Stratfor Reports Mubarak Has Already Left Country, Speech Prerecorded

EGYPT: MUBARAK HAS ALREADY LEFT COUNTRY - REPORT
Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has reportedly already left the country, and his speech scheduled for the night of Feb. 10 has been pre-recorded, BBC Arabic reported. Some reports indicate Mubarak will speak within two hours, while other unconfirmed reports say he left the country as early as yesterday.
Always better keep the plane fueled, the gold down in the cargo hold, and the non-extradition treaty countries on speed dial.

Once upon a time, people wrote letters on real paper that were put in an envelope and sent various distances across the land or to other continents. That required workers who earned a salary spending their days at a place called a "Post Office" doiing the work of sorting and providing for transport of the mail. I heard a report last night about employees striking outside the various government entities postal, electric, garbage, ect. who commonly complained that promotions withing these organizations were to direct family members and other abuses and now those politically favored and wealth families are going to have to find a way to stay in control. As far as I know the police have only returned in limited numbers. Let's hope it goes smoothly.
