Guest Post: Gun Grabbers Call For Re-Education Programs In Public Schools

Was the shooting of 20 students in Newtown, Connecticut the Neo-Liberal version of 9/11?  The question merits considerable thought, but let me explain further what I mean.  In the aftermath of the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, a sense of shock and awe sunk into the minds of the American populace like nothing seen in decades.   This overwhelming fear, this logic crippling terror, infected the public to more destructive ends than any deadly virus in existence.  Conservatives were especially vulnerable to the infectious symptoms of the event, abandoning all reason and even their small government values to support the fascist inklings of the Bush Administration; a Neo-Con (fake conservative) driven presidency with ambitions of constitutional reversal.  Whatever you may believe about the true causes and culprits behind 9/11, no one can deny that Bush and his ilk sought to exploit the tragedy to gain political capital to be used in the destruction of American civil liberties. 

More than a decade later, the Neo-Liberal (fake liberal) Obama Administration and its minions continue the Bush legacy by exploiting our latest tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary as a means to an end; a political opportunity to assert federal authority as more valuable than constitutional freedom.

The onset of the illegal wars thrust upon the Middle East after 9/11 brought with it mass resistance from the “left” side of the political spectrum.  Protests abounded, dissenters were numerous, and Bush responded in kind with unprecedented domestic surveillance programs and attacks against free speech.  Democratic leaning citizens saw the criminality of it because they were unhindered by bias.  The archetypal manipulation of 9/11 and the fear mongering of the terrorist myth was less effective on them.  However, times have changed...

With a Democratic president in the White House, the left has grown addicted to their perceived (but illusory) social leverage.  The intoxicating symptoms of power overdose have clouded their vision, and that which they fought against in the Bush years now appears rather fair and acceptable to them today.  Obama has so far committed every war atrocity that Bush was ever guilty of in his tenure, while expanding on liberty nullifying pieces of legislation Bush set into motion.  Liberals cry out in horror at the deaths of 20 children in Connecticut while cheering a man like Obama, who orders predator drone strikes that result in the deaths of children everyday.  Of all the people in this country, self proclaimed “progressives” are the most hypocritical and the most disappointing as human beings.

Adding to that disappointment, Obama’s more aggressive socialist support base (useful idiots) along with the establishment controlled mainstream media are attempting to squeeze every last ounce of political advantage from the Newtown massacre to gain superiority in a battle over one of the last portions of the Constitution that people still seem willing to fight and die for:  The 2nd Amendment.

In the past few days I have seen an unprecedented tidal wave of media stories promoting anti-gun sentiments and prejudice against gun ownership.  Counterpoints to this philosophy are almost never given credence in print or on television, and when they are, gun rights advocates are interrupted with incessant Alinsky arguments attacking their characters or distracting away from the real issues.  What the MSM is attempting to do (blatantly and shamelessly I might add) is to create the illusion of consensus.  Through a deluge of constant propaganda, they hope to implant the false perception that a “majority” of Americans are in support of strict gun control or even confiscation.

What I have found though in my seven years as an analyst in the independent media is quite the opposite.  America’s appreciation of gun rights and gun ownership is increasing exponentially.  Not because of some newfound love affair for “hunting”; that’s just nonsense.  Instead, the public is embracing our gun culture because they are slowly realizing the need for self defense in these precarious times, and this need extends to defense against a highly corrupt government (hence the public’s right to military style weapons).  Gun ownership has even increased amongst Democrats after the election of Barack Obama, and gun sales have skyrocketed beyond all expectation.  Interestingly, some gun grabbers are willing to admit that 2nd Amendment principles are pervasive in the U.S., and have suggested that the Obama Administration target not only gun ownership, but our “gun culture” as well.

Numerous mainstream articles have been published attacking the gun culture as the root cause of all our nation’s ills, but I felt one Reuters piece in particular stood out as indicative of the truly despotic depths to which leftists (who claim to be champions of freedom) are willing to sink:

The piece begins by comparing the battle for gun control to the battle for civil rights of black Americans during the reign of Lyndon Johnson.  As painful and absurd as this sounds, the author appears to take the premise very seriously. 

The article attempts to promote the idea that desegregation was achieved due to the actions of the Johnson Administration, who supposedly used the threat of cancelled supplemental funds to state schools as a means to force them into enrolling black students. 

The goal here is to promote a worshipful attitude towards the Federal Government as the sole arbiter and savior of the people.  It’s funny, but I thought it was the dissenting protests of millions of civil rights activists that ended desegregation, NOT Lyndon Johnson, who by all accounts was a racist who only wanted to use the black community as a voting bloc to revitalize the Democratic Party. 

In this White House recording, Johnson complains that using the argument of discrimination to impose federal controls on taxation in Texas was not working because there were too many “n*ggers” voting there to make it seem plausible:

Clearly, Johnson saw the tragedy of the oppression of the black community as a tool he could exploit to further his goal of decapitating states rights.  Progressives and centralists often use the argument that if the states are left to their own devices they will implement freedom crushing legislation like segregation.  I would point out that anti-constitutional and anti-freedom actions by ANY government, whether state or federal, need to be stopped by the citizenry.  The federal government is supposed to keep the states in line constitutionally, but states are also supposed to keep the federal government in line constitutionally.  In the meantime, the people are supposed to keep BOTH of them in line constitutionally.  The Federal Government was never designed to be an unaccountable and unstoppable dictator in the affairs of the states or the populace.  They do not get the last word; the Constitution and the people do. 

In light of this information on Johnson, I find it interesting that the author of the Reuters article above uses Johnson’s methodology as an argument for Obama’s gun control.  Whether he realizes it or not, he has made a very astute comparison.  Obama does not care about Sandy Hook, the children who were killed, or similar tragedies in general.  Like Johnson, though, Obama does care about how he can use the event to further federal power and chew away at our constitutional rights.   

The LBJ / Obama connection aside, the article gets much worse…

The author goes on to propose that Obama use Johnson’s strategy of flaunting federal money as a carrot to get states to submit to centralized gun control.  This plays into the overall meme that the mainstream media is pushing post-Newtown; the idea that Obama must bypass Congress and take action against gun rights unilaterally.  You know…like an emperor…

And still, it gets even darker…

What is the author’s ultimate methodology?  What edict does he hope the Obama Administration will implement?  Use the threat of lost federal funding to force schools across the country to institute government approved “gun safety and violence prevention” programs. 

But what does he mean by “violence prevention”?  The author dances around the specifics of the issue while throwing out a couple small placations to states rights advocates, but slips up by admitting he wants the gun control ideology taught to schoolchildren while blaming the American “gun culture” as equally responsible for the attack at Newtown:

“…Public debate and discussion about the role of guns and gun culture in American society must be a key component of that process. The question that many Americans will be asking is: Why did the shooting occur and how can we prevent another shooting in the future? It is not just that guns are available, it’s also the culture that surrounds them. It’s about the people and the tools, not one or the other. A comprehensive attempt at gun control would better inform Americans about gun safety and the hazards of guns. But how best to do that? I offer one possible solution: the power of federal government intervention through schools.”

 

“…the Obama administration would begin to chip away at a culture of violence that is clearly deeply rooted across the country…If we can link federal funds to mandatory standardized testing then we can certainly do the same for gun-control education. This will not only be a practical step to ensure that an event like the Newtown shooting does not happen again. It’s also a moral one to combat a culture that’s buying an increasing number of guns—guns that can easily have dire effects in the future.”

And there you have it.  The answer, according to gun grabbers, is to force schools to reeducate your children to fear and disdain the very idea of gun ownership.  This is almost the equivalent of a “Prima Nocta” policy against the gun rights movement.  Essentially the Reuters author’s philosophy is to “breed us out”, taking away our ability to pass on our 2nd Amendment principles to our children through propaganda conditioning, instead of trying to fight us head on.    

Is this really the point we have come to in America?  Where hack journalists feel no qualms about openly calling for the execution of political propaganda in public schools to manipulate little kids into believing what the establishment wants them to believe?  I realize that this is sadly already happening in many ways, but it has always been a subversive and secretive process because, well…because it is abhorrent and they know it!  Now, they openly petition for it as if it should be commonly accepted?!

Here is the bottom line:  If you can’t convince people through rational debate that your position is the correct one, and, if you have to threaten them, lie to them, or brainwash them before they will adopt your ideas, then there is something wrong with your ideas.  The truth wins out eventually under its own power.  Only disinformation needs to be forcefully injected into the public consciousness.  Obviously, there are a great many truths behind the concepts of individual self defense and gun ownership if gun grabbers find it impossible to prevail without subverting our youth.

As I mentioned in my article ‘Teachers:  It Is Time To Arm Yourselves Regardless Of The Law’, the Liberty Movement has already offered a solution to potential gun violence that can and does work far better than gun restriction or confiscation; let teachers carry their own firearms, training to defend themselves and their students.  We should demand that this solution be given the consideration it deserves instead of being outright ignored in the public arena.  If we allow gun grabbers to “shame” us into silence, or, god forbid, reeducate our offspring, the outlandish Orwellian concepts peddled by the mainstream today will seem like child’s play compared to the tyranny of tomorrow.

The article makes sense, with its proposition that there will be  an attempt to "breed us out". 

 

A natural response to anti-gun propaganda in schools, would be to withdraw the child and "home-school" him.

It would make sense to first cut off that avenue of escape.

 

I did note that the Brit press railed extensively against "home-schooling"  ... as well as prepping and gun-owners.

Reducing the number of people who will one day in the future care about exercising a particular right is a good way to ensure that future restrictions on that right will be easier to enact. My children for example will never have known of a time that one could simply board a plane and fly off to a destination of their choosing without having to surrender their person hood to a TSA thug. They don't have a clue that there was a time one could order a Tommy gun from the Sears catalog and have it delivered to your front door. We are on a fucking super sled riding down the slippery slope to serfdom.

I received a Remington Model 721 bolt action 30'06 for my 14th birthday. I still have it. I used to ride my bike out a couple miles from home to shoot it. Beat the stock up carrrying it across the handlebars. Can y'all imagine a kid doing that today? The anti-gun freaks would call the SWAT team in a heartbeat. Glad I grew up in the 50's and 60's. Hopefully I'll die before the country goes completely fascist.

Hehehe. Yeah? and my Federal Premium 180 grain Accubonds will "tickle" alright. They shoot good in my rifle. First 5 rounds I shot in that rifle I had one flier 'cause I jerked. The other 4 holes you could cover with a nickle :) 60yd distance.

If I can see the target, the target is in  heaps of trouble :)

A Bushmaster Carbon 15/ AR 14 is closely similar to the AR 15/M16 except that it is not fully automatic. I think the tragic offense in CT is with the school system, who from internal reports stated that this kid was dangerous. Or it's with the mother, who either had no resources left, was too timid, and had absolutely no business introducing him to firearms. This is where a problem lies in the system. Identify this type of scenario, teach the parents, and, of course, welcome to democracy, HOPE for the best. More HOPIUM. A "very" few parents are just too stupid or blind to the problem to realize that they are "not" positive reinforcing. Some are very, very resposible and make up a nation of well brought up sport shooting enthusists or even hobbyists. But this isn't Stalins' age. Pulling the feathers live. We as a nation are better than that. The outpouring sympathy from the world proves it. I think you and I are, certainly, in our own way. This is still America. We made the rules. We should not forget them.

BUT.

It's up to us to change the system.

Yes - I grew up in the 60's & 70's and would walk through the neighborhood to the mountain after school to shoot one of my rifles and pistols. You would get nothing but complaints today. My 4 sons know how to shoot and all are Eagle Scouts and good students. Oldest have been a B-1B commander for the past 3 years supporting our guys on the ground.

We must feel bad about this.........?

Without firearms...we, the people, have no hope for resistance.  Never, in the history of mankind has power been so easily concentrated into the hands of a few.

Two/three guys (or even one) in a tank, or an attack helicopter can destroy an entire town and kill thousands.   This is a modern phenomenon as technology has peaked the power controlled by a very small minority.

A firearm...is all we have.  it's the only resistance that could ever be offered.  Because a 30.06 still provides a threat to the one who eventually climbs OUT of that tank.

They want our firearms, because it's the last piece of resistance power you have.   They know everyone in Texas already has a gun and 4,000 rounds.  But they also know that eventually,  ammo boxes will empty and for the right price most Americans (x-tx) would throw their case of 9mm's in their trunk and turn them in.

We can never, ever, ever, never, let them take our firearms.

I know how to stop these school shootings also, tell this administration to stop persuing ATT, aka Small arms treaty with the UN and we will be fine. This Administration are monsters and picked on an un-armed school in a state where guns are practically illegal to begin with. They want public outrage to give this POS president executive FIAT to sign this treaty and the public will demand it, but they botched their Operation and will pay a dear price for that. If they can pull off Benghazi, Operation Fast n Furious, Operation Gun runner and eric holder back in the mid 90's in a speech saying "We have to brainwash Americans into beliving guns are Bad" well your doing a good job with that but you guys really screwed this one up, you killed our Christian children and for that you will pay a high price for.

Using the MSM narrative to start with, Conn is one of the most draconian 2A
Laws rated 4th in the Nation being one of the most restrictive states in the
Republic.

If these Teachers or Principal had a CCW, number 1, this may not have even
happened, 2, the blood shed could have been mitigated when there was the first
sign of trouble. They were all un-armed thanks to the Un-Constitutional State
and Federal regulation of the 2A in that state so shame on ypour Conn law
makers.

Germany's crime rate just began to go up so what did they do? They loosned
their gun control law to arm more citizens against criminals, not further
restrict or take their guns away.

UK has a reverse castle law.. want to live like that? How would you like to
go to prison for shooting somone raping your wife in your home?
Now, how did
UK lose their gun right's? A school yard shooting, it was a confiscation
afterwards and now look at those slaves living under a larger Police State than
we are in the USA because crime went up because only the criminals have the un
registered weapons that can't be tracked for confiscation. Moral? Don't throw
away the pencil for mispelling a word.
This is a state / local and Federal
restriction problem what happened in Conn so they are going to punish all
Federally screened law abiding citizens across the whole USA? Yea, assinine.

The 2A shall not be abridged.. What don't you understand about that?.

Tragic that this crime happened, but let's break this down to the brass tacks
shall we?

Again, using the MSM narrative, Lazar supposedly went to a gun store to
purchase a weapon and was denied, well, yea.. He doesn't hold a Federal purchase
card that would confirm his background check and documented fingerprints to be
placed on file with Sagum Morpho (Federal data base) to allow him to purchase
So, yea, he hasn't been pre-screened to purchase, and yes, he would be denied.

So, an un licenced citizen of 20 years old stole his mothers guns, murdered
his mom, went to the school she volentiered at and murdered 27-28 un-armed
children and adults then turned the gun on himself. Crappy story, but that's
their narrative.

Fox News this morning announced, "Investigators searched the house and no
medication nor psychotropes were found" which opens another rabbit hole.

This administration since '08 began the wheels in motion to further restrict
and or confiscate firearms here in the USA. Obama is a Nobel Peace Prize
laureate because he promised the International community and the UN that he
would dis-arm America. Just nobody was looking into why he recieved it and he
made no public mention why he was nominated for it anywhere, he was acting like
it was because he was the first man of color to take the highest seat of power
in the land being an african american or Kenyan, nope, had to do with rolling us
into an Internationa treaty named ATT. aka small arms Treaty.

Our 2A rights afforded to us by our Forefathers under our Constitution was
NOT penned for duck hunting, it was penned to protect yourself if one day the
Government we (for the people, by the people) may one day become tyranacle.

My Police friend told me last night, "Relax buddy! They ban assault weapons
(not just rifles) we get our Revolution" so were even.. Come and get 'em.

DO NOT DISARM OR YOU WILL BECOME CHATTEL, and shame on you Conneticuit for
disarming your taxpayers and forcing them to rely on using 911 if a violent
crime has happened. Protect yourself because your Government can't.

Molan labe.. I want to see the video that the FBI already said they wouldn't release. Brand new security system that they won't show. Untl then, this is a botched Opp. The video would or will show the shooter-s.

On Monday, Alan Korwin, 2nd Amendment activist and author of Gun Laws of America, published a preliminary list of firearms and firearms accessories to be included in the yet-to-be announced, but much anticipated new version of the so-called Assault Weapons Ban.

The chief sponsor of the last ban, Sen. Diane Feinstein is said to be crafting new legislation now, which, if passed, President Obama would undoubtedly sign.

Would the Democrats really be so bold as to propose another gun ban when the majority of the American people clearly oppose gun control?

Remember, it was the Obama administration which sent thousands of assault rifles into the hands of drug cartel assassins in order to produce outrage among the American people, who would then support more government control over gun sales.

In March 2009, Obama administration officials held a White House press briefing announcing a "gun-tracing program" dubbed Operation Gunrunner (which later became Fast and Furious).

Of course, this program did not involve gun tracing, but gun walking, which resulted in at least 1,4000 weapons ending-up in the hands of the drug cartels.

Even worse, those weapons have been used to murder U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent Jaime Zapata as well as hundreds of Mexican citizens.

So why would Ivy League educated, high-level government officials initiate a program that would seem doomed to result in more death and mayhem?

Why indeed.

Eric Holder has, well documented anti-2nd Amendment history, as does Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano...all of whose departments were involved in the failed operation (SEE MARCH 24, 2009 PRESS BRIEFING).

Once the bodies began piling-up from the use of these weapons, the Obama administration could announce the fact that these guns came from U.S. gun stores and then announce the need for more gun control laws (or simply enact them through the use of Executive Order).

On April 27, 1995, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) spoke at the US Senate hearing on terrorism shortly after the Oklahoma City bombing.

During the hearing, she referenced her concealed carry permit and how she carried a gun with her in the 1970's, citing the urge to arm yourself for protection- in her case from threats.

She states:

"I know the sense of helplessness that people feel. I know the urge to arm yourself because that's what I did. I was trained in firearms. I walked to the hospital when my husband was sick. I carried a concealed weapon and I made the determination if somebody was going to try and take me out, I was going to take them with me."

Reference to "her husband" is to her second husband who died of cancer. She has since remarried.

Depends on the state and if you are willing to break the law. Registration and reporting of private sales is required in some states. It is in your own interest to register the transfer at a private sale. That way, if it is used in a crime they do not come looking for you when they trace the S/N.

Many schools used to have a gun range in the basement of the school so it was not uncommon for kids to have guns in school.

There are a few left but not as many as there used to be.

I was thinking something similar the other day as the original poster, maybe donating 50K to offer free gun safety training at the local gun range.  I learned to shoot and be safe from my father and grandfather.  I took a gun safety training course as a kid.

This is another downfall of the mega-farm, it used to be that there were many family farms where gun safety and hunting were part of the yearly routine.

If you REALLY want to point out to the public just how much their representatives care (or don't) I suggest the following:

 

 

WHEN the next assault weapons ban is proposed we need a gun friendly rep to attempt to add an amendment such as:

 

"In the spirit of equality and to show that all amercians are indeed equal before the law it shall hereby be illegal to hire or cause to be hired armed private security guards or armed private security contractors to protect people, events or personal property.

No person while employed as a security guard may carry a firearm or any lethal weapon.

In addition no law enforcement officer may be employed nor accept renumeration to guard specific persons or premises unless said duties fall within their general work day.

Finally to show the extent of the full faith and committment that members of congress have in gun control measures each member voting in support of this law agrees to the following conditions:

All firearms owned by a supporting member of congress shall be permanently and publicly relinquished to the department of justice upon passage.

All supporting members of congress shall publicly renounce their 2nd amendment rights to keep and bear arms while they remain in office.

All supporting members of congress shall not have protective services prodvided by any local,state or federal agency except while physically located in Washington DC and while congress is in session.

Any member who votes in support of this measure and who violates these conditions shall immediately forfeit their office, and shall be tried for treason."

 

I'd love to see something like the above added in and watch some people SQUIRM on television.....

And it has paid off in spades for them as many of our young today identify themselves as progressives. What do you suppose are the political leanings of most teachers and professors today? If you do send your children to public schools, you must spend a minimum of an hour every night undoing all of the indoctrination that was done to your child by his/her school. The best solution is HOMESCHOOLING. You say it isn't possible for you or your spouse to do it, thats understandable, but there is someone in your neighborhood who does it for a resonable fee, that I can guarentee you. They are also much less likely to be shot or molested, as teacher/school employee on student sexual molestation is rampant now. Just do a "google", and you will see where this is happening almost daily now somewhere in the country. If you love your children, the last place you would send them is into the arms of progressive pedophile communist. Yes, the state will still get funding through your property taxes, but if enough people were homeschooling, the districts would be compelled to lay off teachers and staff, as there would not be enough students to warrant keeping them.

Here is the bottom line:  If you can’t convince people through rational debate that your position is the correct one, and, if you have to threaten them, lie to them, or brainwash them before they will adopt your ideas, then there is something wrong with your ideas.  The truth wins out eventually under its own power.  Only disinformation needs to be forcefully injected into the public consciousness.  Obviously, there are a great many truths behind the concepts of individual self defense and gun ownership if gun grabbers find it impossible to prevail without subverting our youth.

I think you need to reconsider my question, "How well did the 2nd amendment work out for the American Indian Movement, the Black Panther Party or even the Branch Davidians?" These were all groups, not just individuals but groups, which came into armed conflict with, mostly, the federal govt. Did the 2nd amendment save them any liberties? Did it lead to any other concessions from the govt? Did it even protect their lives? And if so, then why and how did this come about?

Now, having answered these questions, honestly I hope, you can begin to see the practical applications of the 2nd amendment and what it can accomplish. So if you want to be get all idealistic about checks and balances and such here, then I suggest you brain storm another constitutional amendment and get that movement going.

Of course there are things worth fighting for, like the lives of school children for example and a society where I don't have to watch parents crying their hearts out all over the fucking country every week or where I have to rush to the phone to call my wife to make sure that she and the kids are OK because she happened to be in the time and place of one of these recent tragedies.

You missed my entire point about firepower parity. Back in the 18th century, a musket got you firepower parity with a national army. In the 21st century, that is no longer the case, since you can't own a carrier group or an ICBM. Believe it or not, the state of technology actually has some impact on legal systems. The 2nd amendment is one of those cases where technology has made that law an anachronism. Even assault rifles no longer offer you defense in the face of a federal tyranny. Owning one for that purpose is just kidding yourself. I own guns because I enjoy shooting them but I have no illusions about this somehow defending any of my liberties.

And you miss the point that just recently we had two thirds of all of our frontline combat forces in a dinky little country and they were in no way able to keep a lid on things.  All the latest and greatest technology running around the clock and things did not calm down until we started to pay the opposition.  Did the opposition get hurt? yes, but it appears that the "nothing to lose" scenario worked for them.  If things went totally haywire here do you think that a conflicted military would have much luck keeping the lid on 100 million armed people living in an area of 3 million 800 thousand square miles?

In a scenario where the US military is defeated, the US is invaded and occupied by a foreign power, you are right. Gun ownership of the kind that you advocate would actually be beneficial. The problem is that the odds of this happening might as well be zero. The kind of tyranny that you fear is already here and, surprise, they let you keep your guns but you are no better off for it. So now, you have to admit that either 1) the US is the kind of free Republic that the constitution intended or 2) the 2nd amendment did jack shit as your rights were being taken away from you. You missed my entire point about firepower parity. Back in the 18th century, a musket got you firepower parity with a national army. In the 21st century, that is no longer the case,

 

If you think that the colonials were as well equipped as the British Army and Navy you need to go back to the books. The colonials had no artillery until they stole it. They had no ships until they could beg help from France. They had very limited supplies of powder and lead as compared to the British. The British were shocked at colonial resilience and when their ultimate defeat came the British thought that "The World Turned Upside Down."

The Left-wing anti-gun lobby are focusing attention on banning assault rifles after the Newtown incident. This is the thin end of the wedge. It's the step-by-step gameplan.

What they won't come out and admit is that the next time there's any sort of gun incident, there'll be another outcry and they'll be calling for that type of gun to be banned too. After a handful of incidents, there'll get what they want: a total ban on guns to ensure the American people are defenceless.

When you fill out a federal firearms form, you disclose if you're currently on psychotropic drugs.  If you are, you're not getting a gun....And, the government can definately track who is on these drugs.  The problem is, half of America is on one of these drugs and that's cutting the market down a little too much for the NRA.

Historical term "well regulated" has nothing to do with bureaucratic rules and regulations.  Read the rest of the US Constitution and you'll see a completely different term of art employed when regulations are to be promulgated.  A well regulated militia describes a body of men who are capable of bearing arms, who maintain competence in their usage and upkeep, who possess said arms, and are capable of operating as a unit.

The light was just appearing over the horizon, the crowds roar was a low rumble of anticipation. The US military was cowed, some were openly sobbing and tearing to remove their Teflon jackets, and put their rocket launchers down.

The echoes of Larry Pratt’s pre-war speech still reverberated in the rafters of the small farm come fortress, just outside Buttfuck Alabama. He would not be there in person as he was counting his money elsewhere, but he would be there in spirit.

The gun owners linked arms linked in unison, hair standing on end, roared en masse, foaming at the lips as they stared down the tanks and drones of the US government.

Evoking memories of Charlton Heston and legends of yore, with shouts of ‘liberty’, the gun owners charged, shooting wildly into the air before stopping and reloading furiously, the smoke rising on the cold winters morning, causing the governments navy seals watching a mile or two away to squat down eyes rolling in fear.

Suddenly the low rumble of the gun owners turned into a roar as the leader of these heroic warriors stepped out into the freezing sleet, as if he was walking out onto a beach in aruba. What was the cold to this leader of men? A general for the ages, a man tales are written in stone for.

Bill Richardson started shooting with a long range rifle. Women dropped in their children in an effort to get a hold of the shell casings that had been blessed by their hero. Women and children were afaint at the sight of his majestic shooting. What could the ‘government’ do when the war actually started?

The US military were beaten in spirit by the baying crowd and the sight of the mythical warriors. Still they lined up, determined to go out in glory or die trying.  

Suddenly there was an almighty blast of a horn, and a humongous stag came bounding through the mists…Sat on the stags back was the hulking figure of David Vitter. Such was the awe and reverence one could hear a pin drop…Vitter let out a low rumble…”Liberty” he intoned, as the now sizeable crowd let out a low breathless Ooooooooh, knowing the US Military machine had already been beaten before they had even launced one Tomahawk missile in anticipation of the grinding slaughter they knew was coming.

After the enivatable victory, with the landscape littered with the wreckage of downed drones, shot down missiles, and the shells of burned out tanks, the gun owners were able to go back home, happy that liberty had been restored and do all the other things that normal citizens ‘need’ assault weapons for, such as looking for the Jersey Devil, or well, just having them, as some document you've never read from 200 years ago says you can.

They gave you and me a free and independent America. The history books never told you a lot about what happened in the Revolutionary War. We didn't fight just the British. We were British subjects at that time and we fought our own government!

Some of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn't. So, take a few minutes this year while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price they paid.

Well, from this tragedy, they're eventually going to ban the sale of assault weapons.....Of course this won't stop anything as there's so many of these weapons in the marketplace right now....The NEXT instance will cause a house to house confiscation.  It will be at that point where the rubber meets the road.  And if you take the second amendment to heart, then be my guest in battling a so-called tyranical government.  I look forward to how that turns out!

Rational debate is so important b/c when you poke people's illusions sometimes they get very angry, as truth is unfortunately an uncomfortable concept for most if not all people.

       Not only was the writing & arguements great but i love how only on Zerohedge will a major article be written posting a prez of the usa using the 'N" word to refute a Reuters article. Hey, Reuters- I expect a response to Zerohedge tomorrow defending your stupid ass argument about Johnson giving a shit or being in any way responsible for the civil rights movement of the sixties.

Its a good point - if any of our great devotees of civil rights really gave a rat's rear about black Americans, then the outrage would be on-going at the number of black Americans being butchered in criminal violence day by day...but as they mostly die in areas completely controlled by the Democrat party, no one cares.

A curious fact has come to light - 20% of African-American males aged 18-29 voted for Mitt Romney in 2012...and I doubt it was because they found a sudden love for an overly-white, rich guy...I think it was just a protest at the way they are treated like garbage and taken for granted...there is fertile ground in America for a properly revolutionary movement - as long as it is understood that a genuine revolution is restorationist...an attemp to restore the good of what was, while discarding the evil that is, without goiong back to the evil that was.

I have often wondered, when the media shows our soldiers traveling through a city in an occupied country, one often sees muslums walking around with plentiful carbines (AK-47's).  Our soldiers, being armed, do not appear to be alarmed, or seeking to take these weapons from all people not in uniform.  Has anyone else ever noticed, and wondered, if the muslums (who appear to be armed to the teeth), can walk around a major city or town with real machine guns (capable of delivering 650 rounds per minute), without having their own folks, or our troops freaking out?  Why they make a big deal of carry & conceal here, and these people are allowed to openly carry loaded machine guns.  Does anyone see the irony?

The Sandy Hook massacre looks more like a false flag attack or something equally sinister as every day goes by, and reveals that the official story contradicts eye witness accounts and first reports. The latest discrepancy is this:

That local newspaper made first reports and got the first widely published pictures outside the school.

At 10:59:05 a.m.,  it quotes the principal describing a masked gunman opening fire in the school.

At 7:38:55 p.m., another report describes her as a tragic hero who confronted the gunman immediately. Later national reports describe the principal as killed 'execution style' by the gunman when she confronted him immediately.

So which is it? Did she describe the masked gunman to the local newspaper or was she executed instantly by him?

This might look like a case of mis-attribution of the quote, mistaken identity by the newspaper by quoting her in the first report, but, but, but...there are other discrepancies.

Like eye witness reports of accomplices; police scanner audio and visual tapes of suspects fleeing the scene; arrested, and yet no further explanation of their whereabouts or identity. Men described as wearing 'cam trousers and black tops'.

There is no eye witness account of Adam Lanza holding a gun. His mother, the suspected CIA agent, spent the previous days  in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire - that well known haunt of politico-bankster-CIA gatherings.

The Newtown medical examiner says the victims were shot with a rifle, but the rifle was found in the car outside the school. We are told that Lanza killed himself inside the school, so how can the alleged killer weapon rifle be in the car outside the school?

And how can a young man described as mentally ill behave like a trained marksman, efficiently killing many within minutes ... at a school where he had no known connection, yet the media promotes the false idea that his mother was a teacher there. She wasn't. 

However, if the teacher role was her cover story, then the son might be forced there by others who killed his mother, and thought she worked there. Who were they sending a message to, hey Obama? Got problems with your foreign wars and revenge attacks? Something you'd like to confess?

The official story does not match the known facts.

The old saying "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree" could be applied to George Dubya's ability to "manage" controversial information. He is walking in his ex-CIA Daddy's footsteps, following intelligence guidelines on how to vaporize controversial information, or if unable to vaporize it, to simply move it around to another agency or individual, and hope no one catches on.

The following revelation, obtained from National Liberty Press, is even more interesting than information in the original Martin story since it reveals the lengths to which the government will go to disguise its controversial activities, thereby "snookering" Al Martin, myself, and others, through the use of disinformation. However, the truth will out, and the truth, outlined below, is in this case even more shocking than the original information which proved to be untrue.

Former KGB counter-intelligence chief, General Oleg Kalugin, who is a Fox News commentator, recently stated that Admiral Poindexter's Office of Information Awareness (OIA) which is involved in spying on United States citizens, had hired both General Yevgeny Primakov and General Aleksandr V. Karpos, former KGB heads, as consultants and advisors. (Primakov in addition served as Russian Prime Minister in the late nineties.) (Note: The KGB was the Secret Police in the former Soviet Union)

Al Martin, whose credibility has been questioned by a couple of NewsWithViews.com readers, had previously reported that Primakov and Karpov were hired by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This information was disinformation provided by the Bush Administration to cover up the fact that Poindexter's OIA had hired Primakov and Karpov.

When the Bush administration realized it couldn't get away with lying about the hiring of Primakov and Karpov by Poindexter's OIA, it put out out very effective disinformation to the effect that these two former Soviet spies had a relationship with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is a lie.

In this way, when the media goes on its wild goose chase and calls the Department of Homeland Security...and the media has been persistent in getting the truth related to this most unusual story... the DHS legitimately says that the former KGB chiefs are not connected with the DHS. What Governor Ridge's office isn't telling the media is that these two ex-KGB operatives are working not for DHS but for Poindexter's OIA which has been set up to spy on Americans.

It does boggle the mind to find out that the administration which has waged war against Saddam Hussein (considered by President Bush to be responsible for the 9/11 terrorist act) would be hiring Primakov, a very close friend of Saddam Hussein's and a terrorist himself, to assist our government in fighting terrorism.

I'd just like to reiterate this part of the OP for those with selective memory...and they know who they are:

 

Conservatives were especially vulnerable to the infectious symptoms of the event, abandoning all reason and even their small government values to support the fascist inklings of the Bush Administration; a Neo-Con (fake conservative) driven presidency with ambitions of constitutional reversal.  Whatever you may believe about the true causes and culprits behind 9/11, no one can deny that Bush and his ilk sought to exploit the tragedy to gain political capital to be used in the destruction of American civil liberties. 

 

Where the fuck were the likes of you when that was going down? I hear plenty from you now about 'Communist, Socialist, Muslim Kenyans' and taking back your country and all the rest of your happy horse shit...but you were AWOL when it was your man doing essentially the same things(and I'm not referring to just posters here on ZeroHedge).

The Oblahmas or the George W. Bushes, I make no distinction...and it all goes back much further than those two.

The "gun" problem in the USA could be resolved way easier. Just make a bullet $500 and then just sit back and relax. Learning of this people will surely be more reticent about buying guns/bullets and you could make gun sellers take notes on everyone that buys more than 20 bullets. See? Easy!
