More Police Brutality ... Protesters Win (For Now) ... Own a Piece of History
To celebrate (the getting to stay part, not the beating part) and be a part of history (and as an investment - these bad boys are only going to appreciate in value when he becomes mega-famous), buy one of our very own Wiliam Banzai's buttons direct from the artist.
Banzai is too humble to toot his own horn, so I'm doing it for him.
Note: All proceeds from the sale of the buttons will go to a very worthy charit ... directly into his pocket, to buy tequil ... enable him to create even more works of genius.

Update 2: Move On Tries to Take Over Occupy Wall Street Protests

Keep your eyes up here, I don't roll that way.
Behaving themselves? Crapping in the streets. Occupying mass Transit. Harming small businesses in the areas. Inciting the police. Behaving themselves? Obama today said he is sending troops to Africa to fight rebels. Wrong place.
Fuck you, you old beaver faced fuck
How do you suppose revolution starts? With everyone behaving themselves? Authoritarians, fuck off.
Worried? Mr.Status Quo
How much money did you get from taxpayer?
Kids being beat up by cops and you're hocking badges?
Really?
They aren't mine, I don't get any $ ...
@ $2.99 I don't think Banzai and his big trans-national corp. is exactly knocking 'em dead. Getting the opportunity to enjoy his art-work on ZH is worth more than that.
I saw who's they were...I just think it was in bad taste under that heading.
said fascist, republic party fuck.
Don't troll me bro!!!
Once again, Harmon Taylor cuts to the chase. I’ve made the point before, that the only thing the banks fear is that people will cease doing business with them and get out of the debt system. Harmon makes the point with much more background information and much better organization than myself.

November 5-- BANK TRANSFER DAY
Together we can ensure that corrupt crony-capitalist banking institutions will ALWAYS remember the 5th of November! If the 99% removes our funds from major banking institutions to non-profit credit unions on or by this date, we will send a clear message to the 1% that conscious consumers won’t support companies with unethical business practices.
Now this is some crowd sourced mayhem! Imagine if 10% removed their funds from a bank in cash?
I know it is merely a dream, simply because there is NOT that much cash in print, and certainly not inside the US.
Money is already in a CU, but might stop by an ATM just to be a part of the run.
pods
Compare USA and England and the kids are behaving themselves.
How long this lasts is an open question.
Bring out the scoops and go all Soylent Green on those parasites!
1% needs 99% to live off.
The 99% don't need that other 1%.
Definition of "parasites" concluded.
bury you in your fucking cat's sand box and start crapping...
It's bad enough the banksters and the politicians are doing their best to steal everything I own from me, but to have these filthy rats in OWS (Soros funded) tell me they want to abolish capitalism and take everything I own as well, well all I can say is go fuck yourselves, go back to your ratholes and take a bath, pricks. And to have it echoed here on ZH by the lefturds that infest this page like bed bugs in a Manhattan hotel is especially galling. Fuck off, George Washington.
You think you're the 1%? LoL!
you are misinformed about Soros from Fox News.
Choces today:
1) Bush funds wars for oil...Ripoffblicans
2) Koch brothers fund tea party/libertarians for privatize everything (easy to say when you inherit your means of production)
3) Obama fund democrat's wall st rats and illegal alien welfare recipients
4) Soros funds progressives...the working middle class and professionals
pick your masters carefully. Yes you will always have a master, but some are better than the others.
Even if a bunch of statist 'solutions' are the best OWS produces, that does not necessarily advance the cause of globalism or statism. We already have 'peak statism'. A statist OWS may just end up showing us how deep our differences are, and how much we need localism. When I talk to leftists I tell them I don't care if their community has giant billboards with explicit sex acts on them. They can do whatever they damn well please. They just have to let me and mine live unmolested as well. Sadly, they're generally not interested in that, they know what's best for everyone. But that attitude is generating a pretty consistent 'F off' from most people. I'll take our side over the statists' side any day.
OWS critically discussed here. Conclusion same, if worded somewhat more politely.

While Im not 100% opposed to the protests... Im also not 100% on board. The majority of the participants are a bit too far left for my liking. Ill stick with the Tea Party thank you. But can those of you that are actively involved please please please ge them to focus on opposing this...

Timmy G saying US will play a "Major Role" in bailing out Europe.
This is the most aggregious example of global inbreeding amongst the elites that I have ever seen. Ill get the word out to the Tea Party - someone here needs to get OWS on it.
Right now we are SUPPOSEDLY underging SEVERE AUSTERITY in the US to avoid our own Greek Tradgedy. We can't even afford disaster funds for our own states with out finding spending cuts to pay for them. So where are the pay fors going to come from for the HUNDRED OF BILLIONS of $ the US will have to put up to bail out Europe.
This ship is going to sink. If we let it sink tomorrow it will cost a few trillion $, and most of that cost will fall on Europe's banks. If the US helps them kick the can down the road... the ship will sink in at most a year... the costs will be 5x greater... the cost to the US will be 20x greater...
Lets be VERY clear. We are on the verge of our own Greek Tragedy in the US. Most ZHers feel its inevitable anyway. I personally hold out hope that if we elect Romney and the Tea Party gets their Cut Cap and Balance - we can still avoid it. But if we pony up to bail out Europe's broke ass... Then we are going down with them...
Please get on this. We have at most a few weeks to bring this to the top of people's minds and stop Timmy G and Commrade O from destroying America to get Commrade O relected.
I was tracking until you pulled out the Romney crap. He is just another globalist!
Romney's father was CEO of AMC and governor of Michigan. Romney hates real meritocracy like most ripoffblicans. He loves inherited wealth and social connections. You want to talk about top 0.1%, there you have it. Born into elites like some prince in a nation that is supposed to be meritocratic. He made his wealth by advising wealthy how to hide from IRS by offshoring bank account scams. Now he is going to gain wealth by duping idiot Americans into cutting his ilk more taxes.
You want another Bush? Trust fund babies love spending other people's money....on wars.
Only real republican candidate to benefit you and your children would be Ron Paul. He actually worked to become a doctor.
You don't even know who the protesters are, yet you generalize about them. You let your personal bias stop you from supporting a real grass-roots movement, just because they may have some different political views? The righ-left paradigm is really getting old... those still clinging to it need to wake up and smell the pepper spray.

You say with TeaParty, you don't support protest, and ask for help?
The Tea Party needs to get ass over to Wall Street and protest, make voice heard. It's not about liberal and right, like media telling us. Everyone needs to join together. We need to join with more liberal in group and defeat too big to fail, defeat the Fed loose monetary policy.
It’s not about hippies people. Signs of Occupy Wall Street that Status Quo, Organized Tea Party don’t want you to see. Ever wonder why news channels pan over scene of crowd without showing you signs? Because signs show X over Bernanke’s face, or 2nd time I’ve fought for my country, or End the Fed. There are some with signs against Tea Party, or about republicans, but it’s few, they believe bullshit media yelling at you. It’s not about left/right. Get with it.
go take your rebbi's bumpy pickle in your pasty, sloppy ass, you fucking kike.
These are fiscal conservatives you say?...ROTFL!!!
Ummm, how about you check it out for self.
You can make sign "Fiscal Conservatives support OWS"
I would wager 99% (LOL) of them agree with "green energy" bailouts...I don't.
Snap judgement. Think about this for a microsecond and you'll retract it. Or maybe you are that easily fooled.
You sound scared of them (us) Mr. nmewn. No fear.
I have no fear of anything...its one of my faults ;-)
That's something a 8-year old says to a 6-year old.
And that is a small minded attempt to be condesending.
Shall we compare scars? ;-)
Except the fear of using your brain. That is obviously not a problem. Moron.
The last time you replied to a comment of mine...it was about the corruption I pointed out in the "green energy" complex.
It was Sunpower and Congressman Miller was it not?
How do you defend a taxpayer loan twice the size of Solyndra going to a company carrying more debt than assets? How do you defend the state coming between the market and the consumer? How do you defend this money going for the salaries & benefits of the Miller family? How do you defend this companies manufaturing these panels in Mexico?
1.2 billion dollars to one company.
Is this not crony capitalism?
Are you equally outraged at the much larger subsidies given to Exxon et al, or is it only the green energy subsidies you are against?
Equally, of course.
At the same time you have to allow them to conduct business. You can't just say "we are implementing ethanol" and we want you to eat the cost.
Its a two way street.
Why not protest at the White shitHouse too? Ooh yea because that's where your fucking king lives isn't it? Yea we get it wall street is corrupt well don't forget who gave the fickers al the $$$ in the first place. Fucking douchers!
A good idea. I see you brought the Obama lovers hate onto yourself. But the actual idea is the correct one. Government and Business are one entity at this point, sadly.
We had a (relatively) sane government before the Fed, and no income tax (that was added specifically to pay interest to the banking cartel). The Cartel are the kingpins, the political whores are their goons. Yes, we need to slap the goons around and remind them that they're our servants, but let's not confuse symptom and disease.
Apparently you didn't get the news about the protests in DC?
Since the OWS i have noticed a large increase in trolls on every forum i belong to. Could they be feeling nervous? Always the same nasty comments about OWS and the people who are sick and tired of the same BULLSHIT over and over again that the status quo keep feeding us as reality.
I was going to say that I have observed the same phenomenon, WTFX10, but in fact one would have to be actually blind NOT to have noticed it. I guess the paid minions of the powers-that-be have moved on from merely attacking and mocking gold and those who hold it, as a much more immediate (if still nascent) threat to their power, and to the financial and political status-quo, has now reared its head.
It has been pretty obvious.
I think they are getting nervous, but probably not nervous enough :-) One way or another, a sea change is coming.
They have a vested interest in the maintenance of the status quo. Whether to profit from or merely have around to complain about, we're not sure, but it is definitely true that they don't want anything to change. Of course people working to address a problem would be reviled by the little monsters nibbling on the chaos teat.
