Guess What’s Hidden In The Immigration Bill? A National Biometric Database For Citizens

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Michael Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,

Oh just another eight hundred page “bipartisan” bill that nobody will read,  mainstream media will refuse to cover, and that will merely further destroy any remnants of freedom left in these United States.  Never forget the George Carlin quote on bipartisanship:

“Bipartisan usually means that a larger-than-usual deception is being carried out.”

From Wired:

The immigration reform measure the Senate began debating yesterday would create a national biometric database of virtually every adult in the U.S., in what privacy groups fear could be the first step to a ubiquitous national identification system.

Buried in the more than 800 pages of the bipartisan legislation (.pdf)  is language mandating the creation of the innocuously-named “photo tool,” a massive federal database administered by the Department of Homeland Security and containing names, ages, Social Security numbers and photographs of everyone in the country with a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID.

This piece of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act is aimed at curbing employment of undocumented immigrants. But privacy advocates fear the inevitable mission creep, ending with the proof of self being required at polling places, to rent a house, buy a gun, open a bank account, acquire credit, board a plane or even attend a sporting event or log on the internet. Think of it as a government version of Foursquare, with Big Brother cataloging every check-in.

“It starts to change the relationship between the citizen and state, you do have to get permission to do things,” said Chris Calabrese, a congressional lobbyist with the American Civil Liberties Union. “More fundamentally, it could be the start of keeping a record of all things.”

David Bier, an analyst with the Competitive Enterprise Institute, agrees with the ACLU’s fears.

“The most worrying aspect is that this creates a principle of permission basically to do certain activities and it can be used to restrict activities,” he said. “It’s like a national ID system without the card.”

Good thing the terrorists aren’t winning or anything.

What the fuck do you care about my foot?...

~~~
You're confused in stating that I react or over react to everyone... What I do is challenge peoples ideas... I don't try to get them to do yoga, or 'Tai Chi' [thanks for that piece of advice advice Do Chen], or even take psychotropic drugs...
Frankly ~ I don't even feel the need to defend the body of what I have published... TO YOU... You state 'generalizations' which paint the picture of how YOU happen to view my personna [what's disgusting is the fact that you never bother to tackle any specific position head-on & offer a compelling counter arguments as to relative merits]... You're doing the same as we speak...
- Take sone drugs francis
- don't shoot your foot off francis
- do some yoga francis
- The 'Tylers' [you presume to speak for Tylers] want you to tone it down francis
- Everybody hates you francis
Fucking kangaroo court... [why don't you go back & pull up one of my comments or quotes from the past & we'll argue it on merits]... I won't hold my breath on that one...
@ELEMENT ~ Here's one for you... One of my 'crazed rantings' from the other day [where I happened to chime in very late]
~~~TEXT~~~

Here's what's hysterical to me...

~~~
- OK... So the so called 'anti-discrimination', or 'anti-defamation' policy is CLEARLY in place to protect a particular group of senstives... Let's not beat around the bush about that... I've been attacked viciously here on this site & have been called every name in the book, but it doesn't bother me... I dust myself off & continue to try and present a compelling case... Mostly ~ the SAME compelling case [because despite the IQ's & intelligence that logs on to these boards, nobody has been able to solve the riddle]...
- My persistence [which I don't consider 'libel' or 'slander' because it contains verifiable & truthful elements], causes me to be described using many HATEFUL names [by voices seeking to carry the water of the 'particular group of sensitives' that I feel I have the intellectual right to question in the quest for truth... [I mean ~ to me it's sort of like continuing to ask questions about 9/11 or about Obama's birth certificate]... In any case ~ the bottom line is that it automatically makes some persons on ZH despise francis_sawyer [shoot the messenger]...
- So now... We have a situation whereby [Tyler explained], that, in Switzerland, there may be the risk of lawsuits... [Which can ONLY mean that a "particular group of sensitives" is ACTIVELY pursuing this avenue]... That is ~ if I have my compass correct... I don't imagine that, for example, the cheesemakers are posing any problems in this scenario...
- The "non-stop" beat of the drum [that francis_sawyer has preached], has been the ASYMMETRIC REPRESENTATION OF A PARTICULAR GROUP IN THE POWER NODES OF BANKING, MSM, POLITICAL ACTIVISM, & JURISPRUDENCE...
- This issue qualifies under at least 3 [& probably ALL 4 of those power nodes]
- So ~ going forward... Let's say there are two possible scenarios:
1. ZH raises the white flag... Bows down to the paymasters... & essentially, over time, morphs into HuffPo... Sure ~ the data & thread topics will be way jucier than a HuffPo [or anyone else] could possibly be, but WHAT GOOD is that without 360 degree dialogue surrounding it?... Might as well just ban ALL COMMENTS & just publish the articles... If humans are not permitted to express a 360 degree spectrum of reactions towards something, the subject loses it's dimension... I can go to White House dot com if I want my news that way... What's worse is that by doing this, ZH essentially becomes a PARTNER with the news that it's attempting to satire... ZH, essentially, becomes a 'controlled opposition' site...
2. ZH just says "fuck it"... & allows comments to continue as before... Let's play this one out & pretend that the end result would be lawsuits stacked to the ceiling [brought forth by the "particular group of sensitives" that francis_sawyer has been calling out all along ` unless you really think the lawsuits are coming from the aforementioned cheesemakers]... The END RESULT is that ZH has to shut down... Gee ~ I can't wait to be BLAMED for having 'caused' ZH to be shut down by the very same "particular group of sensitives" that I warned everyone about [& was called terrible names for doing]... Once again ~ it will be the fault of francis_sawyer, because I print the money, I created the FED, I run the MIC, I run Hollywood, & Wall St. & K Street...
I don't envy Tyler[s] in the position they're in... & if anybody has to fall on a sword here, I'll fall on a sword myself... Why? Because I don't PROFIT from any of this [& despite my objections to "particular groups of sensitives" & how they've infiltrated every power node of society ~ I'm also keen to the idea of what VALUE ZH has provided a great number of people for 4 years now]... They deserve to PROFIT from their efforts & undertakings... I'll call that profiting from 'PRIOR' efforts, because once you've crossed the Rubicon of political correctness implemented solely to placate an ASYMMETRICALLY LOW number of squeaky wheels, you've lost all credibility...
But before I leave... I'd like all my detractors to re-consider the notions that I have put forth... The conundrum of where we [& more importantly ~ the Tylers] stand in this moment is PROOF that my message, which was ALWAYS the same message... Resonated TRUTH... & in this case... TRUTH, once again... Is a victim...
Them's the ones what needs be pushed n prodded into understanding... there is no refuge other than outright rebellion... cause there is no safe place off limits from talmudist thought control... 'free speech' is now licensed... and if you don't know who controls the licensing bureau by now
...I says you needs a swift kick in the backside! Tyler's only 'run' this site with the forebearance of the 'bosses'... when they decide to 'pull it'... youse best have backup plan for communicating with the 'resistance.'
Believe it or not... I'm not much interested in 'THE RESISTANCE'... Hell ~ I get criticized all the time [including this morning by this 'do-gooder'], for repeating the same message over & over...
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-05-11/irs-conservative-witchhunt-star...
~~~

One thing has become obvious... There's no getting thru to people... There won't even be any satisfaction in being correct in the end, because either THEY are going to get total control, or it'll all burn to the ground... If it all burns to the ground, there won't be much satisfaction in saying "I told you so" in that moment [so what's the point in being part of a 'movement' that is more than yourself & yourself alone]?

So I'll just keep on, here, basically talking to myself, until THEY come & get me... If they want it that bad they can have it... Put me out of my misery & THANKS FOR ALL THE FISH...

Well, at least you've come clean... so maybe you are 'cleansed' as you say... can't argue with honesty!

for those of us who indeed are 'interested in the resistance' ... in a way that doesn't simple feed the system more fuel...

the take that you have on what's gone done here with the Swiss thing... and how it impacts on all of us... is kinda parochial and dramatic. I placed people on notice half a year back that the Tylers are operating under a restrictive blanket that gives them limited freedom in return for a quid pro quo of necessary disinfo insertation... that's as good as it gets anymore. The image of Poe's walls of a room slowly moving inwards is also something I've proffered here.

Quite revealing to parse the comments of the past few days... some appear to believe this space to be no more than a debating club.... others, their private echo chamber\therapy couch... some discount it's importance* or want to sidetrack the debate for purposes known or unknown.

I'll go with the word of Krasting from a few weeks back... where he ran down the list of who he knows reads this space ...just about everybody who matters. He's in a position to know. That's why it's important. To cherish and maintain. When people take too much liberty with liberties... we can get dozed in an instant. In my opinion, so far nobodies come close to recognizing what has just gone down on ZH... but it's still early... I'll keep reading. It's always educating.

In person & in private I'm pretty philosophical about it...

~~~
After all... I probably spent 80% of all my living years having been caught up in that Matrix before I somehow got introduced to the RED PILL... I sure had a lot of fun in BLUE PILL-VILLE [traveled just about everywhere, was at the top of my game, good family relations, got to do fun things, had a lot of fun sex, met interesting people, had [still have] good health, was [still am] physically fit, eat good foods, took no drugs, no terrible 'break-ups', was 'liked' by most people I encountered... Just about everything one could wish for...
There's still a certain 'nostalgia' element to it all, but I can't say I wish I could be brainwashed right now & return to that world...
I've tried to communicate with people [even here on ZH] in a way that the TRUTH lies buried deeper than most of them are willing to go [notwithstanding the fact that they're here]... I've done my due diligence there... I can't live anyone elses life for them...
In Chicago a few years ago, the propaganda media rag, the Chicago Tribune (I think), ran an article on who was really behind the two primary red light camera companies. They both traced back to Jews and Israel. One via an office over a store in Queens or Brooklyn or something in NYC just like in a movie.
Reading that article was the first time that I ever thought, "maybe there is something to this 'Jew? thing."
There is a book out that shows how Jews were at the top and the real benefactors of organized crime in the US.
I'm not antisemitic, but where there is money and power flowing, one will find Jews, and by extension, Israel, at all the junctions--always.     hujel
My great, great grandmother was Jewish... but I'm blonde and blue eyed. My mother is almost 100% German and we have roots that trace back to royalty I guess. My father's side is English and Jewish. So, I'm 1/16th Jewish by blood. Whether I'm in the line of Abraham or a Gentile converted to Jewish, I will never know.
Am I going to your dream camp too?
I believe that Jesus died for ANY human being that accepts him, but I will NEVER lie about my Jewish heritage in order to gain financially or to survive! Hell, I hope I'm related to David; which would make me related to Jesus. Do you know how many distant cousins of Jesus died in the Nazi camps? Do you care, or are you a hater who uses "religion" as a cover for evil? Any TRUE believer in God, and His son Jesus, would have helped those in need in the Nazi days and not cared their genetics or religion.
The majority of bankers may be Jewish. My profession is heavily Jewish because it evolved from jewelers, who were historically Jewish men. So what that Jewish people can run a business well. It's not the fault of the honest Jewish man or woman that their culture developed strong business skills over centuries of hard work and education of their offspring. Only the corrupt of ANY religion/sect are who should receive our disdain. Unfortunately, I think people are "tribing up" these days. I believe in the Bible, and know that every tribe will be represented in the next system. If I'm wrong, I die happy and FREE!
If you believe genetics determine your "rank", then so be it... I believe we are all created equal in freedom and opportunity, but NOT in ability. I told my sons they will be the BEST at whatever they end up doing; whether they're doctors like me or ditch diggers! My youngest has my intellectual skills and will easily navigate academics... but my oldest struggles. Is he somehow inferior or does he possess others skills, EQUALLY needed and favored by society if properly nurtured and encouraged?
Most (95%) of gun owners will turn in their guns due to religious beliefs, fear or short term gain for a few $. The others will be made examples of. I pray I'm wrong, and we swing to more freedom & liberty... and not less. But with incomes shrinking and standards of living on the decline for most Americans; it's only a matter of time before the screws begin to tighten.
They will indeed build a wall, to keep their subjects (tax farm animals) in. All totalitarian govs do.
Mexico will also prevent many Mexicans from returning home because they are dependent on the remittances and having fewer mouths to feed (welfare) that comes from emigration.
The gov will then turn the ignorant against "Juan" as the blame for the economic ills of Americans instead of them and those of the gov and at the FedRes.
Let's be clear: "Juan" didn't do it, China didn't do it and the lack of a work ethic did not do it, those of the government and the FedRes did it. It is that simple.             hujel
They will "never" build a wall?  Que?
Wanna see the pictures?  In this part of the country, its built, cowboy.
Its not even at the border.  Its miles from the border, and its a giant PITA to the ranchers who live on the Mexico side of it, here in Texas.
After you've been at the border for more than say, oh, two hours, you'll realize something: show me a 20 foot wall, and I'll show you a 21-foot ladder.  Its a waste of time.  They tried putting glass on top of the wall.  The Wets just threw a horse-blanket over it.  They'll either put boots on the ground, or we'll support their bambinos until hell freezes over.
This is the desired outcome, or it wouldn't be the outcome.  They think they are going to lower their labor costs.  Show me an immigrant that can fix a SQL Server and I'll believe them.  Until then, all they're doing is creating a larger pool of people who wonder when, exactly, they lost their minds in Washington.
Tyler posted in another thread it's to avoid litigation in Switzerland, where the ZH servers are housed. Remember ZH had to relocate servers outside the US (likely for similar issues) a few years ago. Telling the truth makes you unpopular and I'm sure there are some roaches that would prefer to stay hidden and would use litigation to keep that way.
Switzerland has strong laws regarding freedon of expression. While they do have laws against "hate" speech, especially anti-semetic slurs, having speech pass through servers from international commentors seems a bit of a reach. ZH can't stand against a little litigation? Has the alternative press become as docile as the msm?
Lawyers are freaking expensive, and probably doubly so when dealing with multiple jursdictions. From recent personal experience, simply having contact with government lawyers is going to set you back $2500 just to say "fuck off." To put that in perspective, I'm not sure what ZH's total per-page CPM rates are, but if we go with something like $2, that's 1.25 million page views just to pay for saying "fuck off." If it's more serious than that, ZH could actually be costing the Tyler's money (if it isn't already.)
The Swiss legal restrictions on Freedom of Speech and Expression are actually rather extensive and exceed its treaty obligations - see article 261 of the Penal Code http://www.admin.ch/ch/d/sr/311_0/a261bis.html  and reflect Switzerland's ratification of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and more significantly the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).  Also see Swiss Criminal Code articles 173-178:  slander and articles 296-297: interfering with foreign sovereign relations for further restrictions.
On the flip side- the protections are also extensive and originate in a higher body of law (Constitution), but by the time you need those protections, the lawyers' clocks are counting and billing the minutes.  A lawyer, trained to Swiss criminal law, could speak to some of the nuances, but the same issues that might negatively impact ad revenue would also negatively impact legal expenses.
There is no such thing as a little litigation.  Even hiring a Swiss lawyer for the basic task of beefing up the wording ZH manifesto and the pursuant policies/non-policies would be a five figure expense.  Freedom isn't Free.
"freedom isn't free" Absolutely and the use of litigation, brought before State judges whom control the presentation of argument and evidence is the means the Elites have chosen to silence dissent.
Ultimately, civil disobedience is the ONLY weapon proven successful against State fascism, outside of successful revolution. Civil disobedience requires organization and it is information services that must help provide insight and means for organization.
So, it all goes back to intellectual integrity. ZH either has it or it prefers the money. If it prefers the money, then it is no different than any other msm outlet. Doesn't mean ZH has no usefulness, but it does require we use a filter and analysis.
My paternal ancestors("Die Stille im Lande" aka Anabaptists) weren't too thrilled with Switzerland, they of Berne origin and later Sonnenberg in the Jura Mountains. After centuries of persecution they ended up in the united State of Ohio where they founded the settlements of Sonnenberg, Kidron, and Jericho(early to mid 1800s). Later on in the series of the linked article my direct ancestor is described as apprenticed to the wooden clog makers of those new settlements.
My maternal Scots-Irish parentage keeps the "Quiet People" in me all riled up though...
The Anabaptists picked a particularly unfortunate time to take up pacifism in Switzerland - which wasn't even nominally neutral until the Treaties of Westphalia or practically neutral even in foreign relations until the Congress of Vienna.  There were two declared civil wars over religion during the brief period between the martyring of Felix Manz and the death of pastor Zwingli in battle against the Catholics five years later.  There was another civil war over currency devaluation and the city slime stealing from the farmers a century later which was right in the Bernese Anabaptists back yard.  The last Civil War over religion/federalism was in 1847.  Today, there are still different official churches in the Cantons and if you look at the formation of Canton Jura a mere three decades ago, the religion played a big part in terms of which districts seceded and which stayed with Canton Bern.   The urban-rural divide also still exists, and Canton Jura is still poor by Swiss standards.  But hey, the neutral-peacenik-godless-eurotrash-chocolate-and-cheese-fondue-dipped myth keeps the tourists coming, what few can still afford to.
I just had a similar thing happen trying to get into Canada for “work”  … they found out that I hit a telephone pole in 1981 and I had a police record…. Yeah, just a KID back then but anyways they wouldn’t let me in for anything let alone for work.
Funny part is I had 2 work visas for Canada and a Nexus card [further back ground checking] for easy border travel back and forth but all of a sudden they “Find” my old records from 30+ years ago … never any problems before so .. there must be some government nerd entering old records from eons ago, think about that one
But the point I wanted to make is that in order to get into Canada again I would have to submit finger prints, etc  and go through some lengthy process on and on ………… as soon as I heard finger prints … well lets just say they just lost thousands of my $ and I am never going there again – Fuck You Canada LOL, times are good here.
I somehow doubt that this is solely a Canadian security measure.
Northern border tight as a drum, southern border completely wide open. I wonder how many Canadians are flooding over the US border yoy.
You conduct business how the Sates tell you to or you don't do business. I suspect that Canadian Customs is mostly moved by US interests.
I am a Canadian.  The fucking assholes in the Canadian government bent over and let Homeland Security have their way with them.  I always thought Canada was a sovereign country, a proud and free country.
When they released my records going back over 20 some odd years for something I don't have a criminal record for in Canada, the US did the same thing to me.  Canada also released a "suspected" terrorist to the CIA who took him to one of their secret jails, tortured him and released him.  He was innocent.
Until Canada turns around and gets some balls, it is no better than the USA.
I think Doug Casey had an apt term for Canada:  "USA light".
Canada is mostly center-left and center-right socially and politically.  It is also a former colony of England, and a new one of the US.  My (many!) Canadian friends jokingly refer to it as the 51st state, although others chime in with their sarcasm and claim that it joined much sooner.  Given that most of its trade is north-south, rather than east-west, this outcome is not surprising.  But they are trying to diversify their economy by reducing their dependance on the US, and are selling their resources to Asia now at ever higher volumes.  They, in turn, are buying up real estate in Canada, mostly BC and Alberta.
The sorrow and the pity of Canada is that 80% of its flights cross US airspace ... meaning that PAX lists have to be submitted to TSA for advance approval.
Something something about Wales. Careful with the sheep-shagging jokes in Great Britain though:
Eschewing the heritage xenophobia of folk music, he branded some security guards at a holiday camp "a bunch of sheep-shaggers". He was fined £150... Then, two days later, it was the English who copped it. Elen Humphreys was required to pay £50 for the pleasure of calling her father's mistress, Angela Payne, an "English cow" [Guardian or Telegraph May 5th 2013]
And the less said about this iota of the trade world, probably the better:
Australia has begun exporting camels to Saudi Arabia.
More than 100 animals are being shipped from the Australian port city of Darwin and are due to arrive in Saudi Arabia in early July.
The vast majority are destined for restaurant tables in a major camel-consuming nation.[BBC]
True -- in theory.  In practice... it's what you can secure and keep.  In the end it always comes down to "The People vs. The Elite".  That's why...
1. The Elites use Laws to keep the masses in check.  What laws can't accomplish, religion does.
2. The Elites love organized religion, as Religion is what keeps the poor/masses from murdering the rich/elite.
3. The Elites need a minimum amount of state-organized (political) Socialism (as opposed to the unorganized and voluntary varieties of socialism):  To keep the masses just below the revolution threshold.  What Laws and Religion can't accomplish Bread & Circus does.
4. What laws, religion, bread & circus can't accomplish, their private army & guards do.
So... Keep the masses ignorant & undereducated, distracted, not too hungry & miserable, disorganized & in-fighting, offer a menu of controlled 'alternatives' (even resistance alternatives).  As tech and IT keeps progressing, they become more dangerous all the time.
If this bill makes the term 'illegal alien' obsolete by making all these criminal invaders welcome, why in the hell does the government need biometric data on all US citizens? The amnesty aspect of the bill negates the need to sort the wheat from the chaff, so why, exactly, does the government need the information? If we were to throw all the bums out, and make an effort to keep them out, I could see this, although I would still oppose it for privacy reasons.
     Hire an illegal alien, shelter an illegal alien, rent to an illegal alien, give tax dollars to an illegal alien, you bust rocks for ten years. No exceptions. Certainly not ignorance of the law or difficulty in applying the law. That would certainly bring back racial profiling, just like it should be back.
Location Tracking and Biometrics Conference | Mar 3, 2013
Summary: This event was recorded live and the first speaker begins at 38:29. Click here to skip ahead. The Location Tracking and Biometrics Conference will take place on Sunday, March 3 at Yale Law School. Judges, policymakers, practitioners, academics, and other experts will gather to consider what comes next after last year's Supreme Court decision in U.S. v. Jones, about the constitutionality of GPS-tracking vehicles without a warrant. They will discuss various forms of location tracking and the implications of biometric identification. This conference is jointly sponsored by the Information Society Project and NYU's Engelberg Center, and is supported by the Thomson Reuters Initiative on Law and Technology.
There are those who think it was a Moxxad-controlled op.  Maybe. If so, I always like to start with MOM:  Motive, Opportunity, Means.  And with QB:  Quis Bono - Who Benefits?
It is important to recognize that those-who-control have backed themselves into a corner.
It is important to recognize that calm is the way to go.
No biometric database will happen.
Rise above the panic.
Let the Controllers panic.
But a DHS civillian version of the CAC (the smartcard that DOD employees must use to log onto DOD computers) easily could happen, and has been proposed independently many times.
Apologies if this was already mentioned. Senator Vitter is reading the entire immigration bill and tweeting all the crap in it as he goes along.
Folks, it's worse than you thought.
Wow...great find.
Looks like (so far) the DHS wrote the damned thing...kinda like ObamaCare and HHS "the secretary shall determine".
Oh thats fucking excellent, turn over everything to unelected bureaucrats and their functionaries, what could possibly go wrong?
I'm glad I don't live in the US of A.  It is starting to look like the gateway to hell for the little people, and that is what I are, a little person.
The US of A used to be a land of hopes and dreams with a stature called Liberty welcoming one and all.
This little person left awhile ago and I don't care to return.
The tide is too powerful of late, the little people unaware or duped into thinking it is the best way, the way they live now.
But the yoke of slavery is being laid upon shoulders
Shackles placed on wrists
And leg irons on ankles
You may not see the yoke or shackles or leg irons
You don't need to
Just know they are there.....
Unfortunately exporting our brand of "freedom" is a revenue center for far too many companies. Coming soon to anywhere in the world...
"Land of the free, home of the brave."
The brave go off to the hinterlands to be shot at and blown up, while their children and spouses are groped and x-ray'd back in the U.S.
Brilliant.
Hmmm. Don't have a driver's license already? They don't NEED to take your picture. If you drive, they already have it.
They keep taking them in all sort of public places.  Phuckers!  It's almost to the point where you have to go out 'incognito'.
The US' Finest 535 spend more time figuring out the end-around instead of actually solving any problems that the people care about.
Fire'em all.
OK. My company has meetings at least once/quarter. We make grand plans. We intend to "improve" in so many areas. But in reality, there's almost no follow up on these plans becuase there isn't the manpower to follow up on these plans.
The gubbermint passed all of these laws with grand plans and aspirations. But even the gubbermint doesn't have the manpower to enforce these new laws.
Is there any difference?
Yes. A very big difference, dim citizen. The government already has the infrastructure in place (paid for with your tax dollars and unpaid IOUs to China): datacentres, street cameras, atm cameras, mobile cameras, x-ray machines, drones, hollow-points, VIPR teams, FEMA kamps, etc, etc, etc.
This is just to attempt to make it "legal" ... in the eyes of those who "abide by the law" - even bad or unconstitutional law.
Perhaps you should watch the movie "Idiocracy" to get a taste of what this will look like. It could well have been filmed in 2014.
This piece of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act is aimed at curbing employment of undocumented immigrants.
What a load of crap. Curb employment of ILLEGAL ALIENS by slapping business with a $50k fine for each and every wetback working for them. If they can't pay, confiscate the business and auction it off. 10% reward of the total for anyone who turns one of these traitors in.
They don't have any intention of "curbing" illegal alien employment. Only someone with the I.Q. of a banana would think otherwise. People need to stop chasing muzzies and start paying attention to who the REAL enemy is.
