Today's number one most active was courtesy of CIENA getting involved with Nortel which after hitting a 2009 at its CDS recovery auction sub 10 cents is now trading at 62. Don't call it a bubble.

  1. NT: 36.5 million, 18 trades
  2. DISH: 34.4 million, 9 trades
  3. RESCAP: 34.4 million, 8 trades
  4. COOPER: 30.6 million, 17 trades
  5. ECOPET: 28.9 million, 25 trades

Crazy, isn't it? These bond prices reflect a TBTF syndrome on an economy-wide basis. So Uncle Sam will sugar-coat every company on the big board? Right... And even this is so, who is going to bail out Uncle Sam?
