Sunny Sheu Killed After Reporting Death Threat from Foreclosure Judge Joseph Golia
"Since his death last summer, associates of Sun Ming
Sheu, an activist fighting alleged judicial corruption in New York,
remain convinced that he was murdered and that police aren't
aggressively investigating his death because of a coverup."
This just in from William Galison, the author of Black Star News Article, and the friend who filmed the video of Sunny foretelling his murder.
I reposted his concerns in full to make sure they do not "disappear."

Today, June 29th, I spoke with a reporter from BI for two hours and
then left for his office to give him some information I did not want
to discuss on the phone.
Outside
I noticed a silver van with nobody in it illegally parked across the
street from my building. Sunny had been surveilled by a silver van in
the days before his murder, so to be cautious I photographed the
plates.
Then I noticed that there was
Police parking plate in the window, showing that the cop was from the
81rst precinct, which is in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
As I was taking the pictures a guy in a Yankees cap approached me
and asked "you got a problem?". I said,"The van is parked illegally"
,and he replied "well, talk to the cop over there" I looked in the
direction he was pointing and asked "who's the cop?". To my surprise
he said "your fucking mother!" I said "what?" and he repeated "your
fucking mother".
I realized this was the cop from the van. I asked "who are you?"
and raised my phone to take a picture. The guy lunged at me and
grabbed me by the neck, throwing me against the building. "You take a
fucking picture of me and I'll fucking crush your face" he said. A
woman and some kids were walking by and I yelled "call the police" The
guy yelled mockingly "yeah call the police", to let me know that they
would not interfere with their own.
As I walked away, he yelled, "you take a fucking picture of me and
I'll fucking kill you!". I was able to get the info of a witness. To
my surprise, he did not steal or smash my camera. I do not think he
realized that I got clear pictures of his plates and a blurred picture
of him.
I have no question that this cop was surveilling me because of my
involvement with the Sunny case. He may have been casing my building
for a way to get in. There is no question that many very bad people
want me dead. Sunny was killed for exposing financial corruption. I
have exposed murder.
They killed Sunny partly to stop his investigation of Golia and
partly to send a warning to the public that you can't fight
corruption. If I and a few other people hadn't acted when Sunny was
killed, everything would have worked out for these murderers, but with
all the evidence in my possession, I could not be silent. Sunny made a
video telling the world that he might be murdered by the NYPD, and he
was, so I will not tempt that consequence by saying the same.
The question for the authorities regarding me is: "what is the
downside to killing Will Galison?" and the only possible answer is
that if Galison dies, there will be riots, and protests, and outrage,
and political heads will roll, figuratively and perhaps literally.
Otherwise it's a no-brainer.
I ask my friends and colleagues: what would it take to
bring you to the streets? My death? Your friend's death?, Your lover's
death? Your child's death? Sunny was a dear friend, but he did not
have a big enough sphere of friends to make problems for the cops when
they killed him. He had no family, few professional colleagues and
few friends. My waving a sign in protest would not have helped, but
what I did help do was to bring his murder to the attention of the
world.
I am asking on you, my friends and colleagues, to help assure my
safety. If YOU, my friends, and your friends, DO NOTHING, I or someone
else in my position will be killed and the terror will grow more
powerful and universal until we all find ourselves in a police state,
with no freedom and no recourse. Then it will be too late.
Like Sunny, I cannot go to the NYPD. I cannot go to the FBI, or my political representatives. Been there, done that.
Thank God the alternative press is still able and willing to bring
this case into the public eye. Fortunately for me, unlike Sunny I also
have friends in high government positions (and even in the NYPD) who
will do what they can to make sure there is a high price for my
assassination.
I will be making a video, and I will be sending around a petition
for an independent counsel investigation of Sunny's murder. I will
also press assault charges against the cop who threw me against the
wall and threatened my life. My main line of defense is to get ALL the
information about Sunny out to the world as fast as possible, so that
killing me will have less upside.

I have some mostly good news and some bad news regarding the "undercover
cop" incident. The good news is that the "police" goon who threatened
to kill me the other day does not seem to be associated with the Sunny
Sheu story. The incident turns out to be a bizarre confluence of
coincidences and well-earned paranoia.
The story was this:
I saw a van illegally parked outside of my building last Wednesday, with
a police placard in the front window. Being acutely aware that my Sunny
Sheu story is pissing people off at the highest levels of corruption, I
thought he might be scoping me out with evil intent. Plus, the fact
that Sunny was tailed by a silver van before he was killed had made me
silver-van-aphobic.
I photographed the guy's plates and looked in the window. He came over
and attacked me, telling me he'd kill me if I tok a picture. This
reenforced my notion that he was a bad cop. The next day the van was
back. I photo'd the van again and he came out of a building and started
running after me.
That's when I posted my APB that I had been attacked by a cop.
I got in touch with NYPD internal affairs and they treated me with
outrageous disrespect, I assumed it was because strings were being
pulled at high levels.
So today, when the van was back I called the local police pct. t sort this out.
It turns out that the guy lives on my street (where I've recently
moved). His wife is a cop from the 81st and he was illegally using her
police placard to avoid getting tickets. When he saw me photographing
his van, he freaked, perhaps because he thought I was going to get him
busted.
I just spoke with the guy. It turns out that his van had been broken
into a few days earlier and the lock broken. He saw me looking in the
window and thought I was trying to break in or steal the van.
In any case, he was wrong for assaulting me and threatened to kill me if
I took his picture, but I am happy to let that go. As long as he is not
linked to the Sunny murder, its cool.
SO PLEASE REMOVE ANY PHOTO'S REFERENCE TO THE VAN'S PLATE NUMBER OR PHOT'S OF THE VAN.
I don't want to cause any trouble for this guy or his wife.
So the good news is that the van was not there to kidnap or surveil me.
The bad news is that I feel like a fool for alarming everybody about a misattributed and overestimated threat against me.
HOWEVER, I must stress that the facts and allegations in the Sunny Sheu
case are not paranoia or coincidence based, and my concern about
possible retribution against me is well founded.
The documentation speaks for itself. The cops did kidnap and threaten
Sunny, the judge and bank did defraud him, he was killed by head trauma
days after busting the judge, the cops and hospital did break major laws
to cover up the circumstances of his death, and all FOIL requests to
the NYPD have been ignored for nine months. And there has been no
investigation of his death despite its manner being “Undetermined”.
Milton and I stand by every aspect of the story- and will post part 2 in the next few days.
I am deeply sorry for alarming you unnecessarily about my safety. Even
still, I shall not underestimate the power of the entities that killed
Sunny and still ask your support by distributing the story as widely as
possible.

I read about the case of Sunny a few days ago from a link a ZHer was kind enough to provide and it shocked me to the core. I've never read anything like it before in my life and confirms all the stories I had sometimes dismissed as exaggeration or propaganda about America.

No, but I saw the film with Al Pacino. One would imagine with such worldwide publicity, the Knapp commission and Frank's work as lecturer at police academies, the NYPD (Or any other PD) would have cleaned up their act since the 1970's. I guess I got complacent when shit like this happens to other people and I started to believe it will never happen again. It's now clear to me that the problems of corruption in America is systemic and not an odd aberration.

He is not on Facebook- seems if you truly wanted to protect yourself and spread your message you would start with the closest friends and family whom you know and trust (and vice versa). I need more evidence before I believe this is anything other than some sort of disinformation hoax...

I'm wasn't refuting this stroy, merely looking for confirmation and I found it suspicious that this musician, Will Galison, was writing on every blog he could yet his Facebook page with over 1200 followers made no mention of this story. Maybe, but remember. Yours and his "friends and family" are TRIVIAL for the predators to locate. Then you just got yourself AND your friends and family killed. Think about it. Anonymous help is vastly more effective and rational.
I lived in the Soviet Union under Stalin, Khrushchev, and Brezhnev.
I also lived in the USA under Carter, Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton, Bush Jr., and now Obama.
Therefore, I can compare. IMHO, America is now looking more and more like the Stalin times. There was more freedom and justice in USSR under Khrushchev and Brezhnev than in America under Obama.
Please stop talking about good cops and bad cops. We have a systemic problem. Our political and legal systems are utterly corrupt and will become even much more worse.
A historical note. The Stalin's terrorist system collapsed only after his own henchmen could not take it any more and killed him.

My understanding is that Stalin suffered a stroke in his bedroom and that his room wasn't entered for a long while because people were afraid to enter it and incur Stalin's anger for being disturbed.

There will always be a small percentage of bad Judges, Policemen, Politicians, and Business persons. In a large Police force one sociopath in 100 Officers is enough to be effective in enforcing a partial lawless society. The Fink stigma could lead to no job, danger or death. Attacking the problems as an outsider can lead to situations as described in this story.
We must teach our children the realities of our society and the awareness of dangers not only on the street but in the Court Room. One upside of information like this being dispersed is that it not only points to things that must change, but that individuals need to be cautious. If you do not “know your place” you can be at risk for agitation of those who feel their “place in life” is superior to yours.
There is also the problem of criminals having bought their way into having an advantage over the normal citizen. One must take care in getting too aggressive regarding the bad guys. It could lead to difficulty.
Sorry, but I am almost 100% certain that 100% of all judges and cops at all levels in the USSA today are overt, self-conscious criminals. I would agree that perhaps a small percentage honesty regret the corrupt actions they take, but fear not taking those corrupt actions because they fear becoming the next victim of the predators.
Let me be clear. Every judge and every cop who allows the utterly obvious rampant criminality and predatory behavior of "officials" (including judges and cops) to continue without arresting them and trying them for egregious crimes IS explicitly and existentially aiding and abetting those crimes. I accept they can't go after ALL of them, but they can go after the most egregious they are aware of, and that alone would fill every working hour of every working day.

What a sad statement! The "bad guys" are predators. That is exactly and precisely and fundamentally what they are. Sure, there is always some danger involved in the process of caging and killing predators. I'll give you that.

Where they came from the class system was very well set. In a overview there was the Rulers and the Ruled. In order to facilitate the the role of the rulers there were the enforcer class, membership of which assured the men of the basic necessities of life as long as they were willing to put their bodies in front of any danger the Rulers defined as threatening their "vital interests".
As the soldiers disembarked from their ships in uniforms that maintained only a faint resemblance to the bright perfect red uniforms depicted by Hollywood, they marched slowly past all the wonders of the new colony in awe and disbelief.
It truly was the the land of milk and honey. Instead of people jammed together in abject poverty with minimal nourishment, they saw fat people and healthy people eating food in quantities they could only dream about.
Even those who were nominally in a "class" close to the troops or God Forbid , lower had access to fine clothes, living quarters, and a abundance of food. The main difference they saw, which brought on the anger necessary to eventually shoot on command and sometimes not on command, was that it seemed that every "colonist" regardless of "class" had the opportunity to work their way out of their "class" and become fabulously wealthy if they were smart enough and willing to work hard and long enough.
This wasn't the case in England at the time and in many ways traditions still hold steady. Once in a class regardless of what one invented or did to better themselves, would have to be handed over to the rulers. After all there was only so much bounty one could take from foreign lands and still keep control.
Not so in these Colonies. "Why these insolent spoiled bastards, didn't they know they were RULED and had to pay the fruits of their labors to their rulers?"
This system was institutionalized over many hundreds of years and generations in the England that was the world's superpower at that time, who had sent these troops , some young some old, to stomp these people down to the level they were at.
After-all it's always easier to bring someone down to your level than raise yourself up to theirs.
It can't be underestimated that there was a great deal of luck and yes the arrogance of the Royals that led to it backing out of the colonies . It was also more than helpful to have allies with money and a navy that hated the British who themselves tried to take some of the new land earlier.
The truly wealthy colonists recognized the meaning of the arrival of troops in force. Their rulers were intent on taking all of their material possessions away as tribute or taxes as had always been the custom. The "better-off class" sometimes were left with more than than the commoners, so distant lands were able to be ruled by loyal subjects to the whims of the monarchy without question.
The new land had been occupied for too long now that the rituals of Rule were no longer acceptable. This was another strategic error by the British. Once the wealthy saw their possessions at risk, they not only joined in the revolution , they helped fund it and led it. Many did it after the intense peer pressure and many didn't, preferring to remain as a somewhat better-off subject to the rule of Kings than their counterparts, when they felt certain the British royalty and it's subjects were deadly serious about bringing these "colonists" back into the fold of the tradition of the rule of Kings and Queens.
That's what happened then and what's happening now. It doesn't take long for one to realize that rule by kings and formation of classes are well underway: It always starts by defining people by class with words like "deadbeats" who were the weakest and first in line to give up first their pay and then their shelters to a point in the transition they became squatters in their own homes. Resented by many who had paid for theirs either by earned money or by estate money.
It's tribute time bitches. Just because you have more and feel higher up and morally superior to those who don't , this is just the transition phase. Those (still in the minority) in the police forces (enforcer class) and the judicial systems realize, who butter their bread from trifles from the ruling elite decide what class they will become a member of, so the videos start to come in fast and furious of outrageous and unpunished breaches of the constitution that was written when resources were plentiful and the technology was not available to consolidate wealth into the hands of a few. That would start happening the next century as the Robber Barons became part of our national lexicon.

So temporary alliances are made to combine forces to overpower anyone that can be a threat to those actively consolidating power or at the least, co-opting those who still have power
Using the modern tools of communication to the large masses of people of AM radio and cable TV, the divisions are created along with feelings of bitterness that are irrevocable by any means.
How else would they get the majority of Wal-mart double wide shoppers to vote against their own interests unless the hate for those who had a bit more was so intense they would rather bring them down to their level then rise above their own for the mere satisfaction of the dark part of the soul that every human has.
The Rule of Kings , Queens and Dictators has been and is the default method of govt. going back thousands of years. What we are witnessing now is a complex but recognizable reversion to the mean form of govt. Can it be stopped? Don't know. It takes money and leadership. Geez. WTF is wrong with these people? Do they really believe they can get away with this stuff forever? I know that places like NYC and Chicago are notoriously known for their corruption. My only advice is to the cop who stalking this guy. Understand you are the first person they will throw under the bus as this thing unravels. Al was up to his neck in Iran-Contra with the Bush's and Ollie North and testified to Congress about much of the misdeeds. This little book details how the expendable folks wind up poisoned, "suicided", or just plain disappearing when they've outlived their usefulness.

They couldn't possibly identify to themselves what they've done at the end of the day. "Pffew. Another shift gone. I followed an innocent guy looking into how we killed that other guy trying to expose mortgage fraud. And when he caught me, I throttled him. It's Miller time!"
My dad was a cop. Cops walk the thin line between the dark and the light side. In the bigger cities, those who walk on the dark side are often nice to them. Some get sucked into the corruption as it pays well and has more status. Being feared is better than being called a "pig" by the public. A little at corruption at first, more later. They are very loyal to each other and only under the most extreme conditions will turn each other in. That's not to say that good cops won't try to do things behind the scenese.
When they go full corrupt, a.k.a. Serpico they are extremely dangerous and hard to catch. About the only way to do it is an insider (unlikely) or an outside agency like FBI. Sometimes State Troopers and county mounties are not good pals, either. I admire anyone who takes on true corruption. Your life will be hell even if you survive and succeed.
The other part is human nature. You give someone, guns, power and the legitimacy of the state and it goes to their head. It would happen to most all of us. My favorite statement "I'm the law around here!" or some version of that is the fundamental corruption. They are NOT the law and don't even write them. However, they have a lot of judgement as to how to enforce it, who to enforce it on and status in court and society.
My suggestion is private security for all of us instead of state controlled.
Some cops are nothing more than thugs with a badge. Three of them just got fired this week in my city. One was stealing from criminals. He would turn off his dashcam when he did it. Another attacked a bar owner because it was closing time and he didn't want to leave. A third for threatening and assaulting a citizen. I'm not saying all cops are thugs, but they sure aren't the good neighborhood cops they used to be 30 years ago. Many are pumped full of steroids and aggression. I was threatened with jail once by a stupid cop because my car slid off the road during an ice storm. I had another cop scream at me because I reported my car stolen. I guess it interrupted his donut break.
Post 9-11, out of college I thought it might be nice to pay off my loans with a nice steady job and went through a police academy to pick up a job that a few others in the family already had. My biggest lessons was that departments actually vet out people who think critically and have intellectual wherewithal: 'What, you tryin' to be a lieutenant or somethin'?
They don't want neighborhood cops anymore. They want street troopers from Sadr City. I watched all the psychos/illiterate thugs get jobs right out of the academy and the guys and gals who actually thought 'Protect and serve' meant something kept their day jobs at Applebee's. The end of that education was the beginning of my investigation into what in the hell had gone wrong in my country. Luckily I learned my lesson in time... And this was a very rural CA jurisdiction (close to where that transit cop shot the guy in the back on the train platform.)
Your story has a bright side: They got fired.
They might just move underground, but perhaps they are now where they can do less harm.
Perhaps, as honestann points out above, they were required to be executed by their fellow officers they might have served the public good. I'm wondering how that makes them any better for it.
The answer is simple, but never discussed.
Before humans learned the new kind of behavior (and life strategy) of being producers (create what you need and want to survive and prosper), their behavior (and life strategy) was like all other animals... they were predators. (just grab and consume whatever you can get away with).
Eventually man discovered productive behavior (planting and harvesting to begin with), and the quantity of goods exploded. This relative abundance led to a huge explosion in human population, which is now perhaps 100 or 1000 times beyond the population that can be sustained by natural physical and biological processes of earth. Thus production became a necessity for mankind unless he wished to suffer a very painful and chaotic population implosion of 100x to 1000x. Also note that ethics arises as an expression of the producer alternative to the predator modus-operandi of "get away with whatever you can).
So, here's the deal.
Mankind as a whole became producers, especially in what we called the "western world" or "first world". Later much of the rest of the world turned to productive activity.
However, a small but significant portion of the population remained predators - some only in part, others in whole.
In the past 200 years they have methodically taken over all powerful institutions on the face of the earth. ALL of them (as far as I can see).
Every day they practice overt "get away with whatever we can" in endless ways... and yet the ever shrinking population of producers refuses to identify what is happening, or do anything significant (much less dramatic) about it.
Those judges and cops are absolute, complete, utter, 100% self-conscious predators. The have internalized the predator modus-operandi of "get away with whatever you can", and "consume the goods produced by fools who allow themselves to be fleeced and enslaved".
At the MOST fundamental level, this is the long term as well as crucial modern story of mankind. Yet humans are too stupid to identify this fact, and just submit to the worst slime in the history of the universe - self-conscious predators.
PS: At root, what made this possible to happen on such a massive scale to overwhelm the entire planet is the ultimate predatory expression, which is central banking (especially given "fiat money" and "fractional reserve practices"). That inherrently predatory activity has such enormous power to control behavior (of regular people and people in governments) that it finally led to those predators being able to assure ALL people in positions of power in government are predators.
Man is an abject failure, for letting this happen. For pretending it wasn't happening. For ignoring what they were seeing with their own eyes, and understanding with their own consciousness.
And man is FINISHED if he does not destroy the predators. And understand clearly, the ONLY solution to predators is to lock them up or kill them. They cannot be reasoned with. Period.

Planting and harvesting was controlled by the powers from the get-go. As a matter of fact, and I'm sad to state this, agriculture is actually responsible for giving us armies, as it was groups of non-productive people required to "protect" (one could argue whether it was really about protection or whether it was about control of the local populace in general) the grain stores.
Simple plays big, but it often does so at the expense of truth. And in this case the chanting of "beat/kill the 'non-productive'" plays well to a frothing mass: never mind that the overwhelming majority of what passes for "productive" (in such people's minds) is rather laughable.

An insightful piece, sadly it will be ignored, "the few good men" will continue to look the other way, but, not surprising, in a nation that has lost its way.
If the legal system works in your area (it does in mine), then it can be used. In many rural areas, and in some states; everywhere but large cities, police still work for the people.
If predators are operating in your area, and the police will not help, or the predators ARE the police, then it is upon YOU to defeat them, with whatever means will work. If it is a small rogue group many options are possible. Hidden webcams are still usefull in many areas. Media may be helpful, or not. Improvise, adapt, overcome.
Some cities need major "cleaning". Predators should be liquidated before they destroy all means of recourse. Once the judges and media are in their pocket there is little choice. "If they are not part of the solution, then they will be part of the precipitate"!

However, in the past, they have generally been limited to a single region and have eventually fought amongst each other to self-level the 'system' (well, technically, directed us to fight and kill each other)!
But now they finally have the technical means (superior weaponry, total information, brainwashed serfs) to achieve a global goal (massive population reduction and full spectrum dominance into a new paradigm).
In the past, there have been times when TPTB had superior weaponry over the peasants ... and regional oppression reigned. At other times, the peasantry could afford equivalent weaponry ... and relative regional peace reigned.
But never in the past did TPTB have such total access to every aspect of every peasant's daily life and thoughts. The NKVD, SS and STASI depended on informers and endless paper storage to attempt to track individuals after an event or suspicion. Now, it's real time -- and global throughout the developed world!
We MUST dismantle their central control system that they have spent nearly 200 years secretly constructing -- the central law-making and taxing authorities with their massive militias -- and we must do it before they slam the gates shut! There is no point (or time left!) to attempt to "fix" [yet again!!] the current central planning monolith of POTUS, SCOTUS, Congress, Administration, Secret Services and militias.

Although the [former] sovereign states and county infrastructures are corrupt and broke, at least they are diverse and within an arm's reach of local citizen reprisals for continued malfeasance. Taxation (if any) will again be local to meet local needs and desires; militias will again be too small to do anything more than police for local order and defense (and now with the added capability of a nuke for every state to offer MAD to any potential aggressor).
Washington and Brussels are totally outside such reach. And, if we don't quickly achieve a disintegration of the EU and USA, they will shortly be merged -- without our consent and together with other regional 'Unions' -- into an even bigger hydra against which we'll have absolutely no defense. We'll all just become Winston Smiths.
Spot on, spot on. Another place that has predators that where unlucky is prison. In our world we shouldn't have predators but we do. And until we realize that people like this should get help or if they don't put on reservations, we will continue to have the predation of people because they can.

As hard as it may be for some people to understand this, there are people in the world that absolutely love doing shit like that. The police and the military are a magnet for those types of people. They can kill with impunity while being protected by the badge or the flag.
Another aspect ... my best pal from school joined the cops.
He was a real decent person, a university graduate with a young family... but soon in he was pressured into lying under oath, and that upset him, a few years later he was a depressive who cheated on his wife and little kid.
as time went by I barely recognised him from the guy i knew and sadly have lost touch with minimal effort on my part. he had changed for the worse.. joining the cops ruined his life. anything else he would have been a success but he got dragged down.
dealing with low lifes, being lied to constantly and having scum bag work collegues fucked him up.
Same exact story with a friend of mine who joined 'the force.' Like so many others, he eventually married one of the psychos he met on the street. He was a good guy too. I wonder how he is nowadays?
It's easier than you realize.
Homosapiens have a very efficient means of suppressing environmental stressors. It's common name is "denial", but there are a spectrum of internal mechanisms at work. Not just psychos. Everyone does it automatically.
Hit a deer on the road? The inner-voice starts rolling why it is not your fault.
Cheat on your SATs or your wife? Notice how there's a twisted rationale that allows you to self-fulfill?. It goes on and on.
Cops are in a category of "control authoritarians". The control construct itself is more important than ANYTHING else! Human life, babies, puppies.... it does not make a diff. Challenge the "control construct" and you better be prepared to go all the way.
Funny. No. It is the US world order. Go and tell a primitive to suppress environmental stressors and deny reality. He will laugh at you because one denial might mean death.
It is only the US world order and the huge dilution of responsibility, the enabling of dismissal of causality and effects going with it that give such a predominant position to denial.
