January 16th: “Occupy the Federal Reserve”
As David DeGraw notes, January 16th is "Occupy the Federal Reserve" day:
The “Occupy the Dream”
coalition has called for a National Day of Action on Martin Luther King
Day – Monday, January 16, 2012 – when they will “Occupy the Federal
Reserve,” in multiple cities nationwide, focusing attention on the gross
injustice visited upon the 99% by the financial elite.
Indeed, occupying the Fed has been a large part of the Occupy movement from day one.

Fed Secretly Bailing Out Europe
The Fed is Dead. question is who gets to pick over the remains.
wake me when we occupy the IMF & World Bank. thanks.
The Federal Reserve, a Private Corporation.. that is Owned by Multiple Banks and Select Individuals.. has a Very Non-Private Police Force with the same Powers as the F.B.I. or other Federal Police Force.
Obama! NOT! Bush signed the Federal Reserve Private Police Force into Federal Government Powers.
As you can plainly read.. the Federal Reserve is NOT a Private Corporation that is Owned by anyone..
But the Shares can NOT! be sold and enjoy a 6% return, by Law.
What will it take for the Masses to wake up and come for you Fraudulent Fucks?
What will it take for the Majority to Hunt the Minority down like the rabid animals You! are?
Austerity! will set America free from this Rule of the top 1% of the top 1%.
Keep buying Silver and Gold down.
Come Dec 30th.. or shortly there after the FED will be out of money to piss away buying the Metal Down, again! and the slow and steady march upward will begin again.
Happy New Year 99.9%!
and for you 0.1%? We do NOT! Forget!! and We do NOT! Forgive!!
Under the above-mentioned provisions, income consisting of dividends on stock of Federal land banks, Federal land bank associations, Federal home loan banks, and Federal reserve banks is not, in the case of stock issued before March 28, 1942, includable in gross income.

are you begining to grasp it?
have I provided enough dots so that you can connect them yet?
do I need to keep going?
just in case you haven't, here's another:
a) Issued before March 28, 1942.
Section 7 of the Federal Reserve Act of December 23, 1913 (12 U.S.C. 531), provides that Federal reserve banks, including the capital stock and surplus therein and the income derived therefrom, shall be exempt from taxation, except taxes upon real estate.
"Example 2. The X Bank, a member of a Federal reserve bank, owns 50 shares of Federal reserve bank stock, evidenced by a single stock certificate issued before March 28, 1942. On December 31, 1942, the X Bank reduces the amount of its capital stock, as a result of which it is required to reduce the amount of its Federal reserve bank stock to 40 shares. It surrenders the 50-share certificate to the Federal reserve bank and receives a new 40-share certificate. The 40 shares evidenced by such certificate are deemed to have been issued before March 28, 1942. "
JW:
I have my thoughts, but I would like to know your views. So, it is a question that you pose to yourself. We here in <where ever we occupy> have no clue as to your needs. We certainly enjoy (in all senses) your posts. I'm speaking for the _Meat family and wishing that you would lay out the argument from your viewpoint.
Inquiring minds wish to understand; how 'bout a recent discussion that we had on this exact subject.
To answer your question: more information, more dots, more perspective.
keep goin'? totally your call, And we appreciate your contributions.

Who has hard info on the facts behind the gold vaulted in the basement of the WTC scheduled to be returned to China beginning September 12, 2001? Apparently, the Fed was ordered by the World Court in the Hague to return the gold after they were sued by China.
The FRNs are referenced in the this complaint (http://tiny.cc/0v9d2) as having been “formally authenticated” so someone knows.
I emailed the Court asking for info on the case. In their reply, they did not state there was no such case, only that under Statute (Article 34) they are not authorized to give advice on my question, apparently, since I am an individual, not a state, making the request. This gives me the impression they might answer such a question if a representative of a State requested the information. State(s) please request this info. Specifically, my question was: “Request the procedure to acquire Complaint and Court decision on case of The Dragon Family vs The Federal Reserve on return of 1934 - 1938 60 year Gold backed Federal Reserve Notes.”
If there was an ICJ ruling it is online. <<PERIOD>>
The link doesn't work for me but the quote raises suspicions since neither party would be eligible to even bring bring case before the ICJ, as both parties to any case must be consenting sovereign States.
Also known as the "Occupy Ship of Fools"
I will sign up if I get a cone of Ben n Jerry ice screeeeeeam, at FED expense.
There is no use, Bernak will flee using his hilicopter and drop even more money on the rich.
Can we have "Convert 10% of your savings account to gold" day??
I mean, that will send a stronger message.
devo, in ref to: "Can we have "Convert 10% of your savings account to gold" day??
I mean, that will send a stronger message."
Yes that will send a strong message, but not strong enough.
To send a stronger message buy and hold physical Silver.
Why? There is a lot more gold in cabal controlled vaults than Silver, and it takes 50 times more dollars to buy per ounce. Dumping our dollars for physical Silver will send a much stronger message.
PS ref crash JPMorgan buy silver efforts on twitter.
Breaking News: Reuters- 1-16-12 Wasington D.C. Dozens of Occupy Federal Reserve protesters were killed today and hundreds injured when Ben "Helicopter" Bernanke ordered choppers to dump 5-ton palets of FRN's onto the crowd below...in a interesting development, no one even bothered to pick up ANY of the money, seeing that it was fiat currency and deemed worthless...except those who used it to light cigars, cigarettes or to wipe their asses at the porta-potties...
They will be shot on sight if they try and close down the fed, then what will we all do?
"Night of January 16th" ???

That's hilarious. Choosing ML Koon day, a Marxist multicultural holiday, as a platform to protest against a Marxist multicultural institution and system. These people are off the fucking chart. They don't have a clue what they want or what they are doing. No wonder the elite see them as animals.
It's 'Martin Lucifer Coon', but that's alright, see:
AMERICAN NEGRO PROBLEMS, Communist publicationFind the truth about our new patron saint here. And yes Johnny, he was a communist sympathizer and collaborator.

He was neither a reverend nor a doctor. His PhD thesis was plagiarized. His name wasn't even Martin Luther.
The only reason the elite can play the divide and conquer card, is because they introduced the division in the first place.
That's why they won't defend the border.
Yeah, King, didn't do any good for anyone in the US , wasn't a popular leader of a movement that made big, much needed changes to racial discrimination in the south half of our nation.
The guy could have a lot of things wrong with him but he was the biggest and foremost leader of civil rights movement. Try to deny his legacy if you want, he did that, it's fact. He was also the main voice and promoter of the non-violent resistance. His speeches and wrtings were inin stark contrat to Malcolm X and Black Panther Party, who were non violent tactically but morally had no problem with with using violence to achieve their goals. King said it was difficult to keep this non violence, stance given US's huge use of violence to achieve its goals in Vietnam and the police abuse on black community and the violence used against civi rights workers. For his repeated speeches and wrtings arguing for people to stay non violent, that alone he is remarkable and was very influential.
And while many respect King for his accomplishments, I doubt anyone thinks as of him as a saint, as everyone knows, he was major league player.
Some people might consider Ghandi a saint, but he asked for young beautiful women to lay next to him each night to test him. Who knows what was going on, but Ghandi, not a saint, did lead a peaceful revolution for indepence of India ....should Indians not respect his contribution, regardless of his lack of sainthood?
Have you read any of kings sermons? I don't care if he didn't have a GED he was obviously well educated and knowledgeable religious man. He knew his bible and church history and wrtings of historic religious thinkers. His parishioners thought of him as special, very smart pastor long before he got involved I the civil riights movement.
And we're only supposed to recognize important men of history when the are saints?
Even Chris Columbus colleagues considered him a first class asshole, Columbus did not come up the idea of the world was round, Greeks, Egyptians, Persians, Chinese all knew this for centuries before Columbus, some Europeans believed in flat earth, but it's not like columbus was the guy that figured it out, he was just as backwards as some other Europeans of the time. So he shouldn't have a holiday?
What about Washington who had slaves, who put down the whiskey rebellion.
What about Vets, they arent all saints, I guess we can't honor them for their accomplishments in service to their country becuase they were not all perfect people?
Don't ever forget that the elite also see you as one of those same animals, no different from the OWS crowd. It appears your lifelong brainwashing has yet to be disturbed- you continue the divide and conquer mentality a good servant of the 1% is expected to exhibit. And all you're doing is the Ownership's dirty work. You are a 1% wannabe who will never, ever be allowed to join the club. Whether you like it or not, you too are one of the 99%.
Are you unaware of MF Global and it's implications for anyone who still owns any wealth in this country?
Here's a protest you may deem worthy of your participation. James Koutoulas("CEO of Typhon Capital Management, Attorney, and Co-Founder of the Commodity Customer Coalition which Advocates for MF Global clients and brokers") is calling for a complete boycott of JPM, due to their alleged collusion in MF Global's collapse. Follow #BoycottJPM on twitter. All money out of Chase Bank accounts, and deal with no one who clears through JPM. Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert have brought back their buy silver campaign in sympathy with the JPM boycott. Follow them on twitter at #crashJPMbuysilver.
You might also look into NDAA and SOPA, and their implications for your future as an American citizen.
As I write this, 12:23 on 12/28, spot Silver is down $1.38, at $27.35. BTFD!
I tell you what's hilarious. There's no quicker way of identifying yourself as an utter moron than showing yourself to be a racist.
Thanks for making it obvious.
Childish name-calling is rather revealing as well. ignore argument, affix label. There's your classic liberal. And here's a fuck you from all of us not interested in our own genocide.
"And here's a fuck you from all of us not interested in our own genocide." And when you say "our own genocide" am I correct in assuming you mean the Ayran race?
I think I speak for most of humanity when I say that. In the interest of disclosure I am American British/Dutch stock. Aryan is a synonym for Indo-European, which I don't really use, but it is applicable.
So "ML Koon" is not childish name-calling?
It's dawning on me now that you're a satirist and I didn't realize it at first. Well done.
I can't figure out how the Occupy crowd will commit genocide. They don't seem all that vicious a bunch, and I've not heard of such "planks" in the Occupy platform, such as it is. As for the elites who "see them [the occupiers] as animals," and that comment was featured prominently and proudly recently on Bloomberg [BTW - have you all pledged to boycott Home Depot? I have] such elites are only showing their true character - douchebags first and foremost. I think Morty sympathizes with the elites, so I view his comments as being consistent with the views those who feel threatened by the Occupy Movement. Which will get much bigger.
You missed the boat there. It is the system which is genocidal. It is a proto-NWO and it has destroyed America. It chews up nations and cultures and spits out the incoherent mass. Then it assumes control over them.
I am a nationalist and a secessionist. Therefore as befuddled and undirected as the occupiers are, I encourage them. Anything that gnaws at the foundation of this God-forsaken NWO system has my full and unconditional support.
You only inflict mayhem on yourself when you fight ignorance with ignorance, chaos with more chaos, and hate with hate.
Don't get in a rush to affect what you think needs to happen, social change MUST move slowly otherwise your entire way of life melts down, only an idiot foments revolution without a widely accepted and understood means of governance waiting to fall into. The NWO has theirs, that is why they are pushing the "CHAOS" button so hard with OWS.
You are sorely mistaken if you think that OWS is not financed and organized by the very NWO monster that you despise. BTW, I'm just as conservative/libertarian as you are, just different in how I look at solutions.
They are the ones employing chaos and disorder in order to have their way. I prefer traditional societies and systems that work. Such as homogeneous, free-market societies, with honest money. Those are orderly and sustainable. Race-realist views being driven by hate, well that's a canard worthy of, and probably originating with the Anti-Defamation [sic] League. I don't hate other races, I just don't want to live amongst or be governed by them.
That's like saying I keep strangers out of my house because I hate them.
i hope the people bring torches, pitch forks, and tar - leave the feathers at home....
Here's your song. It states a clear and easy message they can use:
The ZIRP Song
How appropriate.
The college crybabies, sixties era hippies, ne'er-do-wells, drug addicts, and psychotic stooges occupying the Fed on National Nothing Day.
LOL-----As Sandy said earlier, the Fed will be closed on that day.
Typical of idiot OWS losers who cannot articulate a cause, other than wanting something for nothing.
That is one view. The alternative is that they actually have a legitimate grievance, (theft, crony capitalism, etc.) and they are exercising their ConStitutional right to free speech. The fact that we are discussing them means that what they are doing is having an impact.
Their constitutional rights end right before the part where they urinate and defecate on public property, openly abuse illegal drugs, throw large rocks, bottles and molotov cocktails at police, and intentionally destroy both pubic and private property.
Smokey 1
Are you suggesting that breaking the law justifies a person being stripped of their Constitutional Rights?
What if the law told you to turn your neighbours in to Homeland Security for possessing firearms, after Obama declared Martial Law and made firearm possession illegal?
You seem to be very good at making "generally" damning statements about diverse collections of individuals. Do you have an education? I can find parts of the 1% that urinate and defecate in public too, doesn't mean they all do.
On the flip side, better the public "urinate and defecate on public property, openly abuse illegal drugs, throw large rocks, bottles and molotov cocktails at police, and intentionally destroy both pubic and private property" then the Fed keep screwing over what's left of the 99% for the arrogant 1%.
Revolutions that only stay on the internet never ever changed anything. Either go out there and fight, or lose your liberty watching TV and surfin' the web.
You are sorely mistaken if you think that OWS is not financed and organized by the most powerful of those they purport to be upset with, they're just too ignorant to realize this fact. You seem like you need a better understanding of the OWS "roots" as well.
OWS is neither grass roots nor spontaneous.
It is entirely orchestrated and when one knows who is doing the orchestration it is easy to fugure out the ends to their means.
i think it's great :)
Great targeting the thieving worthless bankrupts of Wall Street. And another great target, the monopoly money counterfeit fraudsters of another private bank, The Federal Reserve
Namely the US banking cartel .. the root cause of financial fraud, theft, market rigging and Ponzi money (the criminal gangster centrepiece at Americas heart)
Just one target to go, the biggest thieving criminal monopoly in every society and destroyer of every nation: Government
Get that and you've got the 'Full House' .....Go For It Occupy ;))
Only the OWS tools are not demonstrating for less government. They want MORE.
I agree - I think they are zeroing in on a real message - the Fed and their crony bankers (or rather the bankers and their crony Fed) are the real 1% that have ruined the real America and Capitalism that our forefathers left England for! Go For It Occupy is right!
I see the Fed's trolls are out in force today.
when nothing else works, tell a lie
They are the 1% trolls
Yep. And, of course, inserting racism and anti-semitism are always great for draining off that (very dangerous) moral energy.
I always think of the Velvet Revolution, as another poster just mentioned, when I think of what I believe will eventually happen in this country. The Occupy movement is one small part of this movement towards increased awareness.
Obviously, before an entire country can unite against a One Party government, they have to first, be aware that it is a One Party government.
Whatever anyone wants to think of the Occupy movement, there is no denying that it is raising awareness among members of the Left about things like the Federal Reserve and Monetary Policy. Let's remember, that talk about the Federal Reserve used to be considered 'fringe', Libertarian or ultra Right wing 'crazy talk' to most members of the Left.
And the truth is, the large majority of the American people, regardless of what social class they may belong to, cherish Democracy and detest corruption. These people would unite with members of all kinds of opposing ideologies if they thought that they were uniting for Democracy or against corruption. It's just that, at the moment, a large majority of American people still think that we have a working Democracy, they still think that the press is free, they still think that there is a rule of law that applies to everyone equally.
There can be no "Velvet Revolution" when the vast majority of the mob are ne'er-do-wells with ZERO investment in the outcome. Most of OWS have nothing to lose, they are a rabble of "Useful Idiots" (I capitalized it for a reason, look it up). If you know anything about history you know that his is not a recipe for peaceful reform. You need to learn the facts about revolutions in history, instead of jumping on the first angry bandwagon that happens along.
