Wear Zero Support

Tyler Durden's picture

Since we started unraveling Project Enigma, we have been literally inundated with requests for Zero Hedge paraphernalia.

We have decided to give in.

No, the profits aren't going to charity, unless you count our bloodthirsty brand new ISPs as a charity.

No, we didn't make it in a sweatshop. (Someone probably did, although the cost to us indicates the sweat shop was likey the cafeteria at 1 New York Plaza).

No, it is not a good idea to wear it while sitting on Goldman's prop desk.

No, we aren't laughing at your termination from Goldman's prop desk after wearing it while sitting on Goldman's prop desk, we are laughing with your termination from Goldman's prop desk after wearing it while sitting on Goldman's prop desk.

Yes, you can have it in any color you want as long as it's black.

Now is your chance to wear Zero support... proudly.

(ZH branded shirts, coffee mugs, bumper stickers, flamethrowers and guerrilla squads coming soon)

The letter Z is too cool of a letter to not be in your logo.

Like spell out the word ZerO and have the H behind that or something because few pages in people's web browser histories are going to start with a Z.

It also looks like "Ho" :)

Oh, and I agree with this Anonymous Coward that Z is a rocking good letter for a logo. Perhaps for a future iteration of cap, leg warmers, or yarmulka.

Id love to buy a shirt or two, but the current logo kills it. Big time. =\

O is way to prominent. Anything with an O like that I would avoid. The H behind looks like an X so you got a hat that the O and Malcom X fans will really appreciate, they should sell well in Harlem. Sorry to be so negative, but that's what I see. I'll gladly wear and support ZH (not OH) any time and any place and look forward to getting some gear. Again, only my two cents. Hope you are not offended.

Clearly, you weren't paying attention.

Our high quality hat is made of sturdy, durable brushed canvas. We only carry 100% cotton hats for optimal breathing and year-round comfort.  The adjustable closure with a low profile crown fits even the most massive quant-craniums with the adjusting tool (second prize in the Glenn Gary sales contest- not included with order).  Ideal to show that you are less than conventional, but not so full of yourself you won't wear a baseball cap to the Opera or the third date.

Maybe it is... but how do you know? Like all the "high quality" homes built since 2003. Taking the manufacturer's word for it on how it's sewn and assembled in Vietnam?

Anyway, my point wasn't the quality, really. Hats just aren't cutting edge enough for this site.

Maybe umbrellas? T-shirts and hats scream mainstream tool, not trailblazer. Seems a little disingenuous to go the human billboard route given the nature of this blog.

A catchy, few word, thought provoking slogan may serve the cause as well or better than a logo. Or maybe an easy to remember cipher that people will type into google and get this site as the top/only result

A 0 with a line through it is recognized as zero in many places. By now my negative reaction to anything that looks like an O is visceral. I will buy something anyway to show support. The logo does not do justice to ZH. I know some good logo folks if you'd care for some free suggestions.

The cap is not supposed to be what Calvin Kline would like to have you define as cool. It is supposed to be a statement. Exactly zero time went into its creation, however it will be the one thing I will be extatic to see a person on the street wearing for what it represents: that the Zero Hedge message is spreading.
