Of course, listening to other commentators on the net slam ZH was what drew me here. I be reading something interesting, they would mention ZH as a source, yet always do it with some sort of disclaimer to distance them from "the crazies that write on ZH."
Which was all of the motivation I needed to see what was going on.
Why do they have to engage the bloggers in an adverserial manner? Why not take the bias out of their reporting and present ZH data and Obama/Ben's data and let viewer decide? They might gain some credibility if they changed their approach and stopped treating viewers as potential pockets to invite to their rigged casino.

Because they are terrified the people will UNDERSTAND.
How about a look at the U.S., China, and Japan vs. all other foreign holders of Treasury securities? This is another aspect of foreign influence and possible front in the global "financial wars."

Because the thing it is priced in (currency) keeps losing value faster than whatever garbage the stock market is composed of at this point. For example, at some point in the (near) future, even an ounce of human turd will be priced in thousands of dollars because thats how worthless the currency will have become.
Exactly, when the price of gold or the DJ changes, ordinarily it would reflect changes in supply/demand for that 'commodity', but we are not in an ordinary environment!
The underlying currency is being devalued, meaning its not the value of gold or an index that has changed, it is the value of the currency that has fallen.

Me too , but I believe one can't expect the market to act according to ones logic or expectaions . A $1.00 stock , that cost .83c ( dollar value Aug 24 ) , today costs .77c so so then stocks real value drop in US fiatscos was .092% , so then the stock price rose from $1.00 to $1.092 in that 2 month period to cover the devaluation by Bogus Benny B.
At your grocery and at the gas pump you will see this too . Its called inflation due to devaluation . Hope this is not too simplified
