Investment Bankers don't go to jail.
Investment Bankers are regulated under a civil system not a criminal.
The F.B.I has NO! jurisdiction unless a theft or robbery / fraud has occurred and then they are called in. the key being they have to be called in! by the Banks themselves, their trusted partners!
Wall Street ='s Civil
Main Street ='s Criminal
Wall Street owns Prisons thusly profits from Main Streets Criminal Governing Laws.

http://www.aclutx.org/blog/?cat=40 <--- commie, pinko, liberals who fight for the Constitution to be upheld.
So! for the really fucking dense out there!
Wall Street Owns the Lobby that Owns Washington DC.
Wall Street is Lobbying for tuffer sentencing guide lines (not for themselves but for Main Street) because Wall Street is in the Privatization Business of Prisons.
So the more time Wall Street can have legislated for Main Street to serve, the more profitable Wall Street can be! and the more leverage they can pile on for the sale!
Fixed it for you.
I'm completely conflicted ;-)
I knew that you knew that I knew ...... that
You read my mind.
Mindless in Seattle?
MInd Reading Machines Are Here
Fantastic... we'll hook up every politico from now on, standard practice when they're lying, sorry talking, to us on the campaign trail
What's good for the Goose is good for the Gangster
but will the consumer get to see the output? i mean "the ratings would be off the charts" if Cable TV deployed a "mind reading device for politicians" and made it availible to John Q. Public. Imagine if it were deployed in a courtroom! I guarantee a lot more people would simply plead guilty "because that machine knows i'm lying." Anywho "it's already here" and "it's called The Facebook." The German Government has already demanded that The Facebook "disable its facial recognition software." Gee..."i wonder why The Facebook needs facial recognition"? Obviously "since one's expressions are a clue as to what one is thinking"....Unless of course you're an actor. That would put one into the realm of "meaning." In other words "he just scowled...what did he mean by that?" If this were real life it would mean you were angry...but if you were acting....."well it could mean anything!" Imagine being invaded by an Army of Actors? Yikes! My recommendation? When under oath tell the truth. Sure it might cost you your job...and it might save that other guys i guess...but when you've served you understand the value of being able to explain to your commanding officer...to the best of your ability..."this is what i saw" especially when asked. The truth might not "mean" anything of course. It has been said that "truth tellers put their hands on the table" whereas "liars hide their hands." You'd be surprised how a "single report" can change the course of history. For example intelligence officials predicted Pearl Harbor being attacked imminently "but the report was ignored." Interestingly even with the extraordinary advances in technology those who represent "We the People" still find themselves being "surprised." Isn't that interesting? Even in this day and age "there's still so much that we do not know"! Even..."the obvious." How odd. "I can't even know whether the obvious is true"? How could that be? That would be an extraordinary lie indeed! Happens all the time though doesn't it. "We call it the media." And so we come here...to the internet. To Zero Hedge. Why? "To find truth in all the lies." To "get away from people who can't see what is obviously true." Kinda scary if you think of it. I will add ...and this is true of course... "our ratings are way up this PM."
Clint Eastwood already proved it, flying the aeroplane by thinking in Russian in the 1982 film 'Firefox':
