That's where you and your avatar misunderstand the concept of Equal Protection Before the Law, the concept of the Rule of Law. All have equal claim to Constitutional Rights. Including individuals who would otherwise deny the same to others.

Your statement never suggested that any of those you cited as supposed criminal elements had ever been tried and found guilty of a felony. Until such occurs, your suspects, those you accuse enjoy equal rights and protections along side folks such as yourself. Which include freedom of speech and peaceful assembly.
You further assume that my philosophy and understanding of the law is derived more heavily from Ron Paul's campaign literature than any formal legal studies and qualifications. You assume erroneously.

I dont agree with the strong arm police tactics but Im not down with many in the occupy movement because I went to the one in my city. I would say 20% had mental issues / drug problems and 30% were homeless looking for free food and a safe place to crash and then half of the rest had so many different ideas of why they were there and most of them didnt make too much sense. Im pissed too at the 1% and the rape of my economy but this movement and the way its going on doesnt make me want to squat in a park with that rung of society. Im sorry but Im not like them. But I could be in a few months if my government keeps doing what its doing. But right now Im not about to camp over night with the ranks ocuppying Long Beach California.
I do think this that the movement may be on to something but I think it lacks something right now like a funnel point. Instead of occupying a park near downtown lets all just surround our governments thats the people that need to be surrounded and better if we can do it in a way that is intimidating like there are funnel points where a few seem to be very big or when large numbers come it all but shuts something down. Ultimately we need a million people surround congress that is something I might even travel across the entire country for.
Freedom from the central bankers and their opression inflicted on us in a myriad of ways. Beyond that, I don't care. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

A message to active military and veterans. We NEED you to stand beside all supporters of honesty, ethics, liberty, individualism, productivity and RonPaul to support and defend the constitution. Your support or lack thereof may well be what makes or breaks the liberty movement effort to prevent the earth from becoming a permanent slave planet.
