I like you folks, really I do, but would you please work on the sound and lighting?

 

 

  • Sound:  A external microphone or better yet lapel syle -  and in a room that isn't an echo chamber. 
  • Lighting:  The lights bouncing off this chaps glasses was really annoying.

It would greatly improve your ability to be understood, and your professionalism.

Jobs:  the numbers are meaningless as most of the "jobs" are minimum wage under 30 hours per week.

There is no recovery.
