Why Didn't We Capture the Terrorist Kingpin and Interrogate Him?
I'm as happy as the next red-blooded American that Bin Laden is dead.
For
more than a decade, the government has said that Bin Laden is the
world's worst terrorist, a terrorist kingpin, the head of the worst
terrorist group in the world.
But if we captured and interrogated him, he could have spilled a lot of beans which would help prevent future terrorist attacks.
Right?
But as the Atlantic reports today:
There's one option the administration appears to have never seriously considered: taking bin Laden alive.
***
The
administration had made clear to the military's clandestine Joint
Special Operations Command that it wanted bin Laden dead, according to a
senior U.S. official with knowledge of the discussions. A
high-ranking military officer briefed on the assault said the SEALs
knew their mission was not to take him alive.
The White House now admits that Bin Laden wasn't armed, so why wasn't he captured? The government now says that the Seals who entered the compound thought he was reaching for a weapon.
That
might be true, although Bin Laden wasn't exactly a healthy spring
chicken. Indeed, Bin Laden was already pretty sickly by late 2001.
(Don't worry: This post won't go down any rabbit holes regarding claims
that Bin Laden died years ago.)
As CNN terrorism analyst Peter Bergen - who met Bin Laden and studied Bin Laden and his operation for many years - told CNN in 2002:
He's aged enormously between '97 and October of last year.
This is a man who was clearly not well. I mean, as you see from these
pictures here, he's really, by December he's looking pretty terrible.
But by December, of course, that tape that was aired then, he's barely
moving the left side of his body. So he's clearly got diabetes. He has
low blood pressure. He's got a wound in his foot. He's apparently got
dialysis ... for kidney problems.
I mean, this is a
man who has a number of health problems, apart from the fact that
anybody running around the Afghan mountains is not going to be in great
shape.
Indeed, the oldest - and second-largest - French newspaper claims that Bin Laden was in the hospital for kidney failure two months before 9/11. As the Guardian notes:
Two months before September 11 Osama bin Laden flew to Dubai for 10 days for treatment at the American hospital, where he was visited by the local CIA agent, according to the French newspaper Le Figaro.
The
disclosures are known to come from French intelligence which is keen
to reveal the ambiguous role of the CIA, and to restrain Washington
from extending the war to Iraq and elsewhere.
Bin Laden is reported to have arrived in Dubai on July 4 from Quetta in Pakistan with his own personal doctor, nurse and four bodyguards, to be treated in the urology department.
***
Bin Laden has often
been reported to be in poor health. Some accounts claim that he is
suffering from Hepatitis C, and can expect to live for only two more
years.
According to Le Figaro, last year he ordered a mobile dialysis machine to be delivered to his base at Kandahar in Afghanistan.
And CBS news reported that Bin Laden was ill on September 10, 2001, being treated in a Pakistan hospital with kidney dialysis:
In addition, it is rumored that Bin Laden had Marfan Syndrome - a
disorder of the connective tissue, which usually shortens the life span
(Abraham Lincoln had Marfan).
As Salon noted in November 2001:
Judging
by photos and the FBI's physical records, Osama bin Laden could be a
candidate for the diagnosis. He is said to be between 6 foot 4 inches
and 6 foot 6, which is apparently unusual for his family. He is thin,
bony and has little muscle; he weighs only 160 pounds. And he uses a
cane -- possibly the result of connective tissue or back problems.
Other information about the leader of al-Qaida suggests he may have a
heart condition. His facial structure also resembles that of people with
Marfan.
"He is Marfanoid," says Dr. Richard
Devereux, a clinician who treats patients with the illness at the Weill
Cornell Medical Center in New York. "He seems to have long fingers and
long arms. His head appears to be elongated and his face narrow ...
It's certainly conceivable that he has the Marfan syndrome and could be
evaluated for it."
Though people have long
speculated about bin Laden having Marfan, federal officials won't
answer questions about his health. "We don't discuss the medical
conditions of our enemy commanders," says Maj. Jay Steuck, a Defense
Department spokesman. And a Central Intelligence Agency spokesman says,
"We don't do unclassified medical summaries."
***
Yossef
Bodansky, staff director of the House Task Force on Terrorism, told
the New York Post: "We are getting a lot of reports and rumors. By all
accounts, bin Laden is not a healthy man and is under a lot of stress."David K. Schenker, a research fellow at the
Washington Institute for Near East Policy, agrees that bin Laden's size
is atypical for his surroundings. "I lived in the Middle East, and I
never ran into anyone that tall," he says.
***
Should
bin Laden have Marfan syndrome, the stress of cave-hopping and trying
to outrun Allied cruise missiles could prove deadly. "People with the
disease are told not to engage in heavy exercise," says Dr. Darwin
Prockop, director of the Center for Gene Therapy at Tulane University.
"If Osama bin Laden has Marfan, he is in danger of sudden rupture of
the aorta and sudden death."
Again, this post will
not go down the rabbit hole to ask whether Bin Laden died prior to
Sunday's raid. I am only focusing on the fact that Bin Laden was
probably not a healthy young bad guy when he was thought to be reaching
for a gun.
Bin Laden’s 12 year old daughter purportedly claims
that Bin Laden was successfully captured alive first and then later
summarily executed by the troops. Hopefully, this isn't true.
But assuming the government's version of events is true, why didn't the seals use knock-out gas and capture him? Even common thugs use knock out gas. For example, the U.S. state department warns:
Do not accept food or drink from strangers. Criminals have been known to drug food or drink offered to passengers. Criminals may also spray sleeping gas in train compartments.
Where possible, lock your compartment. If it cannot be locked
securely, take turns sleeping in shifts with
your traveling companions. If that is not possible, stay awake. If you
must sleep unprotected, tie down your luggage
and secure your valuables to the extent possible.
(Be careful if you take any night trains in Italy).
If
common hoodlams knock out their victims, you know that the U.S.
military has stuff they can easily lob in and knock everyone out. Why
didn't the government knock out Bin Laden and then hall him off to the
interrogation room?
Indeed, the U.S. may have gotten the clue about Osama bin Laden's Abbottabad location in 2008. As the Guardian notes:
US may have got Osama bin Laden's Abbottabad clue in 2008 – WikiLeaks
Courier's interrogation at Guantánamo revealed network of messengers that US traced to track down the al-Qaida leader
The
US may have obtained a clue three years ago that Osama bin Laden was
hiding in Abbottabad, according to information gathered by interrogators
at Guantánamo.***
WikiLeaks released the report last
week, prompting speculation that the US, afraid that its planned raid
might be pre-empted, brought forward its attack.
So the U.S. could have knocked him out in 2008 and interrogated him.
As I've pointed out before, the U.S. had multiple opportunities to get Bin Laden in 2001 and 2007:
According
to the U.S. Senate - Bin Laden was "within the grasp" of the U.S.
military in Afghanistan in December 2001, but that then-secretary of
defense Rumsfeld refused to provide the soldiers necessary to capture him.
This is not news: it was disclosed in 2005 by the CIA field commander for the area in Afghanistan where Bin Laden was holed up.
In addition, French soldiers allegedly say that they easily could have captured or killed Bin Laden in Afghanistan, but that the American commanders stopped them.
***
A retired Colonel and Fox News military analyst said that the U.S. could have killed Bin Laden in 2007, but didn't:
We
know, with a 70 percent level of certainty — which is huge in the
world of intelligence — that in August of 2007, bin Laden was in a
convoy headed south from Tora Bora. We had his butt, on camera, on
satellite. We were listening to his conversations. We had the world’s
best hunters/killers — Seal Team 6 [Note: this is the exact same team
that is credited with killing Bin Laden yesterday] — nearby. We had
the world class Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) coordinating
with the CIA and other agencies. We had unmanned drones overhead with
missiles on their wings; we had the best Air Force on the planet,
begging to drop one on the terrorist. We had him in our sights; we had
done it ....Unbelievably, and in my opinion, criminally, we did not
kill Usama bin Laden.Indeed, a United States Congressman claims that the Bush administration intentionally let Bin Laden escape in order to justify the Iraq war.
Moreover, as I've previously noted, capturing Bin Laden and taking down Al Qaeda was never the real priority:
American historian, investigative journalist and policy analyst Gareth Porter writes in the Asia Times:
***
Feith's book, War and Decision, released last month, provides excerpts of the paper Rumsfeld sent to President George W Bush on September 30, 2001, calling for the administration to focus not on taking down Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda network but on the aim of establishing "new regimes" in a series of states...
***
If we had really wanted to get Bin Laden, we would have gotten him in 2001 (indeed, the Taliban offered to turn him over), or 2007.
And Gareth Porter reported yesterday that the U.S. didn't even consider capturing Bin Laden as part of its Afghanistan war strategy:
The Rumsfeld and the Cheney and Rumsfeld were determined not to allow a focus Even after Bush
absence of any military planning to catch bin Laden was a function of
Bush's national security team, led by Vice-President Dick Cheney and
Secretary of Defence Donald Rumsfeld, which had firmly opposed any
military operation in Afghanistan that would have had any possibility
of catching bin Laden and his lieutenants.
second-ranking official at the Pentagon, Paul Wolfowitz, had dismissed
CIA warnings of an al Qaeda terrorist attack against the United States
in the summer of 2001, and even after 9/11 had continued to question
the CIA's conclusion that bin Laden and al Qaeda were behind the
attacks.
on bin Laden to interfere with their plan for a U.S. invasion of Iraq
to overthrow the Saddam Hussein regime.
decided in favour of an Afghan campaign, CENTCOM commander Tommy
Franks, who was responsible for the war in Afghanistan, was not
directed to have a plan for bin Laden’s capture or to block his escape
to Pakistan.
We tortured a bunch of innocent farmers, children, and grandparents
... supposedly to get information about Bin Laden. But it doesn't
seem like the government was very interested in actually interrogating
Bin Laden himself.

Perhaps I should have more patience and understand that not everyone has had the experience I have. Okay, so this is the internet, and no one should believe me nor anyone else. Still...
It baffles me that people who are (perhaps) properly skeptical of what the MSM or USG says are so accepting of anything any contrary voice, whom I refer to as the Internet Gurus, preach. Whether it is Tarpley or Alex Jones or any of the others, somehow what they say is gospel.
In the last few days I have heard "Tim Osman" has been dead since 2002. So who was at the hospital? Photos of that, or just hearsay? And "Tim Osman"? Who pulled that out of his ass? Even in the mainstream, there are plenty of books and articles by harsh critics of the CIA (Agee, Stockwell, et al) who note that individuals are given code names based on a two letter digraph denoting their country or organization, then followed by a name chosen by the IA who originally set up the 201 file. For example, ObL could have been named something like ZHFIGHTCLUB.
And the ObL story doesn't make sense? I agree they have lost some control of the narrative, but there is a big difference between "sources" and people who really know. In an event like this everybody wants to pretend he was on the inside, and the media is easily suckered. Plus, people like John Brennan probably had been awake for several days before he did his press conference. If he made any slip, one might attribute it to fatigue. It has been the media who produced the "photos", which people on this site criticized the WH for, even though they had nothing to do with the photos. The other details will come out in time, but if you have never been in a firefight, you don't know how the mind plays tricks on you. Nothing seems real until one emerges on the other side still alive. The "forty minutes" of firefight on this day came from "sources", and could well have meant the entire length of the operation. The Pakistani tweeter who did not know what he was a witness to spoke of "minutes" of gunfire, not forty minutes. Even that "minutes" could well have been thirty seconds, unless he is accustomed to hearing gunfire.
Then there is all the nonsense about 911 being an "inside job". As each piece of supposed evidence is disproved, adherents of the conspiracy refuse to give up. I believe you are a scientist, an astronomer if I remember correctly. You must be familiar with Galileo. Look at the twin tower collapses again. How can debris fall faster than the building that was supposedly in "freefall"? Are the culprits so powerful they can suspend Newtonian law? If so, we're all screwed.
I am not a big fan of the government. I hate what was done in our name because of 911. I hate the Patriot Act. I hesitate going back to the US because I hate the TSA slugs and the interminable and offensive airport lines. I ahted the Iraq war and everything associated with it. I think Bernanke is a deluded academic, and Geithner is a criminal. I think Jamie Dimon is a pyschopath in the clinical sense of the term.
I also happen to believe the official story on 911, because it makes sense to me. I know ObL was not a CIA asset, except for when he, along with thousands of others, received aid in the 1980's during the time of the Mujahideen. I know al Qaeda is real, along with Lashkar e Taiba, Abu Sayyaf, Jama'ah Islamiyah and AQAP. I have lost friends to al Qaeda, and have dealt with them myself. No, I haven't been fooled, though you may not believe me, and it earns me nothing to explain why.
We agree in more ways than you realize, I suspect. Both of us have some first-hand experiences, and we can be damn certain about those events we witnessed first-hand or semi first-hand. You "lost friends to al Qaeda" (whatever that means), and whatever you observed, you observed. I also have some first-hand experiences. In my case it was doing contract work for NASA and AirForceResearchLabs contractors. I saw how it works in these organizations, and every one of my experiences on several completely different projects was roughly similar. So yes, I extrapolate from these experiences and assume lots of other projects are similar. The level of lies is stunning and astounding. The level of craven, diabolical evil is astounding. The degree to which almost everyone goes along with even the most depraved crap is utterly unbelievable... until you witness it yourself. Personally, I refused to perform any work that I considered even slightly likely to practice evil. Fortunately my specialties kept me away from those kinds of areas, but I saw what was happening.
From our personal experiences we draw inferences from hundreds or thousands of things we see happening in the world. We are not 100% certain our inferences are correct, and we keep looking for further evidence... no matter where that evidence takes us. Sometimes are inferences are very weak. We must always remember how confident we are about our inferences, because they run the gamet from slight suspicion to virtual certainty.
Obviously you see things like BLATANT abuse of fundamental rights by TSA and others. You see supporters of Ron Paul put on "do not fly" lists. You see all sorts of things... yet seem to require absolute proof of nefarious intent before you accept non-mainstream interpretations. So be it. I believe you're a sucker. But you decide for yourself. I would never want anyone to believe me. I want people to be AWAKE and THINK with their own eyes and rational thought processes. Just keep that up and you'll be okay.
Good post. The birth certificate was so bad I wonder if it does not constitute a warning to those who can hear it.The White House is occupied by a puppet.
If so, good on them.If it is just slackness, however, it indicates that the incompetence is just breathtaking.
I will take it as a warning.
And yes, I am an expert in digital imaging and files....all the experts I have consulted with have laughed hard at what they released.FAIL,EPIC.None of us laughed at the implications though.
Hey, DUMBSHIT...
Grab a scanned image, throw it into Acrobat, and export it as a optimized PDF.
Here, I'll even give you an image to try it on:
http://www.foxnews.com/projects/pdf/20110328125536753.pdf
Mkay, now open that in Illustrator... tell me whatcha see.
"I AM AN EXPERT IN DIGITAL IMAGING AND FILES BECAUSE I KNOW ABOUT JPEG AND GIF"
"ALL OF THE EXPERTS I HAVE CONSULTED WITH SAY OBAMA'S A NIGGER"
"I AM A FAGGOT"
Which experts? Name one, or even just tell me their credentials, I dare ya.
Obama's the worst kind of dogshit, but you're pretty execrable yourself. Go get fucked.
You are completely WRONG. There is no automatic process of any software package that pulls apart the various aspects of a photographic or scanned image into multiple layers in the way that birth certificate is organized into layers.
Furthermore, no process of this kind pixilates some parts of the image and not others as exists in the PDF file. That is completely absurd. I'm not an Adobe software expert, but I am a software expert and image processing expert who did image processing algorithm development for a contractor to NASA and AirForce. I can tell you without doubt that several aspects of that document are clearly faked. It is fraudulant.
By the way, if you watch all the youtube exposes of the birth certificate, you will find a few that are well done and explain and SHOW quite well that the document is certainly fake. You certainly don't need to be a "rocket scientist" like me to understand some of the better youtube videos.
There is something in your tone that makes me suspect that you might possibly disagree with something that poster Cistercian said above, yes?
Tim Osman is now safe and receiving medical help through the "witness protection plan" graciously provided by taxpayer dollars through the Agency. He and his family are grateful to the American people for all their concern for his well-being.
George, see your stuff here a lot. Once read them.
And while you're probably correct that BL squeals might have yielded a lot....I'm plenty comfortable with the idea, the near certainty, that he breaths no more.
The conservative move here (with everything else swirling around) was just insuring
we didn't fuck up. He's dead and we didn't.
"Don't worry: This post won't go down any rabbit holes regarding claims that Bin Laden died years ago"
too bad...the truth may be down that rabbit hole....even if bin laden aka tim osman were still alive he wasn't doing anything other than what the cia wanted....he was a cia "asset". it's all theater folks....
psy ops.
all of it.
fabrications, dead ends, fallacies
and prevarications. false questions
that lead to collective ad homonyms...
and acquiescence in the face of
total intellectual systemic failure,
anything to avoid the simple truth.
this is no rabbit hole.

normalcy bias
Kinda interesting that our punk president tells the Sovereigns of this nation what we can see and not see. President is an EMPLOYEE and Sovereigns are OWNERS of this nation. An almost 60-40% split says they want to see photo's ( of course we trust you Bammie) and this fuck head says, nope, I;ll make the decisions around here and the MSN and Congress says that O.K. by me.
I want to see the photo's including the burial-up front and real time. Milestones
It's truly amazing, isn't it, exactly how many residents of the US believe that a neighbor down the street, despite no prior transgressions, is capable of deceit, theft and other skullduggery (been waiting a while to use that word in a run-on sentence)? On the other hand for these same US residents, those cute, telegenic, cuddly creatures in the US government could never be anything but paragons of truth, virtue and fair dealing, despite years of evidence to the contrary.
It is truly mind boggling as questioning shifting stories full of holes (like the OBL capture/hit story) does not require bias towards conspiracy theory at all; it merely requires common sense.
Sorry not many Sovereigns left in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.
Why Didn't We Capture the Terrorist Kingpin and Interrogate Him?Simple because this was a Black Ops 'Hit & Run' Navy Seal mission deep in hostile enemy territory... it was essential to shoot him up quick and get out super fast to the safety of the Pakistani miltary base "a stones throw away" (according to the US Military account)
...they have some rough neighbourhoods in Pakistan "a stones throw away" from their military bases, had to get our Navy Seals out quick and couldn't leave him alive or carry a live hostage all of 100 yards to the military base - a stones throw away - for fear of having your cover blown deep in 'hostile enemy terrritory'..... ok a rough neighbourhood... alright the Seals just can't handle street beggars alright!!!
The fight raged on for nearly an hour (according to official reports) and nobody from the nearby military bases or local police bothered to show up and ask what was going on.
Left the place in remarkably good condition too!
The fight raged on for nearly an hour (according to official reports) and nobody from the nearby military bases or local police bothered to show up and ask what was going on.
What you have are initial reports from "sources". They may have mistaken the entire length of the operation for the firefight portion of it. I don't think John Brennan or Carney said a 40 minute firefight.
Plus, we have the Pakistani Tweeter, who gave a play-by-play to something about which he did not know, but who heard it. He wrote of a "few minutes" of gunfire. Depending on how scared he was, and if he had a watch, a "few minutes" could be anywhere from thirty seconds to five minutes.
"the fight raged for nearly an hour" - what a skinny old Arab, his wife and teenage son stood their ground for an hour against Navy Seals? Who you hiring as Seals nowadays, Roger Rabbit! Did the Seals not have a surprise attack, sneak up and blast-fast entry or did they use megaphones to pre-announce their arrival and give time to load up??
SAS would reccy the sight, plan, creep up, stun grenades and you're in 'blap blap' all the fighting over in under 2 minutes to clear a house this size guaranteed
"nobody from the nearby military bases or local police bothered to show up.." - the Pakistani military are freindly, did the US intelligence (cough, splutter) not have the nouse to ask for their help/assistence/permission first? ...you telling me a fire fight is taking place "a stones throw away" from a Pakistani military base for an hour and they didn't scramble?? ...and the local Police ignored the sounds of machine guns going off????
this shamoblic story is falling apart and unravelling at the seams already, only absolute clowns or total cowboys (like US intelligence) could think anyone would believe this garbage... it's beyond a fuking joke already!!
You ought it apply for the job of Obama's press secretary. It pays well, has good bennys, and you can spin a dumb enough story to make a credible candidate.
you're a stones throw away from me coming round and topping you
deep in enemy territory...
nothing that 500 quid couldn't solve
http://www.cheapflights.co.uk/flights/Islamabad/London/
well you can see the US intelligence (cough, splutter) services operational problems here;
i). they were deep in hostile enemy teritory (a stones throw away from a friendly Pakistani military base!)
ii). so this had to be a small crack team of top secret undercover Hit & Run experts (they couldn't have simply asked the Pakisatini military base up the road to unload half their compound and popped down the street to surround Bin Hidings house!)
iii). and they didn't take him hostage as they were hundreds of miles (a stones throw away) from friendly territory (the Pakistani military base up the road) and couldn't have the luxury of taking and carrying a hostage so far out of hostile enemy territory (to the friendly military base down the street!)
iv). the fear for this top secret mission was being compromised in enemy territory (US friendly Pakistan) and the Navy Seals being accosted by schoolchildren in the neighbourhood, angry Mums at these foreign men wearing Burkas (balaclavas) and possibly street beggars before they got back to the miltary base "a stones throw away"
They didn't have enough change for the parking meter so they had to hurry.
These idiots couldn't lie there way out of a paper bag. Is all a lie. Pathetic
+1 I hear ya Max. You'd think they'd be better at lying. Can't even get their story straight. Pathetic is right.
Borne...again.
.
No body, no pictures, no video. The "official" story is changing by the minute. From shot down helicopters to staged photo shoots in the white house. The only certain thing is that the family was allowed to leave with some very vivid memories. Could it all have been staged? Is Osama now clean shaven and lounging in Dubai? Or was he killed to keep him from doing his own version of wikileaks?
The only certain thing would seem to be that the political branch of our government is hopelessly incompetent.
And criminal.
Don't worry GW, the official story changes every 30-45 minutes. I'm sure the next iteration will include some mention of Osama being questioned before they shot him.
"For more than a decade, the government has said that Bin Laden is the world's worst terrorist, a terrorist kingpin, the head of the worst terrorist group in the world."
- Yeah, so much so Bin Laden wasn't even on the FBI's top 10 most wanted list. Seriously, can't believe how many seemingly sane, rational people, believe the 9/11 'official' story. It's got more plot holes, inconstancies, contradictions, and physics defying stunts than a 60's sci-fi B movie.
The U.S. government was responsible/complicit in murdering 3000 of it's own citizens (well some happen to be foreign workers, but you get the point). Live with it.
Hey everyone, check this guy out. He claims the US government killed 3,000 of its own citizens. And what does he do about it? He goes on zerohedge and writes it in bold letters.
Way to stand up and take action--pussy.
And you would do what, exactly? Go to the MSM and get laughed at? Start a one man revolution and get anti-terrorized and waterboarded until you admit it was you who planned the attacks? Grow up.
They're still making up stories full of holes. Burial at sea?!? LP:There will of course be photos. BO:There will not be any photos... ?!?
Would a 9/11 Believer of the official government sanctioned version of a consiracy theory please explain what went down with Building 7.
[Note - I saw RichardP address this once by saying that some unknown number of Manhatten skyscrapers are pre-wired and loaded with explosives, in case the need to "Pull it" ever arises.]
Then explain how come TV used to have specials from Vegas where the disused casino is dropped into it's footprint??
I still want to know why the government brought down bldg 7
To get rid of the evidence of the missing 2 trillion $ problem at the Pentagon? There was allegedly an investigation on going in WTC7 concerning that and all the files were there.
Some firemen claimed there were a lot of dead bodies there too.
You'll need to do a FOIA request to get the rest of the reasons. Good luck.
No one knows what to believe at this point. However, Ben Ladin's daughter, who witnessed the murder (killing??) of her Father could be a real problem if she starts posting videos describing torture/unnecessary killings by the supposely honorable Seal 6 team. Who knows the lies she will tell? If there are no other US video/pictures, his daugher's story will be believed by billions.
There could be no "unnecessary" killing of anyone living with OBL. They earned their trip to the virgin ward. Is there any reason to believe the virgins they are going to get are female?
Nothing a good straw man couldn't handle. Maybe she went batshit crazy after watching that go down... post-traumatic stress; that's what they'll call it.
credibility shot...
credibility shot...only in US MSM.
Finished that off for ya, Magic.
Nice. The US gov does something agreeable, and 'we' did it. Otherwise, 'they' did it.
Dead men tell no tales.
They couldn't capture him because he died years ago
because torture doesn't work
you heard it here first
What a crock of sh*t. Quit yammering nonsense and listen to what is being told to you.
Both Panetta and Rumsfeld have both just reminded everyone that the first information on the couriers was developed from waterboarding.
It is obvious that no "enhanced interrogation techniques" would be necessary to get either you or Geo Wash to belch out BS.
Pull My Finger
You get either
Fart

Crap from Geo Wash
to get either you or Geo Wash to belch out BS.
you completely missed my point, which was sarcasm
you belched in public
Panetta and Rumsfeld are pathological liars. They lied. That's what they do. It's their job. Comprende?
Ditto tortured "suspects". If tortured I'd tell you anything I thought you wanted to hear to get you to stop torturing regardless of its truthfulness or whether I knew anything about what was questioned. Anything! I'd even lie! So would most individuals. Capiche? Or is your stupidity boundless?
I guess Panetta also lied about OBL being killed
In view of ObL's medical condition, that seems to agree with the preponderance of the evidence. The odds of ObL being alive last week are infinitesimally small.
You can stop guessing now.
