you are handing it out to someone else, responsibility is punishable to the full extent of the law. if you accept the price before you know the product you will end up getting nothing and at the face of that loss you will get everything. my question is why we throw money at failures? if a bailout were to be righteous, it would go to those who saved, who didn't live beyond their means, those who paid cash, THOSE who suffered the bubble and paid in burden and not plastic. those that suffered zero interest rate expansion and the concomittrant cheap money that drowned the parsimonious. let it stand that i am all about risk but when if your big enough you fall upwards, where is the quickining of innovation when the air is made thinner by your efforts? maybe if this group of people,( a vulgar minority innoculate to the disease that was the wealth effect)got some money, they would continue to perserve wealth. i took the 08 stimulis and bought metal because i knew eventually someone would want it back, albiet forcefully. i am pissed because scrutiny and judgement are unrequited.

The GOP, not Cliinton, led the charge, on turning America over to the finanical 'services' industry, and continues to do so. So, spare us the partisan baloney, unless you care to explain why the entire GOP Senate voted for it as a block.
Senate vote tally on Gramm-Leach-Bliley: 54 yes (53 Republican, 1 Democrat); 44 no (all Democrat)
Similarly, Dodd-Frank (weak piece of crap, but best Americans could get, as the Republicans fillibustered anything stronger) Senate tally: 60 yes (57 Democrats, 3 Republicans); 39 no (all Democrat)
There were 57 votes against Gramm-Leech-Bliley in the (GOP-controlled) House: 50 Democrats, and 7 Republicans. BTW, note that the House vote is already a veto-proof majority, something you strangely omitted to mention. Sure Clinton could have (and should have) put up a fight, but he would have lost.

I read numeorus landlords in las Vegas, LA, NYC, etc own several houses/condos and renting them out and have not paid the mortgage for over 3 years while collecting rent the same time.
People who finance home renovations with 6 credit cards are generally not going to pay mortgage payments if no one else on the block is.
if your landlord cannot afford his/her mortgage, chances are they can't afford eviction proceedings.
By the time your landlord has to go to court to try to evict you the house will have already gone back to the bank.
Then let the bank evict you and offer you a cash for keys.
just make sure in Vegas, your land lord is not affiliated to the mob.
