The Feds need to get him out of New England and into the jurisdiction of the 2nd Circuit. Here he can be tried and put to death in Virginia quickly as were Amir Kansi, the Pakistani gunman who shot up the CIA Hq and John Muhammed, the DC sniper. Rather than languish on Death Row for decades or fight over death penalty statutes, once in the 'Rocket Docket' as the 2nd Circuit has come to be known, this Chechen refugee can be put to death. Kansi and Muhammed only lasted 7 years from the date of their arrest to execution of sentence even though they both fought in court to stay alive.
I might add Virginia offers a choice between lethal injection and electrocution as the method of execution for condemned criminals. Somehow, the guards on Virginia's Death Row manage to convince some inmates to choose the electric chair.

Evidently the drones were being used down in Texas on a fertilizer plant that Monsanto needed out of the way.
No Shit! Watched last night as they paraded out one after the other, damn near beating each other to death patting one another on the back. Now - for the truth - they fucked around all day, keeping a city of some 6 million in lock down, closing all mass transit, air space - and had more fucking militry hardware on display than the U.S. Marines. They fucking searched all day - and FINALLY lifted the lockdown after finding nothing after an all day door to door search forcing epople out of their home while they were searched. Within 30 minutes of lifting the lock down - some old fart stumbles out into his yard and notices blood on his bot and a giant rip in the canvas cover of his boat cover and calls the police. Turns out it was less than a mile from the original shootout. The police immediately scramble fucking 600 police officer, 40 armored personel carriers and god only know what else to the scene. The kid manages to lift his woulnded ass up high enough to get off a shot and fire is returned - around at least 100 rounds - and finally the kid gives up after being hit once!
Then we see American Stupidity on display at it's finest as 1000's go into the streets waiving their flags and chanting U.S. A.. Yes - it was GREAT - Lets See
1. We can lock a city of 6 million down and nobody dares to question ----- check
2 We now have facial recognition software that the FBI can use to identify anyone who has flown in the last 10 years --- check
3 We have a police fore that is better armed than our armed forces --- check
4 DHS has bout all of the ammunition on the planet ----check
5 We can now go to Congress and ask for 5 Trillion in the DHS budget so we can put up more cameras to monitor the subject every move, since this worked sooooo well ----- check
6. We have NSA apparates set up to monitor all comunications between subjecst without warrents --- check
Now - if we can just get Obama to sign a couple of executive orders to make it illegal to own a gun and force everyone to either turn their existing guns in or face imprisonment -- we will have things right where we want them. Now quickly - get out there and hand out some more flags on a stick so the subjects can really chant it up.

The surreality is all the security that was in fact at the Marathon, how much is enough? Is it not laughable as we send funding to Alciada in Syria and then molest the rest of us at home looking for the same? Security? Where are the cameras located? Probably some at the start and most at the finish. Block off a 12 block area at the finish line. People who want to be at the finish line would be screened going into the 12 block area. Nothing fancy, just checking backpacks, strollers and clothing. This is done at stadiums and arenas every day.

This is the bullshit they are basing their "case" on. It shows these young guys walking thru casually with backpacks over one shoulder. There were tons of people there that had backpacks on. In fact some of the FBI operatives (the guys with tan pants and black tops) had on big backpacks that looked stuffed. This is total bullshit and they are going to waste a couple of more lives, pinning there own terrorism on young people who's lives have now been ruined.
