Today's Economic Data Docket - ISM Declines, Treasury Borrowing Needs
Weakness in many regional manufacturing surveys points to a decline in the national ISM:
10:00: Construction outlays (March): Small gain. We forecast a small increase in nominal construction expenditures on better nonresidential building and a payback after weakness in housing-related construction. This will be the first data release which could result in revisions to Q1 GDP growth. The Census Bureau will also publish annual revisions to construction spending figures this morning.
GS: +0.5%; median forecast (of 37): +0.4%; last -1.4%.
10:00: ISM manufacturing index (April): Likely lower. Many of the regional manufacturing surveys declined in April, suggesting some cooling in the sector’s growth rate. However, incoming news was mixed on the severity of the slowing. For instance, the Philadelphia Fed index declined sharply, but the Empire State measure rose during the month (from a lower starting point). Most other regional manufacturing indexes fell by a small amount. We forecast modest deterioration in the national ISM index, but expect it to remain at a level consistent with strong growth.
GS: 60.0; median forecast (of 59) 59.5; last: 61.2.
14:00: Senior Bank Loan Officers Survey (Q2). The Federal Reserve is likely to release its latest bank loan officer survey this afternoon. In the last few surveys, the main indicators have shown a gradual normalization in loan demand and bank lending standards.
15:00: Treasury borrowing estimates for Q2 and Q3.

Oh and conveniently there is some other news that distracts from the dire situation in the US and EU so the bankster leeches can keep up their theft from the poor, old and the future generations
I'll be very surprised if we don't see another massive attempt to push silver back down below 45....well below.
Just saw an interesting volume spike in that direction.
