Nope. Banzai7 wins. Dees shows no humor in his work. I think he takes himself too seriously. You have to have brilliance and laughs to do this kind of work.

Metropolis was brilliant. And as a bonus, the visual effects hold up even today. The exotic/erotic dancer -- and what she does to the men -- is simply terrifying. They were sheep led too easy to the slaughter. And nothing since has changed.
I've always wanted to see a modern remake of Metropolis but it will never be done. Our modern Media is just another cog in the machine.
