And back around 1913, criminals completely caputured the nation with the establishment of the Federal Reserve. With the power to create the nations money, they would be able to buy or threaten anyone.

What NO one is talking about is the fact that Steve Miller has only been Acting Commissioner since Nov 10, 2012. Meaning, he has only held the office for approximately 5 months!!
In short, Mr. Miller is a fall guy and nothing more. Demanding his resignation just shows they knew exactly what was going on long before he was appointed..

Steven Miller did not become acting commissioner until 11/9/12. So its doubtful he had anything at all to do with this situation, as it seems most problems occurred in 2010 & 2011. Who's he falling on the sword for?

I agree. Miller was a long time executive in the IRS, so it isn't like he was totally unconnected to the agency before becoming acting commissioner, but as far as I can tell, he had nothing to do with the parts of the agency that have been implicated to date.
I can tell you (with inside knowledge) that the parts of the agency that did this cannot do it without the knowledge and approval at the highest levels in Washington DC. This was not the work of rogue employees. That is NOT how the IRS works. They have their Bible, called the Internal Revenue Manual. All processes and procedures not followed strictly will raise red flags everywhere. For this to go on for two years without knowledge from top to bottom is not believable.
Agents do not select their own cases to audit. Those cases are sent to their group manager by another group. That groups gets its cases from another group. The critieria for selecting cases for that group is set at the national level.
The story about a bunch of low level agents getting together to set "tea party" and "patriot" as criteria is bullshit.
