Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Unarmed At Time Of Boat "Shootout"
Three days ago we pointed out that while the story surrounding the alleged Boston Bombers had many gaping holes in it while it was being made up in process, following the filing of the official sworn FBI affidavit making things up out of thin air would become far more complicated. Sure enough, one specific section in the 11 page sworn testimony caught our attention: the one discussing the capture of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev following the boat "shootout". To wit:
We were thus surprised to find the first gaping hole in the government's official version just 3 short days later. Because as it turns out, as per the WaPo, the proability of a "shootout" between the suspect and the Boston police was severly curtailed following the revelation that he had been unarmed the entire time he was hiding in the boat.
Although police feared he was heavily armed, the suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing had no firearms when he came under a barrage of police gunfire that struck the boat where he was hiding, according to multiple federal law enforcement officials.
Authorities said they were desperate to capture Dzhokhar Tsarnaev so he could be questioned. The FBI, however, declined to discuss what prompted the gunfire.
Other law enforcement officials said the shooting may have been prompted by the chaos of the moment and some action that led the officers to believe Tsarnaev had fired a weapon or was about to detonate explosives.
“They probably didn’t know whether he had a gun,” said one law enforcement official, who like others interviewed for this article spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation. “Hours earlier, he and his brother had killed a police officer, shot another officer and thrown explosives out of their cars as the police were chasing them. They couldn’t assume that he did not have a gun and more explosives.”
The FBI, having been happy to provide the testimony for probable cause, suddenly finds itself silent:
The FBI declined to discuss the exact sequence of events that led officers to open fire on Tsarnaev’s hiding place and whether the dozens of bullets that struck the boat caused any of his gunshot wounds.
One wonders then just how the story about the purported suicide attempt involving a shot into his own throat when he had no gun, will develop from here on out.
Finally, trust Joe Biden to put it all into perspective:
On Wednesday, Vice President Biden eulogized Sean Collier, the slain Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer, and denounced Tsarnaev and his dead brother as “two twisted, perverted, cowardly knockoff jihadis.”
Indeed, who needs an in depth investigation when you have a Gun Tzar, well-versed in all the facts months ahead of any official conclusion?
Oh well: when it comes to putting the heavy foot of the law down, the end always justifies the means. Now it was two suspected (still) bombers and "cowardly knockoff jihaids." Who will it be tomorrow? Don't worry - trust the government to know the difference.

I have a question relating to the first bomb blast for those with hands-on experience in bombs and explosives.
When you see the video of the first explosion, the flames and smoke go straight up in the air. There seems to be next to no shockwave. The early pictures from the explosion site shows 5-6 persons on the ground. This doesnt make any sense to me when you correlate with the reported 160-170 injured people. Also, in the pictures you see glass from the nearby window on the outside on the ground. This seems to me like the glass either shattered from the sound of the explosion or a weak shockwave cracking the glass making it fall pretty much straight down.
As a trained medic in the Norwegian Telemark Batalion I also find the pictures of the double amputee very odd. There is virtualy no blood spurt at all. If you have the stomac to scrutinize the image of him being wheeled away in the wheelchair you will find absolutely -no- blood on the ground either under the chair or a trail behind them. He also seems focused and coherent throughout all the pictures I have seen. Which to me makes no sense at all. There is also no sign of the fibula (second leg bone) in either leg which would indicate both torn off.
I know my questioning of the pictures of the injured may sound heartless, but it just seem incredilbly odd.
EDIT: I'm not in the Telemark batalion anymore. I wasn very clear about that. Did a 1 year stint.
It was a marathon. Actual medics on site probably used a turnakit (freaking spell check...is that right?)
Tourniquet.
It's called a tourniquet. Even with one on there is still blood in the legs that seeps out. The tourniquet is to block the major arteries from pumping out blood.
The problem is that in the arly photoes before tourniquets are applied (you can see at least one black band when he is in the wheelchair) there is no visible bloodspurt. With this kind of injury there is a LOT of blood as it is being pumped out of the arteries with every heartbeat. This is a major traumatic injury which is lethal due to the massive bloodloss. Hence why I question the absence of bloodspurt and blood trail in any of the pictures. Also the kind of blood loss this man had should have made him pass out or become visibly "out of it". Yet he is focused and shows no sign to me that he is having a physical shock due to bloodloss.

Yes. And why the hell he is put in a wheel chair on not on a guerney is perhaps the greatest mystery of the pictures. This mans injuries are lethal and the most extensive I have seen of any of the injuries from that blast site. Why is one of the women put on a guerney instead of this man? I refuse to believe there was only the one guerney available.
There is just so much wrong with the aftermath of that bomb. Nobody shows upperbody damages. All injured are visibly conscious. Nobody has passed out from shock or trauma. Only one man shows amputation yet the reports say tens of people had amputations or had to have amputations at the hospital. Doctors do not take off a leg just because you get some damage to it. It takes a lot of shrapnel, damages to bloodveins or nerves for them to cut it off. Yet the pictures show nothing of the sort. There is correlation with the reported mass of injuries and what you see in the pictures. You should be seeing lots of people lying about struggling for their lives. People with massive injuries to their legs do not run off.
He was put in a wheelchair because that is what they have plenty of at the finish line for marathoners that have collapsed. I'm not buying anything you say.

If you had any clue how to handle a man with this kind of injuries you would know to keep the amputated limbs above the rest of his body in a flat position. Like I say, this is a lifethreatening injury just from the bloodloss itself. By putting him on his back you leave the rest of his blood circulating the torso instead of pooling in the legs.
At events like this you MUST have more than 1 stretcher also, right? Some people pass out and you just cant put them in a wheelchair!

Another site also showed time lapse pictures broken down in seconds. They said the windows blew out and people came walking out of the buildings. Not running. Wag the Dog staged event.

Bomb was on the ground, top blew straight up as the lid failed. Shrapnel blew out the sides along ground level. Had they placed it at eye level, it would have been far more devastating. Again, they were amateurs, luckily. It could have been so much worse. There is no conspiracy here, none. I'm a skeptic of 9/11 and I'm telling you, this time, it all went down pretty much exactly as it has been explained. Ok, I'll try to adress this even though this is the main question I brought up. I have limited experience with explosives and some understanding of the physics, but I am in no way an expert.
This is bomb site 1, to be specific. To me it looked like a pyrotechnic device going off sending flames and smoke almost straight up into the air without causing any shockwave or shrapnel. To get this effect in a non-lethal way you would put the device/powder into a cone-shaped object of some material. This would direct the forces upward even if you use soft material that doesnt cause fragments. I believe this is what was used. If it had been a device similar to bomb site 2 you would see dead people at the spot the bomb was. There was none of that at site 1. No unconcious people at all.
I believe there must have been 2 devices. One pyrotechnical device at site 1 and one real pressurecooker bomb at site 2.
Maybe enough time has passed since the incident so that the issue of the man in the wheelchair can be addressed. The issues you raise have occured to a lot of people. If the optics on this part of the Boston bombing have been as mismanaged as the rest of this fiasco, this could be evidence of another major screwup in what increasingly appears to be a disinfo campaign gone horribly wrong.

There is a blog site on the web where a former American military medicc said the guy losing his legs was a fake. He said there would have been more blood and the guy would have went into shock in a second.
What is even more weird is this guy in the wheelchair saw the bomber and gave a description. Sounds too much like a Hollywood script. The Telegraph (UK paper) had a photo yesterday after the bombing. It looked too fake. It looked like a wrap up on a movie scene versus a clean up at a bomb site.
That is exactly what it seems like to me also.
I would like to say though that bomb site 1 is nothing like bomb site 2. Bomb site 2 pictures is exactly what you would expect to see from a bomb. Grisly but they show traumas consistent with the bomb being placed in front of them. I have no question regarding site 2 being authentic whatsoever.
I just cant wrap my head around this in any sensible way. Why 2 bomb sites where 1 is so obviously faked and the other is real? It makes no sense to me at all.

They set out to kill him. From the aerial pictures the boat was very near a fence on one side and the kid was lying down on the fence side of the boat. So the cops were shooting from the other side of the boat. Relative to that line of fire, he was protected by the engine block. That would explain why he survived the fusillade.

It sounded to me like one of the cops emptied a clip into the ground. Then later they popped a couple of explosives near the boat to see if he was going to come out fighting. I don't blame the police for wanting to go home to their families after this ordeal, the brothers had already killed two armed security agents.

He could have very carefully aimed his gun sideways against his throat so that the bullet would surgically remove his larynx, but not sever his windpipe or hit any major arteries in his neck. I don't think any court would hear such a case, quite frankly. The guy would have zero credibility. Also, a lot of incidents where police shoot people are reported that the person encountered the police and then shot themself. It probably cuts down on paperwork. It's a lie, but not a government conspiracy.
None of this matters. Truth is irrelevant. If Amerika knew the WHOLE thruth about everything from Kennedy to the USS Liberty, what do you think is going to change? NOTHING.

Monday morning quaterbacking. If the pair had been working with others or as part of multiple cells and multiple attacks had begun all over the Boston area, and the police didn't respond with enough manpower, you'd be sitting there saying "Jesus, why the fuck didn't the cops bring enough manpower?"
The press reported that he shot himself in the mouth. How would this be possible if he was unarmed?

Obviously he shot himself in the throat so that he would not be able to tell how he shot himself in the throat without a gun.
So with all the technology available for heat seeking imagery and the forced "undressing through scanning" of John Q Public to board an airplane along with the full force of every department in the US govt, the authority didn't have the ability to detect weapons or explosives under a simple tarp on a boat of an ordinary citizen? It's not like this a high tech hiding and deep bunker stuff. It was a guy hiding under a $5 tarp. Hmmmm....
Anyone else bothered by the "sports fan" mentality we seem to be displaying upon the shooting and killing of "enemies of the state" without the bother of trail. Obama, I thought was a constitutional lawyer? Maybe I'm misremembering that part of his bio but it seems like, if true he is using his constitutional expertise, not to enhance but to destroy one of the most important documents this side of the Declaration of Independence. This brand of justice is much more reminiscent of "Wanted Dead or Alive" posters of the old west era or Dillinger/Bonnie and Clyde era or even circa Bush with his analogy in getting Bin Laden. What happened to the Times, the ACLU and al the other organizations that used to be repulsed by these sort of police tactics?

I actually met the person who admitted Obama into law school, so that much about his is real. Most of the jobs he had were patronage type things. He is a person who was groomed from day one to become a politician and there are many like him out there. Groomed to be future US Presidents, all with the correct, predictable loyalties. No mavericks, no people who would think independently. Always status quo, banker friendly pretty boys.
