In the aftermath of the Boston Marathon explosions, the WSJ is reporting that counterterrorism officials have found what they believe to be five additional, undetonated explosive devices around the Boston area. The devices - which are in addition to the two that exploded near the finish line of the marathon - were discovered over the course of a frantic inspection of suspicious packages. Each had been rendered inoperative or was in the process of being rendered inoperative.

But the officials also sounded a note of caution, saying they are moving quickly and each device they believe is a bomb hasn't been fully dissected or analyzed.

The page can be changed after created, but I don't believe that modifies the URL.
Edit: confirmed that the URL remains the sae after renaming the page. I created a page from my mostly-dormant account, then modified the name. The URL did not change when the name was altered.
Need a little help, I don't get it, where does this point to anything before todays date?
Not before today's date, but its creatiion under the current name is time stamped (absolute time, not by time zone) some hours before the event. Even if the name changes subsequent to the page's creation, the date/time of creation is stamped with the new name change when updated.
So, the page may have been created at any time before today and modified or renamed after its creation, but, if the page was created prior to today, why would the URL be named .../BostonBombing1542013 if created prior to today's event? And, as the page shows 'joined 11 hours ago' (indicating a page creation/modification time of ~7:30-8:30am PDT, and an absolute time of '11 hours ago' from joining/creation/updating), the time stamp on the page creation/update is from today. That shows this page - with the current name and original URL - to have been 'live' some 3-4 hours before the bombs were set off, which indicates a foreknowledge of the event.
Ok, I'll accept that, for now, as I'm obviously out of my element. But what is to be gained (or lost) from an easily discovered manipulation of time and showing their foreknowledge of future events?
