Maybe I'm being literal here, but how could any of a bunch of people/entities that already exist and have done as much damage to BB as they can, be "his worst nightmare"? I would think that title belongs to something that hasn't happened yet or something that is getting more and more scary to BB.
I'd imagine his worst nightmare would be OPEC ditching the dollar as its official currency.
