When government "farming" ie food stamps etc run out, government will take people into camps. Possibly FEMA camps. That is what government does in order to protect what little is left of a system that has run its course. We are at the end of the current system. Make no mistake, the day of reckoning is coming. It could be tomorrow, it could be next month or next year or in 10 years but the day is coming where the population has grown beyond what government is able to support. It's inevitable that no matter how well crafted a system by central planners may be designed, it has its limits.
The question you ask yourselves is this. When that day comes and government starts to seize personal liberties and persons into custody, where are you going to be? Are you prepared and trying to stop government or are you prepared to work with government and somehow get involved in the process to protect your families. After all, you are not obese and you're not on any assistance. You've never acted like these buffoons (it's a type of monkey fittingly) at a Black Friday sale as shown in the videos here.
Quite possibly, these types of people are on government assistance and will be on the list and taken to camps. Government will care for these people as it should but it will be easier, more efficient and more affordable to assist these people inside a controlled environment. The logistics just make more sense.
Government will do what it is designed to do. For now it has decided to assist people with food and other substinence programs in their preferred environments. Soon it will be the enviroment that government prefers and which works best for that.
Don't try and stop government. With all your wisdom and all your careful preparations, you do not want to waste your efforts trying to stand in the way of government. You find a way to work with government and possibly subcontract your services to help government in their efforts to transport, feed and accommodate the people who depend on it for as long as they live.
Be thankful that God has given you the brains to figure things out for yourself.

I worked in government for many years and finally had to leave. It sucked giving up the cush job and bennies, but I could feel a little piece of my soul dying every day I was there. I wouldn't work for the government unless it was the only choice, the only option to survive. I would welcome the start of the revolution if it truly existed and had a chance to survive even for a bit. But I sure as heck wouldn't start a revolution because a government is acting out and taking "care" of people like shown in the videos today.
Unfortunately I think the reason why the revolution in America hasn't happened is because the effects of propgaganda and conditioning that can be found in the behaviour of Black Friday out-of-control "shoppers". As long as government is taking "care" of people like that, there will be no uprising. Why did the American middle class go extinct? Because they worked themselves to death supporting the system. And at the end of the day their pensions disappear and their savings are inflated away...but the sheeple still get discounted cell phones.
