The Bank Short Ban IS BAAACCKKK!!!

Let's see hear... It didn't work during the last market crash. Actually, I don't think there was ever a time when it DID work. Nevertheless, let's try it anyway. You can't sell insolvent companies short!

If you search the archives of my site, you will find that I made a small fortune off of the spike in the value of my puts as the short ban had several unintended (for those who never bothered to think it through) consequences. Of course, once the ban was lifted, the once protected financial institutions were summarily MASSACRED! Enriching the very same short sellers that were sought to keep at bay.
