Are US Troops Deploying on the Jordan-Syrian Border?

George Washington's picture

The U.S. planned "regime change" in Syria and Lebanon long before 9/11.

So the allegation by Boiling Frogs Post (former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds' site) that the U.S. is amassing troops on the Jordan-Syria border is disturbing.

BFP noted yesterday:

Report: Foreign Troops Begin to Spread Near the Villages of Al-Mafraq

Update 1: Today at 12:00 P.M. we contacted DOD Press Office via two voicemail messages and one e-mail asking for comment(s) on this story. As of 6:00 P.M. EST we have not heard back.

Update 2: Another journalist with a major mainstream media publication was told by his editors that there would be no coverage or follow up on these developments.

SyriaJordanAccording to first-hand accounts and reports provided to Boiling Frogs Post by several sources in Jordan, during the last few hours foreign military groups, estimated at hundreds of individuals, began to spread near the villages of the north-Jordan city of “Al-Mafraq”, which is adjacent to the Jordanian and Syrian border.

According to one Jordanian military officer who asked to remain anonymous, hundreds of soldiers who speak languages ?other than Arabic were seen during the past two days in those areas moving back and forth in military vehicles between the King Hussein Air Base of al-Mafraq (10 km from the Syrian border), and the vicinity of Jordanian villages adjacent to the Syrian border, such as village Albaej (5 km from the border), the area around the dam of Sarhan, the villages of Zubaydiah and al-Nahdah adjacent to the Syrian border.

Another report received from our source in Amman identified an additional US-NATO Command Center in “al-Houshah,’ a village near Mafraq.

Our Iraqi journalist source in London provided us with the following related information:

“Some of the US forces that left the Ain al-Assad Air base in Iraq last Thursday, did not come back to the USA or its base in Germany, but were transferred to Jordan during the evening hours.”

The above information was further corroborated by our correspondent and advisor Nizar Nayouf who interviewed an employee in the London-based office of Royal Jordanian Airlines:

“At least one US aircraft carrying military personnel landed in the Prince Hassan Air base located about 100 km to the east of the city of Al-Mafraq.”

Earlier last week, Jordanian news websites disclosed that “Western officials have requested the King to allow establishing an electronic spy station in the north of Jordan (near the Syrian border) in order to access the Syrian army and contact Syrian high-rank officers for convincing them to make a military coup or (at least) rebel against the regime”.

Nizar Nayouf, BFP advisor and correspondent on Syria in London, had the following statement on Al-Mafraq:

The al-Mafraq air base, which now includes Air Force Academy, was a starting point for “conspiratorial activities” by Jordan, The UK and Israel against Syria in the past, particularly in the 1960s. In September 1968, a Syrian commando Major, Salim Hatoom, who fled to Jordan with a number of officers after a failed coup attempt, established a camp from which he started a rebel military against the then left-wing government of Syria under president Nureddin al-Atassi and Salah Jadid. By the end of 1970s and early 1980s, the Syrian Islamic Brotherhood and their military wing “At-Taleeah al-Islamiyyah al-Muqatilah” (the Islamic Militant Vanguard) used the same base for its military struggle against president Hafez a-Assad regime, in which they were being trained by the Jordanian and Israeli intelligence agents, and cars were being bombed before they were sent to the streets of Syrian cities for the killing of innocents and undermining state facilities.”

Mr. Nayouf went on to emphasize the irony of the situation:

I guess history repeats itself but as farce… Last spring, that tens of Syrian soldiers, who fled to Jordan, were transferred to a camp west of the Jordanian city of “Salt”, in which officers from Israeli military intelligence (AMAN) began the investigation with them under the supervision of the Jordanian military intelligence. This was to extract information from them on issues related to the development of the Syrian army, weapons and training, especially after 2006.

We contacted our expert sources on US media and intelligence-military and were told that the US media has been told not to report on this latest development until Tuesday, December 13. Boiling Frogs Post is the first news website to report on these latest developments.

And here is a BFP interview with a Syrian correspondent from yesterday:

It's amusing how people view this steadily escalating US imperialist aggression in the ME like some huge video game.

Sooner or later it's going to get American cities nuked.  Russia, China, and SCO in general (the largest combined nuclear arsenal on the planet) have just about had enough of US imperialism in the ME.

I was thinking roughly the same thing!  It stunned me last night how we have all grown so accustomed to discussing the impending crises as though we were talking about the weather.  Not that we aren't all disturbed about such things, but we're almost not shocked anymore by horrific news.  Very sad....

Russia has a 57 megaton hydrogen bomb.

It can take out the entire Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex ...70 miles across ...and 20 miles beyond.

...and they've had it a long time.

Who knows, maybe it's 100 megaton now.

The original design WAS 100 megaton.  They scaled it back to 50 megaton so the airplane dropping it wouldn't be vaporized.

By comparison, the Hiroshima bomb was .015 megaton, Nagasaki was .020 megaton.

my puppy for prez's picture

You WOULD pick Dallas....I live 90 miles east of there!  That really puts things in perspective...

The missile shield encircling Russia is really pissing them off.  And we have managed to piss off China recently, too, with our new presence in AUS.

It's almost like TPTB are just salivating and rubbing their palms together in morbid anticipation of starting a war....they don't seem to care that it could/would be a thermonuclear one.

After all, they've got their underground bases, and it would further their goal of depopulation quite efficiently.

My stomach is churning as I type this.  Do you see the conflict coming to our shores?  I don't want to admit that possibility....however, anything is possible now.

cranky-old-geezer's picture

If it's 100 megaton now (very likely), and they dropped it over downtown Dallas, the mushroom cloud would be 60 miles across, everything out to Terrel would be turned to glass and ash, Canton would be obliterated, Tyler would be heavily damaged and people would get 3rd degree burns (charred flesh).

...and the airplane dropping it would be vaporized.

So they wouldn't drop it from an airplane. They'd send it over on an ICBM ...and they have the best ICBMs on the planet.

Very reassuring....

On a positive note, I wouldn't have to worry about whether or not to cash out my 401k and suffer the penalties!

I hope they don't choose would seem to me to be an outlier....but that doesn't factor in that "W" lives there....that would be a huge incentive...

I am very impressed to read such a wonderful article. Here I found very interesting and informative content that I enjoyed reading it. Keep up this great job

I live in Jordan. I couldn't tell you if "new" US forces are ammassing on the Syria border given that the USA already has some major bases in Jordan. What I can tell you first hand is that last month I was working in the south of Jordan between Wadi Rum and Aqaba and over three days I have seen columns of British vehicles making their way north. The vehicles were mostly British in manufacuture but not all had British licence plates.

Admittedly, Jordan often carries out joint maneuvres with the Brits, but this time around, the number and the type of vehicles struck me as odd. I am not a military person and am not well versed in the type of vehicles and what they are used for but there were a whole bunch of APCs and some vehicles that could have been demining bulldozers.

Thanks for the real-time intel!  I hope you are able to stay safe in the coming days ahead...

I turned on the BBC World Service to hear about the disintegration of Europe and they went batshit crazy on Syria, some report about how many have been killed, etc. for like ten minutes.  I had to turn it off for wasting my time.

Seems a little like they are trying to whip up a frenzy or what passes for one in today's jaded world....meh.

Just following the same "formula" as Egypt and Libya.  Sooo predictable!

I literally don't trust Western media one bit anymore after reading a book about the Tavistock Institute and their propaganda tactics...thank God for alternative news...wonder how much longer we will have access to it.

the price to access the captured drone....ha ha ha ha......if this is true, i think it is funny in a way.  the russians who have been dragging their feet about giving the iranians  the anti aircraft system now must put up or shut up and the chinks..........well the chinks have to put something in the cup too before they can see this is the price  for examining the aircraft, not for taking it...........ha ha ha .........

Funny...that's EXACTLY what General Smedley Butler suggested in his book, "War Is a Racket"!

weyes1's picture

Maybe instead they should lead by example and send their kids first.

non_anon's picture

yeah, as Smedley Butler suggested (paraphrased) everyone from president of the US down to dogcatcher would be paid as the lowly private that is putting his life on the line. This would end war.

Take the profit out of war and war will end.

JSOC has probably been there for quite a while now. Not really much of a surprise. Well, I guess it would be a surprise to those Americans who sit on their couches drinking beer and eating cheetohs. Oh wait, that's most of the country. Oops!

Typical Rothschild Goldman /NWO BS, distroy the global economy and profit off of it like bandits, then when you get caught stealing you start wars, soon everybody forgets about the corruption and theft, then you make out like a bandit again by financing both sides of the wars.

I can confirm that there are NO US TROOPS massing on the border in Jordan.  There are NO FEMA camps that are going to hold thousands of Americans. That is all.

I gave you an up arrow for your period. Very insightful.

This is getting interesting. Not that I'm all that interested in politics or diplomacy, but it is interesting to watch the Wars of Corporate Conquest. In 1867, they began the Reconstruction of the United States. Now, they're reconstructing the rest of the world.

YHC-FTSE's picture

I think that would be unlikely, imo. Unless the Pentagon is crazy enough to go head-to-head with a Russian carrier group (Being sent specifically to provide umbrella protection over Syria and deploying this month). Possible, but I think it would bat-shit arse bleeding crazy to start a shooting war in the Med. Doesn't mean it won't happen, obviously, since we're talking about the USA. I do remember asking myself, "Nobody could be that crazy surely?", shortly before the Iraq invasion.

No doubt something is going on. There are reports of sniper squads in Syria captured with M40A3 rifles, and Putin accusing Hilary Clinton of instigating protests in Moskow.

Russian task force:

jonjon831983's picture

Nice article thx dunno how missed that

my puppy for prez's picture

It's becoming pretty obvious that the protests in Russia are US/West driven...good story on who is orchestrating the protests, and their ties to US State Dept NGO's, Ford Foundation, and Soros groups:

YHC-FTSE's picture

That sounds about right, and steelrules  comment below makes sense about war as a diversion. The thing is, if a real shooting war against a Russian carrier force kicks off in the Med, it's going to escalate hard and fast ending in the only way it can end: Nuclear armageddon. If TPTB calculates that the Russians will pussy out, and a nice controlled little war against people who are 50yrs behind the arms race can be played out as a diversion and a grab for oil land, then I think they would be mistaken. Russia has clearly drawn a line in the sand, and I doubt they will be willing to budge this time when their own country is at the mercy of the faux-populist uprising orchestrated from the outside.

The Russians are great chess players, and if I were Putin I would be seriously considering an all out pre-emptive strike against the USA right now in expectation of an attack against his carrier force. It's all conjecture right now, but interesting in a horrible, fatalistic way.

Rossalgondamer's picture

I follow your thinking.

The Modern Impoverished (in a Central Bank / Government sense) - dutifully converging fiat battleships, tanks, and planes - in a gloriously inevitable Orlando Bloom moment - only a millennium later.

Here's to their Saladin-Hattin moment!

But you have to remember, it's us Christians with our liberal bleeding hearts

and our peacefull well wishing that are the 'bat shit insane' people, not the

You get the government you allow with your moral principles.

Next is war on the American people.

Remember S.1867 that strips all American citizens of due process?

Well guess what, the section that precluded that law to apply to American citizen was stripped from the bill at the request of OBAMA.

DoubleTap's picture

Next war? You mean it hasn't already started? I better stock up on the lube for when it does start. Better start streching too, my hammies are a little too tight to grab my ankles.

About the video... I find it funny that they'll make a video with this info and then ask people to make an appeal to their Congressman and White House. Makes about as much sense as if PETA made a video of cows being butchered and showed it to other cows and then axed the cows watching the video to contact their butcher so that they might not be butchered. The W.H. and Congress doesn't give a turd what their cows (you) say.

I've been wondering if this isn't really about the mideast at all. Consider that even Germany seems to be making overtures toward Russia. Could it be that the US feels this is the last chance it will have to set Russia and China back before they become too powerful? They would get sucked into this war and this could lead to an exchange of nukes between the US and China/Russia. To some extent, our posture in this part of the world has always been frustrating, hobbling, or containing the Russians and the Chinese. If those countries do become ascendant, it could very well be curtains for US control of the world.

Hey, maybe even Israel is our puppet and does our bidding. Is that possible?

You are wondering right!  It's all about Russia and China, and....surprise, surprise.....OIL!
