Boston Bomber Tweeting In August 2012: "Boston Marathon Isn't A Good Place To Smoke"
Now that the media has identified the twitter account of one of the two Boston bombers, Dzhokar Tsarnaev, who used the handle @J_tsar, the poring over each tweet begins for hints into his motivations. Perhaps the first notable feature is that since Monday when the bombing took place, Dzhokar engaged in at least a dozen tweets.
CNN summarizes some of the more relevant highlights:
The most recent tweet is one he retweeted on Wednesday from Mufti Ismail Menk, who identifies himself as a Muslim scholar. "Attitude can take away your beauty no matter how good looking you are or it could enhance your beauty, making you adorable," the tweet reads.
Another tweet from Tsarnaev on Tuesday was a quote from rapper Eminem: "Nowadays everybody wanna talk like they got somethin to say but nothin comes out when they move their lips; just a bunch of gibberish."
After another Twitter account posted a photo Tuesday saying it showed a man who was going to propose to his girlfriend at the marathon in Boston and found her dead, Tsarnaev tweeted a two-word response: "fake story."
Another of the suspect's tweets, an apparent response to someone else's tweet, reads, " and they what 'god hates dead people?' Or victims of tragedies? Lol those people are cooked."
Also Tuesday, Tsarnaev tweeted, "So then I says to him, I says, relax bro my beard is not loaded." On Friday, another Twitter user retweeted that message, and added the words, "But my backpack is."
Alternatively, in the hours just after the bombing, Dzhokar had this to say:
On Monday at 8:04 p.m. -- hours after the bombings -- he tweeted a quote from rapper Jay-Z and a 1970s R&B song, "Ain't no love in the heart of the city." The tweet added, "stay safe people."
Shortly after midnight, on Tuesday morning, he tweeted, "There are people that know the truth but stay silent & there are people that speak the truth but we don't hear them cuz they're the minority."
Naturally, the FBI will be looking at any twitter accounts that the Chechen-born naturalized American engaged with closely.
But perhaps most curious is this blurb from August 10, 2012, showing that the Boston Marathon had been on @J_Tsar's mind long before Monday.

Does anyone else think these Twitter accounts are remarkably clean? There are some oblique references that can be interpreted as being suspect in a certain light, but frankly, nothing that you don't see from your average youth.

I have a few questions:
Why was a Saudi national (a son of Saudi royalty, or something like that) originally the suspect of interest for the bombing?
Why did Obama have an unscheduled meeting with the Saudi foreign minister almost immediately after news broke that an arrest had been made, soon after the Saudi national was identified as a suspect?
Why was it announced that the suspect would be brought to the courthouse and then immediately afterward there was a bomb threat at the courthouse?
Why was that Suadi national quickly cleared of charges and released for deportation?
Why does the twitter account of the 19 year-old current suspect Jahar look like the twitter account of a normal teenager, not a terrorist?
Why does interview after interview of people who knew the two suspects seem to paint a picture of two people who are not likely to be terrorists?
What actual concrete proof will we be given that will conclusively tie these two suspects to the bombing?
Who are the men in the marathon pictures who look like private military security types?
Why were there reports of a bomb drill during the marathon before the bombs went off?
Why did Boston go into "lockdown" just because of one 19 year-old terrorist?
This is the kicker for me. How did the spec ops contractors aka Blackwater wannabes from the company that sniper founded. How did they not get hurt in the bombing?

interesting. this is all new...especially the part about "availability of said info." Zero Hedge strikes again...doing what i imagine they consider to be "moronic" vis a vis computing skills but appears light years ahead of the law enforcement folks (it would seem.) since there is no way to prove whether all this is fake i work under the assumption that it is true...obviously if you believe the whole thing is a lie then there's no use in even commenting on it. i find it interesting to think it is true though. i do agree no smoking gun..although the tweets aren't ordered in a correctly dated fashion. if you start with "momma i'm a criminal" first (via the timeline) then that does make things appear more..."darkened" i guess. i must say i am struck by how "in the dark" our authorities keep acting. if they're tweeting after the attacks then how is it possible for them to be "hiding"? hopefully this ends peacefully so we can get some answers...it's obviously completely ridiculous to shut down an entire City over such a thing. of course once it's over the media and the authorities will probably just drop the thing and then we'll get to go through a whole 'nother one.

Yesterday the FBI said there was video of one of them placing a backpack at the spot where one of the bombs exploded. They said that was specifically the reason they released photos. It was in any number of articles. So where's that video? There's no legitimate reason at all not to release it, too.

Johar is too young to buy a handgun and at 21 would need a permit in MA.
Tamerlan was old enough but if that domestic violence charge held up his citiizenship application, it'd probably be flaggged by NCIC after scrutiny for green card status... but he too would need a permit from MA.
And permits are also required to buy ammo and black/smokeless powder in MA.
Interstate transport of illegally obtained firearms and ammo are federal felonies.

it's reasonable to conclude that the "firefights" reported were merely one set of LEOs firing at another set of LEOs.
