What Is Obama So Afraid Of?

Tyler Durden's picture

Via Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,

I saw this memo on the official whitehouse.gov website the other day, but I was traveling and never had a chance to post it.  I figured it would be too late by now, yet I am still not seeing it being widely discussed.  It implies that the Obama Administration may be very worried about the truth getting out about all of their crimes, potentially via leaks from high places.  Read it for yourself, but the language is pretty clear.  Here are some excerpts:

This Presidential Memorandum transmits the National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs (Minimum Standards) to provide direction and guidance to promote the development of effective insider threat programs within departments and agencies to deter, detect, and mitigate actions by employees who may represent a threat to national security.

The resulting insider threat capabilities will strengthen the protection of classified information across the executive branch and reinforce our defenses against both adversaries and insiders who misuse their access and endanger our national security.

BARACK OBAMA

Oh and this came out the day before Thanksgiving.  How cute.  As someone said on twitter today, if telling the truth endangers “national security,” then we are doing national security wrong.

Full memo here:

Presidential Memorandum -- National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs

MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES

SUBJECT: National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs

These threats encompass potential espionage, violent acts against the Government or the Nation, and unauthorized disclosure of classified information, including the vast amounts of classified data available on interconnected United States Government computer networks and systems.

The Minimum Standards provide departments and agencies with the minimum elements necessary to establish effective insider threat programs. These elements include the capability to gather, integrate, and centrally analyze and respond to key threat-related information; monitor employee use of classified networks; provide the workforce with insider threat awareness training; and protect the civil liberties and privacy of all personnel.

The resulting insider threat capabilities will strengthen the protection of classified information across the executive branch and reinforce our defenses against both adversaries and insiders who misuse their access and endanger our national security.

I also seem to remember Marc Faber saying some secret would be revealed about the POTUS, that "where there is smoke, there is fire" and that POTUS would not finish his second term.   Faber never specified.  Any guesses what this could be?

Canada walked in there believing it's own bullshit.  Such a bad business position to be in.  Reading the news out of the visit is was treated as warmly as any trojan horse would be.  Complete bust wasn't long after before Carney made a dash for the exit.

The BRIC is making it pretty clear on how this is going to play out.  They need the MENA oil just as much as the US and Europe does. Otherwise they wouldn't be matching ship for ship, fire power for fire power from everyone minus Brazil.

Everyone that reads IEA production papers knows all the figures on consumption are based from 80's models ergo complete bullshit, just as much as India has some excellent Engineers to point out the costs and production problems with fracking and tar sands extraction in terms of eroie.

It's much more than a "chamber of commerce".

It's a competing currency ultimately.  Gold/silver redeemable likely, which would destory USD's reserve currency status instantly ...and destroy the American financial system ...and the American economy.

"Chamber of commerce" :)  Pretty funny.

I'll put this little bit of info with yours. . .

mercury (rules communications, travel, etc.) went retrograde (apparent "backwards") on election day.  last time that happened was the Gore-y hanging chad fiasco, which was "decided" in December by the Supremes - a coup of sorts.

mercury retrograde has a shadow period to cover when it goes direct, which it did on Monday, in scorpio (behind the scenes intrigue, certainly betrayal, sometimes death of a sort). . .

this current shadow period has until the December new moon 13 Dec. to return to the degree it went retrograde at.  the new moon has Uranus going retrograde - shocks 'n' surprises, unexpected information, etc.)

tl;dr

between now and 13 December, there well could be a resolve of the election outcome - it would take looking at individual birth charts to understand where it might play out - but yes, Obama's has a reality check incoming, of some sort.  things are very very dynamic in December. . .

So let me get this straight. The position of the planets at the time of you birth, effect all aspects of your personality and future actions for the rest of your life. After serious thought, I have to say it all makes complete rational sense.

Cathartes Aura's picture

dunno, you read your charts and I'll read mine, k?  you've ascribed a belief system I don't have.

all I'm doing is using math calculations to create a chart that shows the positions/degree of planets at the time/place of an individual or nation's birth/inception, then using archetypal descriptives that date back centuries, plus synthesis skills that vary with the individual astrologer - perspective, personal beliefs, intelligence, etc. - and relating the possibles.

it's kinda like. . . some of the charts you guys create to illustrate your points when trading, or. . .

not magic nor psychic, unless you're going the Mystic Meg route - how many dudes have websites with their readings of charts on them?  it's kinda like that.

National Security (Beltway Security) has lost its meaning and politicians use it to slam the hammer of tyranny on its citizenry.  What ever happened to Constitutional Security?

That is the core of the problem imo. We are not citizens merely electors.

There is a massive difference, and that is the root of all evil and or own lacking.

Yeah, making mention of any kind of "mole-hunt" operation is good cause for paranoia.  More especially if you're a mole.

But this isn't news--we've been at war with folks who oppose the actions of the government...well...FOREVER.

When I was a tyke in the early '80s, I remember several arrests of close family friends because they "protested" Contra funding.  May as well blame the Obama administration for that too.

I do hope something interesting happens, though.  This administration has turned out to be boring as hell.  Where's our entertainment dollar really going with these guys?

"As someone said on twitter today, if telling the truth endangers “national security,” then we are doing national security wrong."

Apparently "someone" is extraordinarily naive about geopolitics, government and game theory.

Moreover, someone else thinks this garbage is meaningful and should be repeated.

"It implies that the Obama Administration may be very worried about the truth getting out about all of their crimes, potentially via leaks from high places."

Here is some different spin.  The Obama administration is pre-empting any sort of "coup-like" activity.

What's the truth?

Amazing a non-vetted nobody with one computer generated image stating a birth record which is a forgery can still occupy the Oval office and CONgress says nary a word. It's over folks, there is not ONE government official with integrity. Total corruption from the top down. Fraudmania is the norm.

It's no wonder rule of Law is THE guiding metric of economic success and thus why the US has fallen so far so fast.

I think the gov't employee gig finally jumped the shark.  although the pay and bene's are there...you are now required to have a chip implanted.  evetyone look to your left, and now to your right.  by the end of the week one of those people will be gone.  i guess we know why Obama didn't close gitmo....now that he let all the terrorists out, he can fill it with American citizens.

has anyone started a pool on when the first drone stike on American soil wil happen?

Yes, but the pool is for when the first openly admitted drone strike occurs. The first may very well have already happened in Indy a couple of weeks ago, destroying two houses and damaging another 31 to the point they need to be demolished.

Don't forget the second strike in Springfield , a strip club got leveled it took down renforced concrete , they say it was a gas but gas expands at 350 mps to destroy re/concrete you need 1000mps most drone bombs are at 10000mps so that sould do it .

Edit: Strange, the gas company seems to be in a big-ass hurry to throw themselves under the bus. I guess we'll be seeing an increase in the number of these mystery gas explosions from now on.

Have you ever noticed that only people with families are allowed access to the Presidency or any executive powers.  Those who have nothing to lose would be too difficult to control.  No family = no blackmail.  Sad but true.
