What Did Obama Know About The IRS (And When)?

Tyler Durden's picture

Amid the sound and fury of yesterday's IRS hearing were a few small tidbits which raise significant questions about who knew what and when within the Obama administration. While getting the answer (the real honest truth) is highly unlikely, as the Wall Street Journal notes, the IRS's watchdog told top Treasury officials around June 2012 (when Republican lawmakers were complaining publicly about alleged IRS targeting of tea-party groups) he was investigating allegations the tax agency had targeted conservative groups, for the first time indicating that Obama administration officials were aware of the explosive matter in the midst of the president's re-election campaign. The revelation nonetheless raised a fresh set of questions about who was aware of the problem within the Obama administration. However, the hearing left numerous other fundamental questions unanswered, including who ordered the targeting and why it continued so long, pointing to a protracted investigation ahead as Rep. Paul Ryan exclaimed, "how can we not conclude that you misled this committee?" As Doug Ross' full timeline below suggests, this is fascism on the part of the IRS and White House...

Via Doug Ross of Director Blue blog,

Reading this timeline, I have come to three conclusions:

  1. Steve Miller lied to Congress
  2. Lois Lerner lied to Congress
  3. Barack Obama lied to the American people

This scandal has the fingerprints of Axelrod, Jarrett and/or the Chicago Machine all over it.

This is fascism on the part of the IRS and the White House. It is fascism, straight up.

Or, as I call the IRS: Organizing for Revenue.

Via The Wall Street Journal,

The Internal Revenue Service's watchdog told top Treasury officials around June 2012 he was investigating allegations the tax agency had targeted conservative groups...

...

The revelation nonetheless raised a fresh set of questions about who was aware of the problem within the Obama administration.

...

the agency had taken "absolutely inappropriate" actions in targeting conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status for often heavy-handed scrutiny.

...

The hearing left numerous other fundamental questions unanswered, however, including who ordered the targeting and why it continued so long, pointing to a protracted investigation ahead. Mr. Miller conceded the agency likely disciplined the wrong employee in one effort to address the problem.

...

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R., Mich.), "I think the most interesting revelation was the overall arrogance of the IRS and the lack of information from somebody who was in charge,"

...

White House officials say they learned about the targeting of conservative groups from the report, and not before. President Barack Obama on Thursday said, "I can assure you that I certainly did not know anything about the IG report before the IG report had been leaked through the press."

...

At the hearing, lawmakers of both parties expressed anger that IRS officials didn't reveal the problems to them in 2012.

...

then-commissioner Douglas Shulman about that in March 2012. He testified before the Ways and Means committee then that there was "absolutely no targeting,"...

...

"Throughout this time, the IRS leadership has demonstrated a total disregard for the oversight role of the Congress and this committee," said Rep. Sander Levin

...

"How was that not misleading this committee?" said Rep. Paul Ryan (R., Wis.) to Mr. Miller. "How can we not conclude that you misled this committee?"

...

Go back and look but Clinton fired every US attorney when he won.  You are a dope anyway in thinking there is any difference between the Mena cartel/agency puppets Bush1/2, Clinton and Obama.  Obama is just the worst one.   If Bush,Clinton, Reagan or anyone else did the crap Obama did with IRS/Benghazi plus more to come - I would be screaming for them to be impeached and imprisoned.

Of course the IRS should be unpolitical and have only one focus, to go after ALL tax cheats and scammers.

It just so happens that a lot of 501c4 orgs are tax scams for superpacs. it just so happens that some (most?) tea party orgs are set up as 501c4's. should the IRS investigate them...absolutely. should they also go after democrats' 501c4's...absolutely. go after ALL these bullshit superpacs and get ALL the big money out of politics. pipe-dream? perhaps.

lets not kid ourselves, the repubs lost the last election badly. and theyre setting themselves up for 2016. the more noise they can muster...whether it be this, AP, benghazi...or whatever other nonsensical topic they can muster, they will, to make the other side looks bad. typical smokescreen for the ignorant masses that watch fox news AND msnbc.

instead, they (both parties) should be trying to work on healthcare reform, SSI reform, defense budget reform...and these stupid issues are just distractions for the flag totting, beansprout eating, gun wielding, global warming nutjobs that are BOTH their bases.

PS; contrary to your first statement on this thread, the potus should not be responsible for a handful (two?) of employees...out of 100,000 that work for the IRS...in CINCINNATI, of all places. if a manager at a factory for GE in brazil fucks up, should jeff immelt be fired?

Something is not right here with the timing. The IRS and AP scandals break at the same time Benghazi heats up. The liberal media outlets join in and run these stories that make the administration look bad. I don't buy it. Timing is everything.

Now Benghazi is diluted with the media running in 3 different directions. Something really, really bad must have been happening in Libya.

Believable stories say it was Faster and Furiouserer to Syria. Rand Paul has recently said that too.

If it becomes officially noted, then all the craziness in Syria becomes undeniably attached to the US. Even the republicans in congress can't do that.

It could well be that the Benghazi folks were deliberately killed. That's murder type stuff.  There's people who would know.   Taking one for the team is a big step in a murder rap.   Now it's too suspicious for Hillary to do an Arkansas Flu and say it  was "that guy."

The timing you mention has been consuming my mind for days now. I ran into the following article mentioning the dysfunction that is the white house and obamas top adviser who has also come under fire as of late, Valerie Jarrett.

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/348591/strange-goings-white-house-...

I have a theory that is as good as any I can come up with and it jumped out at me while reading about Jarrett's center role in a declared dysfunctional white house. Seems she was raised in Iran according to Wikipedia. It could not possibly be that she has sentiments for Iran and is behind obama blocking Israel from bombing Iran?

If the Zionist's have the ass on at obama that more than explains THE TIMING.

I think its true for a lot of us.

The WSJ had an article up in November (now deleted/unaccessible) that said of the 30 left alive that were evacuated from Benghazi...23 were CIA using the State Department as cover.

Hillary would have known. She had to know, she knew what Chris Stevens was doing there instead of at the embassy in Tripoli.

For myself, its a confluence of events...unless proven otherwise...the AP "scandal" to me is more of a distraction than anything else.

The "contract" with the Government (IRS) Politicians) has been breached.  Period and end of story.  SO, what we need to do is NOT PROTEST, but STOP PAYING TAXES until they

1.) Prosecute ALL involved in the IRS Scandal, politicians included, handcuffs for EVERYONE

2.) Repeal ACA for Healthcare in light of the IRS being compromized for political purposes, and revisit this issue.  If the IRS uses tax collection for politicalpurposes, god help us with medical info and procedures.

3.) The Idiots in COngress need to BALANCE a budget and CUT SPENDING.

HOW do we do this???  OK You are all financial wizards and geniuses here.  Let's setup a national escrow with accounting and contributions instead of paying the IRS.  NOTHING gets paid till this is striaightened out.

I am not saying not paying taxes, I am saying pay them, but deny access to the cash because "We the People" know the system is broken and need to stop paying into to starve the beast.  That is the ONLY way to fix it.  The only other option is for the entire citizenship of taxpayers to become criminals and STOP PAYING TAXES IN PROTEST.  That will lead to penalties.  We need to protest and show "good faith effort" where our government and elected criminals and civil service criminals have violated that social contract.

They need to be fired .... OR KILLED!  The Republic is more important than these corrupt criminal group.

2 issues here. If we withhold taxes you need to have plenty of tax attorneys on hand to take cases pro bono or financed by Tea Party/Libertarian groups, the average joe probably won't join in otherwise or if they want to can't afford a tax attorney. Secondly if you withhold in an escrow you put it in a bank the IRS put a lean on it and withdraw it anyways defeating the whole purpose. Be easier to just refuse to fill a tax return and if businesses do the same withhold stuff like FICA taxes that would cause a real headache especially when they kill jobs and businesses to force compliance.

Well, "WE" have to do something.  I am just putting something out.  You raise two points I did not think about.  But THERE HAS TO BE A WAY.

The social, and governmental contract has been breached.  There has to be a legal ruling somewhere.  I mean do we have to have a rule that sayw. "The Govenment has to spend wisely and has to live within it's means, and it cannot be corrupt?"  Apparently so.  But protests are not working.  That does NOT get the politicos in action.  We can't talk about "killing them "oputright for the theft and corruption and treason.  That would be WRONG <sarcasm.  They do not listen to constituents, they do not listen to anything but big moneuy, and CLEARLY the constitution do not matter to them oe wit.

Sp how do we start?  What can we do????

I agree and those who know tax law should be formulating a strategy to stick it to the IRS and Federal Government by withholding tax revenue through an organized and massive taxation protest. At the same time stick it to the FED and these assholes that think printing money nonstop will solve all problems make them concede either a) they are right and fuck them why should we pay any taxes if this is the case or b) they are wrong and we see just how tyrannical the govt will get to collect those tax dollars.

An easy protest for starters is next year refuse to fill out any information pertaining to your medical records concerning obamacare on the tax forms. The only information you should give them is your insurance account number and company it is with if private or otherwise and refuse to pay the fee to subsidize obamacare if you don't have any insurance.

Targeted liquidation of the more egregious offenders is also a good option once the ruse of rule of law is proven to be a sham on the Federal level. The bread and circuses still need to play out first but once they do the mob will be out for blood.....

For people who want to start putting together their who is naughty lists this is a good resource and starting point.

I'm sorry to say it but the solution is to stop empowering this crime syndicate structure we call government. The whole carcass is rotten to the core and trying to fix something from the inside is like trying to build from within a burnt out husk . . . you have to demolish the whole thing. The best thing we can do is to opt out of the system - stop feeding the beast with our tax money as much as we can and start becoming more self reliant by growing our own food and engaging our local communities and stop funding psychopath fascist megacorporations that feeds the beast.

If there is a government, it would be local - you have to get regular people pushing to become our local politicians, and who have no experience being a criminal career kleptocrat but one as just a regular person like you and me while having our police not come from the bully class with low IQs but decent people who give a shit about our communities, and who are not afraid to lose their nice pension and fiat bullshit benefits to meet their next criminally implemented quota so they can continue their job as revenue collectors for gubmint.

Move on to the State-wide office holders.

Move on to the party-apparatus that controls the freak-show.

Then you at least have a shot at replacing the top banana, with someone who isn't an oligarch meat puppet.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse versus ignorance of fact which is.  For example, it is not an excuse that you did not know there is a law against buying stolen goods if you knowingly bought stolen items.  You go to jail.  But being ignorant of the fact that you are buying stolen goods is an excuse.  If you reasonably thought you were buying non-stolen goods, you don't go to jail even if they were stolen.   In any event, for those with key leadership positions there is no law so it is a distinction without a difference.

Folks! The IRS is the primary enforcement mechanism of Obamacare. They will have every citizen's health records and financial status. I read previously that the IRS is adding 16,000 enforcement agents to administer the abomination that is this healthcare law. Make no mistake, these are the agents that kick down doors and put vehicles on flat beds.

If this administration gets away with what it has done to political opponents and isnt severely punished or perhaps even dismantled then we are in for a World of Hurt.

Worse than taking all your shit when you get sick, the IRS is probably there to determine if you're worth more dead or alive so they can help the death panels make dispassionate decisions. For the 'greater' good, of course.

http://voices.yahoo.com/irs-purchasing-shotguns-no-really-5405505.html

"The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to purchase sixty Remington Model 870 Police RAMAC #24587 12 gauge pump-action shotguns for the Criminal Investigation Division. The Remington parkerized shotguns, with fourteen inch barrel, modified choke, Wilson Combat Ghost Ring rear sight and XS4 Contour Bead front sight, Knoxx Reduced Recoil Adjustable Stock, and Speedfeed ribbed black forend, are designated as the only shotguns authorized for IRS duty based on compatibility with IRS existing shotgun inventory, certified armorer and combat training and protocol, maintenance, and parts.

Submit quotes including 11% Firearms and Ammunition Excise Tax (FAET) and shipping to Washington DC."

Why does this bother me? I realize that perhaps this is nothing new. Maybe the IRS has been purchasing weapons and artillery for their "Criminal Investigation Division" for many, many years.

And furthermore, maybe their Criminal Investigation Division would include criminally investigating mob bosses and other John Dillinger, Al Capone types and maybe even drug lords, and so, packing scary pump-action weaponry is how IRS agents accessorize.

But, since when did our IRS agents receive combat training? And for what? Are we sending them into Afghanistan to kick Taliban butt or something?

Call me paranoid (and many have, frankly), but when there are nutty ideologues in this country with lucrative lobbying power, actively lobbying against the right of citizens of this country to keep and bear arms and the IRS is sending out purchase order and quote requests for IRS agents to carry shotguns, who also wear certified body armor and have been engaging in combat training - well, shoot me (really, really bad pun) but, this is rather scary.

As an accountant, I will concede that I likely have a natural bias against the IRS. Though I never formally took an "Anti-IRS Class" in my education and training in business school, most accounting students, almost by osmosis it seems, pick up a visceral dislike for them. Not to mention I have serious authority figure issues anyway, and well, you get the picture.

Yet, somehow, I can't see that seeking to disarm the citizenry of a free country (or we used to be, anyway) and arming a governmental agency, (with freakin' body armor and military combat training, no less) like the IRS, will lead to anything good.

Besides, don't "we the people" have enough issues with this power-hungry- money- grabbing- accountable- to- no -one-over-reaching-arm of the federal government? I mean, really. Outside of an employee, do you know anyone who actually likes or remotely trusts the IRS? Seriously? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Tim Geithner?

But then, considering the current administration's aggressive agenda in government expansion and their mind-boggling spending, coupled with Obama's own Manufacturing Czar, Ron Bloom, who was quoted as saying....

"We kinda agree with Mao (Tse Tung) that political power comes largely from a gun......", well, I guess it's probably time to send in those quarterly payments, kids!

Obama knew about the IRS scandal before it even began because he instigated it. Just like he turned the DHS upon Americans he didn't like in early 2009 before there was ever a Tea Party. The White House is a complete freakshow of Putin/Chavez Wannabees. Waiting for Obama to deny he uses taxpayer money to pay over 3000 internet trolls to hijack threads and take names. Fascism.

Benghazi: Obama was the only one with authority to have given the stand down order. The default action for the military is to always send rescue for high value VIPs, and an ambassador is the equivalent of a 4 star general. To 'stand down' such a default action the order must come directly from the president, not Panetta. Obama relieved a 4 star general and an admiral of a carrier fleet the night of Benghazi because they were trying to send rescuers anyway. They were immediately relieved of duty and sent home. This is unheard of, and was also covered up.

The mission of the Benghazi outpost was to organize and arm Al-Qaeda and other violent jihadists to fight in Syria. These are Obama's CIA wars. This is treason and further forbidden by explicit laws subsequent to 9/11 WTC.  This would impeach Obama because democrats wouldn't even stand by him if this were to come out, and it would also destroy Killary's chances for 2016. As the POTUS, Obama has no plausible deniability for Benghazi.

IRS and AP scandals have moved the focus off of Obama's treason and dereliction in Benghazi. But all the scandals are still moving forward so there is still hope. Thank God we still have a free press (/s)!

"according to former Admiral Lyons and many others such as Glen Beck"

The story in that article makes absolutely NO sense at all (and is brought to you by the Washington Times, one of the organs of the Khazarian-kontrolled CNP  - the kloset right wing supporters of Obama). This hostage exchange story is yet another false trail (like all those seeded to the media in the Boston Drill).

Why would Obama (with Panetta and Betrayus) order a stand down - even as things were 'going wrong'? Here is the reason (from the same article):

"Just prior to the murder of our ambassador, he was trying to locate guns that had been walked across Libya’s border to other countries just as the ATF had done in operation Fast and Furious on the border of Mexico."

IF Stevens was indeed attempting to expose another Fast and Furious, then they couldn't have let him live through a hostage exchange. Makes no sense. Straight out assassination makes a lot more sense.

Well, thats an interesting theory.

To me its far more likely that Ansar al Sharia decided it was time for the CIA westerners in Benghazi to go home.

We know the CIA supplied weapons to rebels to overthrow Gaddafi and ground communications for air sorties...that alliance (from the rebels perspective) was now over. We also know other western nations had been attacked already (before Benghazi) and its still going on...

If you read the story correctly, The Stand Down Order by Obama was to allow Ambassador Stevens to be kidnapped, so that Obama could later in October make the prisoner exchange and get the glory for saving the previously September kidnapped Ambassador Stevens.

But the Benghazi military staff were evidently not part of the Obama conspiracy, and so those patriots refused the Obama stand down order, and screwed the Obama conspiracy plan, but lost their lives in defending the Ambassador.

"The mission of the Benghazi outpost was to organize and arm Al-Qaeda and other violent jihadists to fight in Syria."

Ya know, the first thing we got from this when it happened, was it was another staged play. Later, it appeared it went terribly wrong.

The truth around this being all about a base of operations for illegal weapons smuggling including weapons of mass destruction, may well be true. Could it it be plausible that after this 'mission' had been completed, the well timed second part of the plan was to use the ambassadors kidnapping for some election points after the great rescue act 13, scene 4?

The first part was a success, if you want to call arming a lunatic fringe al-cia-duh out of control bunch of crazies armed with all sordid types of weapons going run-a-muck in Syria and maybe, in other parts of the world a success. It may well be this war evil is already out of control like releasing a bioweapon goes out of control and kills the creators and spreaders of the dreaded death themselves. Maybe the failure of the kidnapping act that was a backfire because some of the good guys were NOT going for it is the real deal behind all this, which of course would be another cover up for the weapons smuggling.

Good points about the military leaders being fired and the cover up around the reasons why.

Wowie, if all this was some sort of crazy movie, it would be the best insano wacko out of control monstrosity science-fiction ever.

What are these crazy babylonians going to do next?

Ah yes, Jack Schitt.

For some time many of us in our family have wondered just who is Jack Schitt since we all bare his ineffable name.

We find ourselves at a loss when someone says, 'You don't know Jack Schitt!'

Well, thanks to our sophisticated genealogy efforts we can now respond in an intellectual way.

Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O. Schitt, the owner of Needeep N. Schitt, Inc. They had one son, Jack.

In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt. The deeply religious couple produced six children: Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.

Against her parents' objections, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced.

Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock, and because her kids were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name. She was then known as Noe Schitt Sherlock.

Meanwhile, Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt, and they produced a son with a rather nervous disposition named Chicken Schitt.

Two of the other six children, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt, were inseparable throughout childhood and subsequently married the Happens brothers in a dual ceremony.

The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced the Schitt-Happens nuptials. The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg, Byrd, and Horse.

Bull Schitt, the prodigal son, left home to tour the world. He recently returned from Italy with his new Italian bride, Pisa Schitt.

Now when someone says, 'You don't know Jack Schitt,' you can correct them and tell them you know the whole family!

Sincerely,

Dr. Crock O. Schitt

:)

Two points nobody is talking about really.

Why the staged/planted IRS disclosure at that tax law conference 5/9/13

Why the preemptive public apology 5/10/13

Cui fucking bono? Why did the IRS intentionally bear their ass to all and sundry?

How much time and resources do you put into something that they WANTED you to look at? Why do it when you already have a huge bite of their ass in your jaws with Bengahzi?
God knows there's enough fat in the fire to run both investigations.
Plenty of congress members to run them.
Is the admin betting on fatigue? If so, bad bet. Most MSM stuff yeah, but this is the equivalent of doing it doggie, smoking and knocking down a glass of rum at the same time. A lot going on, but somehow you'll manage.
So, I still don't understand the tactic of the two disclosures.

Yeah, its obvious the Obama camp pushed the IRS scandal right out there. It didn't come out of diligent MSM investigation thats for sure. THIS CAME OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE! As I mentioned above it appears critically timed for one reason only, to obfuscate the Benghazi hearings. This is grade A red meat that the administration tossed out there and I cannot understand why.

Is there something about Benghazi that is so heinous the administration is in full blown panic? Something that hasn't even been theorized?

BTW. Awesome avatar.

Obama will absolutely do everything in his power to distract from Benghazi.. The truth about Benghazi will lead him out of the white house in cuffs.. Expect plenty of distractions.. Benghazi is the key..

Usually these things are done to "kill two birds with one stone."

Who are Obama's enemies/hapless-minions-who-fucked-up-and-need-to-be-punished that get to be "taken down" by the IRS scandal?

So that's the other stone. First of course is re-direction away from Benghazi.

Why did the IRS intentionally bear their ass to all and sundry?

Complaints were made to Congress about applications for tax-exempt status being delayed.  An investigation was implemented and completed.  The results of that investigation were due to be released soon.  The public apology on 5-10-13 was implemented so that the first the public would hear of this issue would be from the IRS itself, rather than from the investigating agency.

The investigation found that approximately 300 applications had been delayed in some way.  Of those 300, approximately 100 applications had some word in their organizational title that connected them to conservative issues.  Note that this figure is approximately 1/3 of the total applications delayed.  This means that 2/3 of the delayed applications do not appear to have been connected to conservative causes.  We have not yet been told whether some were connected to liberal causes.  But only 1/3 were clearly connected to the Tea Party or other conservative causes.

At least one applicant indicated in his application that part of the function of the non-profit would be leading meetings where prayers would be offered.  The applicant was asked to reply back to the IRS what the content of those prayers would be.  I know beauraucracy and, to me, this sounds like something a low-level goof would do on their own, just because they can.  It does not sound like something a higher-up would impose on the worker-bees.

There is a legitimate requirement for the IRS to verify the intended level of political activity of an organization applying for non-profit status.  The law governing the boundaries of what is proper behavior in these investigations is not clear.  The IRS has asked that these governing instructions be made more clear for the sake of those doing the investigations.

Many of the strategies employed to verify the intended level of political activity border on the absurd.  But none have yet been ruled criminal.

Ah yes..."spontaneous harassment"...from low level functionaries in some backwater Cincy office, is it.
I get it. Thanks for clearing that one up for me.
I don't think so.
Pure garbage.
Law governing the boundaries, indeed. How's about solid oversite and management? Notice you didn't mention the passing of private tax data to lib opposition. You're ok with that though, right? Law was foggy on those concerns, too? Where's that buck stopping exactly?
Your gloss over above is pure statist partisan piss.
Again, I'd point out that...short of a complete coup, your boy will not be in there forever and there is an outside chance the GOP could haunt the WH again someday. Are you cool with leaving these sharp tools laying on the desk for the next guy?
Flush out your headgear. This is bad shit. Don't sugarcoat it otherwise.

"The investigation found that approximately 300 applications had been delayed in some way."

Wrong.  The investigation found that the "Team of Specialist" reviewed a total of 298 applications; of those approximately 1/3rd specifically had "Tea Party", "9/12" or "Patriots" in their name.  The rest are only catagorized as "Other".  The IG noted that "We could not determine" if the policy positions of this set of 298 applications as opposed to just the name of the group was what resulted in them being selected for special review, (footnote 18, p.8), so we really don't know anything about the "other" group.  No doubt many of them included such abhorent policy positions such as "Make America a Better Place to Live", "Take Baxk the Country", "We The People", "Critical of how the country is run" or positions that include "government spending/debt/taxes."  These vial positions were also used to single out an application for special handling (Appendix VI, IG's report).

Importantly the IG noted wrt this subset of applications that:

While the team of specialists reviewed applications from a variety of organizations, we determined during our reviews of statistical samples of I.R.C. § 501(c)(4) tax-exempt applications that all cases with Tea Party, Patriots, or 9/12 in their names were forwarded to the team of specialists. (p. 8 http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/auditreports/2013reports/201310053fr.pdf)

Your critical reading comprehension skills are clearly challenged.  The facts presented in the IG's report which is no doubt just the tip of this, show your attempted spin/excuses are full of shit.  If stupid hurts you should be in a world of pain.

IndyPat and Being Free - I invite you both to consider the context of my response above.  Someone who did not know about the investigation asked a question and I gave a general overview of what was going on, plus a personal comment.  My response was intended to give a general flavor, not a precise recounting of facts. My reading skills are not deficient as I was responding only from the little bit I have heard on the radio.  I have not yet had a chance to read anything - so thanks for the link to the Treasury pdf file.

Other matters must be dealt with, but for now, this Nazi IRS must be brought to account; every man and woman who knew about targeting groups for their political beliefs must be rejected, and punished, as a warning to other crypto-fascists, and the wolves in sheep clothing in particular: the Democrats who owe their existence to the Communist Party of the USA standing aside when they declared that their job was done when the Democrats adopted their agenda.

Republicans have nothing to be proud of either as they also served the central bank cartel of Nazionists, and only now fear that it targets them.

The IRS is behaving like Bolshevik Russia, Communist Eastern Europe, Maoist China.

Hateful toward the majority, all for the minority of power brokers.

The IRS comes under the executive branch headed by O'bomba. Don't tell me he knew nothing of their targeting opponents of his. Don't tell me his supporters are other than venal cowards for cowering in silence while claiming to be 'progressive', whilst becoming debt slaves of the neo feudalists.

"Why do it?"

That's a fair question. But "What are we going to do about it?" is more relevant, IMO.

IF we stand idly by as cackling observers and let 'them' sort it out - by firing one or two sacrificial lambs and sending them through a revolving door - followed by a speech from Obomba on how "democracy has been proven to work under my leadership!" ....

THEN the controlled collapse will continue unabated until the borders are slammed shut, the FEMA kamp gates are opened, the grid is brought down, and DHS goes postal with their hollow points against those who haven't yet starved to death.

IF, however, 'we, the people' say "enough of this shit is enough - we're seceding and going back to sovereign state and county level government to attempt a rebuild from the ground up" ....

THEN DC and the alphabet agencies no longer have any power to run rampant over the people they pretend to serve (while they are really serving an international global agenda).

My ass Richard!
Complaints are made all the time. At least a half dozen to this agency about this issue.
And these tools they trot out smirk.
These agencies have absolute CONTEMPT at the thought that they have to even give congress the time of day.
What I've seen of the IG report...or reports of it are weak and are being shot full of holes. It said the bare minimum that it could yet still appear to be even remotely legit.
Would you have me believe that the got out with the disclosures because thy thought the IG report was so damning or they feared the congress were hot on their tail?
Try again.

All I know is that Karl Rove was busy re-directing the trucks with Ron Paul's ballots in them to various undisclosed locations in Iowa.

This is pissing me off. This isn't the 16th century with Kings and Queens and parliments. Yo Dudes, we have fucking computers with software now. We don't need oligarchs. We are civilized. Civilization with large populations requires the replacement of Federal governents with open source software. If we don't migrate there quickly these morons are going to get us all killed.
