Speaking of BLS fairy tales, they aired a segment on National Propaganda Radio tonight focusing on the whys/hows as to how there is a movement to revise the CPI again, because....and I swear on all that is holy that this is accurate and there's a serious proposal on the table....
....the current methodology OVERSTATES INFLATION. I repeat, there are very serious people within the BLS, the Fed and other prestigious (implied /sarc) institutions, that are actively pushing to have the BLS move to a "chain inflation" methodology of tabulating inflation.

For health care, there is Medicaid and Obamacare. And like 45 percent of all Hispanic households, she has no federal income tax liability.
Why should this woman vote for a party that will cut taxes she does not pay, but reduce benefits she does receive?

Never really understood the harm in raising the retirement age... I won't be waiting around for the government to tell me when I have saved enough money so that I can stop working for the rest of my life. I have a friend. He is not that bright, and he isn't strong either. As the situation is, he has no skills. He would probably produce around 2$ net income per hour for a hypethetical employer. But, because of minimun wages, the job is never created, as minimum wages makes it a loose-loose situation for the employer. Because of this, my friend never gets hired, and never gets the chance to build up skills that perhaps could see him rise thou ranks over the years..

And taxing the so called rich will make those numbers worse. I'm NOT rich, however I have started business's and 4 years ago I had 30 full and part-time employees. Today I have 1 full time and 1 part-time. I will not invest in a business to hire anyone as long as Obama is President. We will need to elect a true conservative and change the business destroying policies created by the DemoRats before I expand or invest more money into my current or any other business.
I used my own investments as collateral to start my business 12 years ago. However, according to Obama's policies I fit into the tax categories. So with higher taxes....... it means less to invest or re-invest.
