It depends on what you mean by "did you do." If you want to know how long it takes to do that, count hours of searching through images, a life of personal experience and reading, the patience of developing a pretty good "eye" and 15 minutes of actual of arrangement and composition (scissors and glue optional).
That Liberation image, BTW, began its existence as a piece of Nazi propaganda, which I reworked. Ironically the original had a Klansman as the head.
