Agreed.  As more and more time passes I realize she was telling the truth.  We really did have to pass it to find out what's in it.

When Obamacare hits next year you may not believe what you find in it.  It's gonna be a shit-storm, based on conversation I've had about it so far with benefits companies, business owners, etc.

I've seen the skies darken and I've heard the thunder.  It is natural to expect rain shortly after.

No wait, they should just "pass the bill to see what's in it."

But then I can already tell you what's in it:

1) The big corps that own and run the US will get their cheap (exempt from the regs, etc.) and beholden workers (slaves).

2) The pols will get their politically beholden "voters." Much like niggers (ignorant, subsidized and coddled black people) and seniors.

3) The pols and crats will get their "it's their-fault" class-warfare distraction. "Juan took your job and is preventing you from getting that 'lawncare' job."

Never mind that Congress is the one that, with the banksters, destroyed the American economy and ran up the "price" of workers in the first place.

Bill Gates' need to enhance profits by bringing in foreign workers to pull down compensation and work opportunities for US engineers and computer programmers continues unabated. Everyone knows, of course, that the H-1b visa program, regularly and substantially abused by most of the companies participating in it, is nothing but Congress's gift to corporate lobbyists who reward “our representatives” in ways that American citizens could never do. America's jobs and her people's standard of living have never been more "For Sale."

MyVisaJobs. Com Immigration blog

WASHINGTONFor the first time since 2008, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reached the statutory H-1B cap of 65,000 for fiscal year (FY) 2014 within the first week of the filing period. USCIS has also received more than 20,000 H-1B petitions filed on behalf of persons exempt from the cap under the advanced degree exemption.

USCIS received approximately 124,000 H-1B petitions during the filing period, including petitions filed for the advanced degree exemption. On April 7, 2013, USCIS used a computer-generated random selection process (commonly known as a “lottery”) to select a sufficient number of petitions needed to meet the caps of 65,000 for the general category and 20,000 under the advanced degree exemption limit. For cap-subject petitions not randomly selected, USCIS will reject and return the petition with filing fees, unless it is found to be a duplicate filing.

The agency conducted the selection process for advanced degree exemption petitions first. All advanced degree petitions not selected were part of the random selection process for the 65,000 limit.

As announced on March 15, 2013, USCIS has temporarily adjusted its premium processing practice. To facilitate the prioritized data entry of cap-subject petitions requesting premium processing, USCIS will begin premium processing for H-1B cap cases on April 15, 2013.

USCIS will continue to accept and process petitions that are otherwise exempt from the cap. Petitions filed on behalf of current H-1B workers who have been counted previously against the cap will not be counted towards the congressionally-mandated FY 2014 H-1B cap. Accordingly, USCIS will continue to accept and process petitions filed to:

·         extend the amount of time a current H-1B worker may remain in the U.S.;

·         change the terms of employment for current H-1B workers;

·         allow current H-1B workers to change employers; and

·         allow current H-1B workers to work concurrently in a second H-1B position.

U.S. businesses use the H-1B program to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise in specialized fields including, but not limited to: scientists, engineers, or computer programmers.

rubio is a charlatan, a POS!!! he has been bought and paid for a dozen times!

we can't continue to give the country away to these 'undocumented's'? think of nat'l security,... think of how they lower the wage for working americans? what they do is send our dollars [ money] back to mexico in exchange for peso's with duel citizenship. where's the fucking benefit. they lower the living wage and work for minimum while sucking our great country dry.

fuck these illegals,... that undercut our standard of living-- vote without showing id's democratic!

the republican's don't stand a chance?-- and what we'll see for the next 20'years is a one party system run by the likes of obama and rubio!

Go back to mexico or california where you think it's yours, to begin with you parasitic scum???

This banker-hijacked government is going to keep going until it’s all gone. They are going to bring Mexico into the United States and they are going to make all Americans pay for it.

The end result will be total devastation for both countries, as America's debt continues to skyrocket. This total bankruptcy of Americans is designed to push America into the financial piranhas' "new world order."

Americans either abolish the Federal Reserve or they will face head on the economic terrorism and totalitarian solutions the globalists have planned to meet the crises our banker-owned politicians have wrought.

Has anyone spoken to Nancy Pelosi? She will be mad as hell. How dare they attempt to understand legislation that was written by and for lobbyists.

Gee,   They didn't need to read the Patriot Act before signing....

(Of course a couple of them got motivated via mail with some anthrax in it.   That seemed to cure their need to read it....)

Better just to pass the legislation without reading it. Better yet, pass a bill that hasn't been written yet. That way, they can just change it to meet whatever needs the legislators may require.

The Jose Trevino trial began today - he's the brother of the leader of the Mexican drug cartel los Zetas. Besides the usual laundering avenues through HSBC and Wells Fargo, they also took to laundering via horse raising in Oklahoma, inconspicuously naming one of their stallions Number One Cartel.

The Zetas are former Mexican spec ops trained by Americans, and they've been fighting their former employers, the Gulf Cartel, for the past several years. They are now also at war with the Sinaloa Cartel, run by Joaquin "Shorty" Loera of Forbes 100 fame.
