch any airplane rides with pilots who also happened to be a reservist in US military intelligence).
Tyler/Marla
Could you guys start posting hedge fund letters to clients somewhere? A collection of them would probably be enlightening.
Too funny. When SEC gets "vigorous" it knocks off at 4 instead of 3.
This is all playtime to show their fight face after getting bitch slapped by the judge on the original paddycake fine.
It's all dressed-up bullshit for the sheeple. Kennie will ride it out, take the arrows and parachute into retirement after getting " vigouroused ".
Hank will skate. It goes without saying.
He perfected his immunity last September.
No, that first version of the bailout bill with its "no review, no prosecutions" provisions (Hank was positively prescient) died in a hail of bullets from an outraged public, if I recall. One of the first and last such instances of Americans actually getting riled up about corruption at the highest levels.
The Observer Advances the Ball on BoA http://www.cjr.org/the_audit/the_observer_advances_the_ball.php
Ken Lewis strikes me as someone that has an imposing presence... but at the end of the day, will prove himself to be a coward when the chips are down.
I'm thinking he's already setting a scapegoat trap for the current CFO, or some other senior executive. He's too afraid to implicate anyone associated with the ferderales, past or present.
Kenny will be true to the Bankster code. " NO SNITCHIN' ".
Hey, Kenny is a dude who needed a coach to teach him to smile right. He used to look like he was cuttin' a cucumber fart and needed to be reprogrammed. Life was a lot easier for him down in the bunker on his calculator.
...HE HAS ALREADY MADE A RECORD OF IT IN EVERY TV INTERVIEW HE HAS MADE SINCE SEPT 2008, JUST GO BACK AND LISTEN--HE JUST DOES HIS "COVER HIS REAREND FOR HIS FRIENDS" WHEN HE SAYS 'OH, AFTER THEY SAID I WOULD CAUSE THE END OF THE WORLD, I DECIDED I REALLY WANTED TO DO THE DEAL AFTER ALL!"
it' s just that no one is listening and the system is a corrupted machine, and the biggest bankheist of all time is, day after day, on without any real objection legally--the evidence is there, but no one is doing much about it...so all elected officials that arent' calling all of this a bankheist, need to be voted out of WA DC.
"Just Say 'NO' to Incumbents"
Put that on a t-shirt and sell it through the ZH Store and wear it to crash each and every pol speech or Town Hall, mug for the camera at sports events (a la the John 3:16 crowd), go for a walk through the Mall, etc.
chindit13 that is an AWESOME! We could all wear our t shirts at least one day a week, and get them as birthday and Christmas/Hannukah/misc.holiday gifts for friends and family and ask them to wear it one day a week as well!!!
SEC is only one a.. that needs to be covered. Hopefully, this will not let the multitude of others to get away. We need to start with the biggest a.. in the government first.
Wishful thinking and ranting..nothing will happen to anybody...just watch and keep ranting...;-(

This is a date you wont forget.
May God help us all for what is about to come.
22 09 2009
This is a date you wont forget.
May God help us all for what is about to come.
Thanks for the heads up.
I thought the problem was going to be 12-21-2012....silly me.
ok, I'll bite...can you please elaborate?
I don't know, but he repeats himself. That is not a good sign, you know
The first day of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere can be quite unsettling for some.
Somehow I don't think that's what Anon has in mind, though.
yes, aware of the equinox and agree that Anon was attempting to much more black swanish.
anyways, for those into the equinox thing as regards financial markets, I remind them that it doesn't hit until after the close of the bell tomorrow, the 22nd.
Where are you anony...we are all waiting for you to give more details please???
The careers of Paulson, Lewis, et al have been rooted in the use of opacity and the control of information as a strategic advantage in business affairs. They are only doing what they have been taught by peers, and leaders who they aspired to become. Indeed, the use of opacity has made many, many men in this country very wealthy. This good ole boy network of Baby Boomers has milked the system for far too long. Unfortunate for them, the unspoken rules have now changed. But that is life. You must learn to adapt and you must be principled. They didn't adapt and they didn't abide by the right principles. And now they lose.
So far this VIGOROUS CIVIL lawsuit is only against the B of A shareholders !!!
The SEC has until October 19 to add additional parties, if any, so let's see what happens there.
http://dealbook.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/09/21/sec-to-proceed-with-trial-in-bofa-case/
Received this e-mail from Senator Schumer's office:
Thank you for writing to me regarding legislation designed to enhance the audit powers of the Comptroller General with regard to the Federal Reserve. I agree with you that transparency and accountability for the Fed is important. Disclosure is something I’ve stood for throughout my career, and I intend to continue to support efforts to expand the kinds of information available to the public.
For this reason, I voted in favor of an amendment which Senator Chris Dodd (D-CT) offered to the budget resolution which was accepted by a vote of 96 to 2 that would ask the Federal Reserve to publish, on its website, reports which give information regarding the nature and amounts of the collateral which it is accepting on behalf of taxpayers within the various lending programs it is conducting and the number of borrowers that are participating in each of the programs, along with specific details of the amount and type of credit extended. I believe that this will help tremendously to make transparent the amount and type of assistance the Federal Reserve is extending.
Again, thank you for contacting me on this important issue. Please do not hesitate to contact me again if I can be of further assistance on this, or any other matter.
Sincerely,
Charles E. Schumer
United States Senator
I guess this means the Senators haven't a clue as to where the money went either. SURPRISE !! Notice he supports " asking " the Fed. Get in line behind Timmy.
The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round.....!!
"...that would ask the Federal Reserve..."
got the same auto reply myself.....
Ask for information that is. No requirement for full disclosure. The fed is in full compliance with what Schumer is asking for now. Just a rinse & repeat of this SEC/BofA deal. Everyone acts like something happened when nothing happens. Fortunately, folks know more now than they used to and this sort of action may have worked before and it still may pass congress. However, it will no longer fly with more and more of the governed.
Schumer's Non-Audit The Fed Bill.
Anyway, at this point any pronoucement by the SEC that they intend to take serious action and litigate the heck out of this thing is just, well a tad late in this soap opera. What we need is a criminal conspiracy-securities fraud action by a real prosecutor in a state court, like New York, to bring the guilty to justice. Michael Moore's "Das Kapital" movie may be coming out just in time for the fireworks.
And how many ways can Paulson answer the question "did you or did you not threaten Mr. Lewis, to discourage him from invoking his MAC clause? You did. OK. Then why, Mr. Paulson, why? Why did you have an interest in that, Mr. Paulson? What was that. . . because? Because why, Mr. Paulson? I can't hear you. . . compose yourself, Mr. Paulson . . Your Honor the witness will not answer the question . . . "
Come on NZ. Hank Paulson will never have the capacity to man up. Personal responsibility is a trait beyond Hank Paulson's understanding or any sociopaths
thanks Ned....how does a prosecutor handle the BB's of the world, "I don't recall", "I don't recall", "I don't recall","I don't recall","I don't recall", "I don't recall"
DH - What I would love to see is Ben, Hank, Tim and all the rest get called before a federal grand jury and let them try the I don't know or I cannot recall line. They could be held for the duration of the grand jury's 18 month term for doing so. Then if they refuse to answer to next grand jury that was impaneled they would go back to jail for another 18 months.
he would have to plead the fif....but in court
this problem is easily solved....the prosecutor
brings a witness who can recall what he wants
proven....
in court, not recalling is a tactical blunder
with strategic consequences....
in front of congress it is strategic brilliance...
which is why i posted earlier that unless this
thing goes to court it is all theater of the
absurd....
>>how does a prosecutor handle the BB's of the world, "I don't recall", "I don't recall", "I don't recall","I don't recall","I don't recall", "I don't recall"
Or handle guys like that who say that they don't use email (and they don't remember any converstation they ever had.) Yeah right, BULLSHIT!!!
Yeah, Moore might help. But his film on healthcare long ago did jackshit to help that deal. GM ?? That baby went off to government daycare too. Sillywood is meaningless diversion.
This will be about EXPOSURE......something MSM is loathe to address. The sheeple might get confused and forget Tom DeLay is on the DWTS show. They must be kept focused !!
So the message must be maintained ....no matter what... in the alternate universe. This is very important. Sooner or later it will creep out.
Damn...that sounds creepy.
Puppet Show Act I is over: Ken down, Hank down, Bernassky, next year...They all were main characters in this play..it is called "Obamination in the Land of the Free."
One can not forget their faces during the congress sessions. They looked like scared puppies. Make sure you do not say what you are not supposed to say, do not forget your lies, I mean, your lines...and most importantly act naturally....do not look so nervous, ok?
Poor guys... they are not even good actors..
Act II...Ups, where is the Recovery?
Do you think it is any coincidence that DUBYA bought a 70 acre ranch in Paraguay-(A country with a no-extradition treaty) a few years back??
I am sure he is truly shocked he is still walking around as a free man--each and every day in the US now is but a gift!!
STOP THE LOOTING, START THE PROSECUTING NOWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Criminal Incompetence on scale we cannot imagine....
he bought that ranch anticipating that americans
would discover that u.s. intelligence destroyed
the wtc with malice aforethought using military grade nanothermite in
order to cover-up his enron dealings and
business partnership with osama bin laden during
the 1990s and of daddy bush's business partnership
with saddam hussein in the 1980s.....it had
nothing to do with the financial chicanery...
SEC Will "Vigorously Pursue" Lawsuit Against Bank Of America - Clousseau Named Chief Investigator; Keystone Cops Assigned To SEC For Special Duty
as mentioned above, lewis has already told the story about paulson who in turn fingered bernanke.....there is nothing more to know....the only remaining task is to take this testimony in court and lynch bubbles bernanke....
Vigorously pursue...is that like vigorously masturbate?
Isaac Newton would have been a Wall St quant.
It was a typo. The SEC meant to say they would vigorously -PERUSE- a lawsuit. They'll sit around and discuss it while sharing a Tab and some nutty bars. Then they'll call their handlers at Goldman to see what sham headline they should release next.
My dream would be for Hanky to be forced to buttfuck Lewis every night in Attica. And Mozilo and Fuld taking sloppy seconds.
