Given what information we have: Let's assume that these two guys did the bombing, issued no statement and their social media pages that were being created this morning are true and that they did it for some nebulous radical <Islam or Chechen nationalism or something to get the RED TEAM FIRED UP>.
The likely scenario is the older brother came home from Russia 6 months ago after being radicalized by [Radical Islam / Chechen Nationalists / Russian Mafia / Russian Government; delete as appropriate] then roped his younger brother [who, by his twitter feed is a normal "American bro"] into dropping off backpacks at the Boston Marathon [insert bullshit excuse: "Dropping off serious weed for X" or "Dropping off laundered cash"] then runs away, continues his life [Goes to Uni party etc] not really grasping that they were responsible ['cause that'd be fucking insane, right? Best to go back to normality and hope the meta-drama is NOT about you].
Cops show up, his brother starts pulling serious weaponry out, fire-fight and he's left bleeding out, alone, in a fucking boat for twelve hours.
Chances he's a MK-Ultra Jason Bourne? Slim to zero. He's 19, dumb as a rock (or rather, he's an average Boston American) and probably didn't think his week was going to be like this.

On U.S news channels at around 2am (7am UK time) they clearly showed the older Boston Bomber guy being arrested having been stripped naked. The whole first 2 pages of youtube were full of this footage as was Google News, yet now the footage is almost imopossible to find and they are saying the guy was killed in a shoot out.

The scanner links gave so many others the chance to be there too, in spirit, in on making the decisions in the moment. Wow, how it changed in the fluctuations of energy throughout the day. Anyone else FEEL that? We ALL as a civilization have crossed a line. It is possible to live as the one planet of unique and independent beings we ALL are sharing the abundance of everything that is available. It can be easily done.
