Unfortunately they didn't want to attend this time, as they have already reached their goals set out last time. But don't worry they sent a crony to observe that everything is going according to plan..
What a couple of old shriveled cVnts.
Destroyed Keynesianism? If only.
I am hoping he meant "...destroyed Capitalism". Freudian Slip?

I read the proceedings of one FOMC meeting a few months ago. Was compeltely shocked. Like a joke was being played on everyone.
It was the dumbest "banter" I had ever heard in my life.
Plus, even the econ/fin discussion sounded lame and pedestrian compared to some of the commentary I've heard even here on Zero-Hedge.
In addition, Berrrrrrrrrnaked also suggested (or was it an older meeting and Spleenspan, I forget) and they mentioned that the basement of the NY Fed was either foreign (German?) territory, somethign about moving money there was the same thing as sending it cross border.
It was, by far the most frignteneign conversation, considering that the men and Woman (Yellen) had the global financial world by it's balls.
I predict this bunch of freaks will disappear from Jekyll island, never to be seen again.
See how all the power brokers are outta town (Omama, Billary, FED)...
Batten the hatches folks.....
The juxtaposition of all factors being off the charts is totally....well.....off the charts...

Robert P. Murphy has a PhD in economics from New York University, he is an adjunct scholar of the Mises Institute.
The exert appears about 1/2 way through the page.
Heres another:
"The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank . . . sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

ahhh, today's meetings are being 'archived' so that 'we can view them later'. IE the feed is being sliced and diced so that we don't hear or see anything that we aren't supposed to hear or see.
Was Volcker not invited to this little mutual admiration society?
I guess we can't have anyone spoiling this public relations circle-jerk for the Fed.

In wake of MaoObama. Ace card is in his sleeve to seek popularity. Epic fail once again
What's with all the harsh words?
Look at the progress over one short century... they had to "slither" into the original crime scene in a private rail car after dark, with no trace to their identity or the purpose of the gathering... today they rape and pillage with impunity, and make no effort what so ever to hide it!
After dinner montage of unemployment and food bank lines rumored for this evenings entertainment... have fun boys!

Thank you.
About 100 people were expected at the conference, which was attended only by invitation and not open to the public.
We need a complete list of attendees. This would prove interesting.
I'll bet Madoff is sitting in his cell saying, "Great I do a $50B ponzi and go to prison. They?...well, they do a multi trillion one and get a conference to chat about it."
Cheerleading the FED from Jekyll Island is a poke in the eye to man and beast.
The folks that create money out of thin air have less security than Obama visiting India.
I believe the handwriting is on the wall.
Enjoy it while it lasts Jekyll Island fraudsters...when the country is in full-scale financial collapse every man, woman, child, and dog will know where to point the finger.
Jekyll Island? They seriously returned to the scene of the crime? That seals it for me. These leeches' arrogance will be their undoing.
It might just be my own arrogance, but Bernanke seems very timid, scared, shy, and a little creepy whenever he makes a speech. I can't stand more than 15 seconds of it. It's like his conscience is causing the facade to backfire.
Anyone else sense this?

Normally I'm against the use of nuclear weaponry, but fuck if the world would not be a whole lot better off if one went off in Jekyll Island this weekend.

Yes I do and it creeps me out too! It reminds me of the UberJuden at the death camps. Their look of "we all know what is going to happen, either I do it or somebody else will. At least this way me and my family will live, but you are dead no matter what." Am I right about that?
