Once again, the Perpetual Motion Machine is working to perfection.

Another round of Treasuries sold off at absurd yields as the GS Prop Desk engineered what looked like mid-day a "Gap and Crap" with the SPY, sending Grandma, Fidelity, and the Bank of Japan fleeing to the safety of T-Bonds.

Amazing how they have this game wired. The slightest hint of stock market weakness sends the daytraders, big funds, institutions, etc. panicking into U.S. sovereigns, thus placating our creditors and keeping the debt dream alive for the consumer, hoping for endless 0% financing for that new Waverunner or Botox treatment and sub 6% mortgage rates forever.

Of course, once the auctions are completed, they will target a few overshorted junk stocks such as the "Fab Five" and start a squeeze jam, forcing the daytrading Grandmas into chasing stocks for a few days.

It's the same Wash, Rinse, Repeat cycle played over and over off the March lows.

Even today, they started jamming AMD and initiated a "hell bot" squeeze on ENER to start getting the train rolling as soon as the auctions were over:

Meanwhile, anyone notice how all the girls came in today showing cleavage after the huge ramp job in the ES futures this morning?

Too bad I don't have pictures of Amanda Drury today. Anyone see that black tube straightjacket she was wearing? With the sole purpose of crushing her waist and pushing up her breasts over and above that white thing she had on?

Even Sharon Epperson down at the NYMEX was showing some cleavage today.

No luck with Erin "B-Cups" Burnett today. Nothing but pasty white and subdued dress for "Bathtub" Becky today. Too bad.

However, Michelle Caruso-Cabrera continued to tease the audience by wearing a Kevlar-reinforced, black-strapped, Dominatrix spandex thing today that attempted to compress her breasts but they overflowed over the top anyway.

Traders must be constantly guessing what is underneath. Imagine the size of the office pools going on, betting on how much, too much, or not enough she is wearing on any given day.

What we need is a "mix and match" simulation program to help the guys imagine what she looks like underneath.

Wait, REITs rallying on CIC buying into CMBS? I thought REIT stocks were going to the moon based on the fact that they were the only ones who were going to be able to raise money to buy distressed? Private equity was supposed to be shutout of this game. So CIC buying in through private equity is now a good thing for public REITs.

Have to love these Win-Win scenarios in this double-headed coin flipping market.

Fairfax currently owns approximately 72.6% of all outstanding shares of common stock of OdysseyRe. Fairfax publicly announced on September 4, 2009, its proposal and its intention to issue new equity in a public offering to finance the proposal.
