Only two bombs, which exploded, were on the site. No other packages examined contained unexploded devices contrary to what was reported yesterday.
So far, the perpetrator(s) is batting 100% then. . . My guess is that means more to come and could end up being like the D.C. Sniper situation.
Explosives always have been the most effective way to generate mass casualties with maximum chance of escape (as opposed to firearms).
