Eric Holder Under Investigation By House Judiciary Committee For Lying Under Oath

Tyler Durden's picture

With the euphoric market once again serving as a much needed distraction from far bigger geopolitical issues, many have forgotten the plethora of scandals the Obama administration has recently found itself engulfed in. This may change shortly, following news that the head of the US Department of Justice, Eric Holder himself, is now being investigated for lying under oath. Will he too receive an extended absence of leave (with pay) after pleading the fifth, or will the circle of lies slowly but surely start to unwind? Of course, in the New Normal it is probably not only expected, but given, that the chief legal enforcer is just a little more equal when it comes to the same justice he is tasked to enforce.

From The Hill:

The House Judiciary Committee is investigating whether Attorney General Eric Holder lied under oath during his May 15 testimony on the Justice Department’s (DOJ) surveillance of reporters, an aide close to the matter told The Hill.

The panel is looking at a statement Holder made during a back and forth with Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) about whether the DOJ could prosecute reporters under the Espionage Act of 1917.

“In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material - this is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy,” Holder said during the hearing.

However, NBC News reported last week that Holder personally approved a search warrant that labeled Fox News chief Washington correspondent James Rosen a co-conspirator in a national security leaks case.

The panel is investigating whether NBC’s report contradicts Holder’s claim that he had not looked into or been involved with a possible prosecution of the press in a leaks case.

But that is cool.  They have a lame excuse about how it is actually right side up when you look at in real life.  That makes it ok to put a picture of an upside down eagle on your web page.  It isn't like it is a clear psychological insight into what is going on in your head.

In a more equitable world, Eric Holder have been tried and hung for treason (to the country and its people, not its current government) long ago.

I mean seriously, how many people did HE kill with fast and furious. And how did HE make it possible for the banks and politicians to undermine the rule of law (common or otherwise) by giving free passes to Wall Street and political insiders.

TREASON, nothing less!

Treasongate Escalates but Endgame Nears

by Tom Heneghan
International Intelligence Expert

UNITED STATES of America - "It can now be reported that the Obama-Holder-Clinton-Bush Administration is out of control and in full Nazi paperclip gestapo mode.

Item: James Rosen, a FOX News reporter and a real journalist with years of experience who is not a CNN

crisis actor, has been working on a story exposing the 20-year North Korean Ponzi Scheme involving the last three (3) presidential administrations.

In the 1990s then Secretary of State Madeleine Albright aka halfbright and unelected official, loser and sociopath Hillary Rodham Clinton arranged Swedish hookers and financial bribes to be sent to the North Korean dictator and then allowed the U.S. Federal Reserve and its Chairman Alan Greenspan to set up a counterfeit foreign currency printing press that was designed to manipulate world financial markets, specifically the Japanese yen along with silver and gold.

This policy continued in both the Bush FRAUD and the Obama Soetoro Administrations aka bribes, hookers, and porno films.

Note: When you see these media reports about North Korean threats, it is all bullshit and designed to manipulate the price of the Japanese yen.

Direct message to neo-Nazi and Marc Rich defense attorney, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder:

Stop attacking the U.S. Constitution and stop NOW!

The U.S. military is watching!

Reference: The current Japanese government has told Federal Reserve Chairman Bernard Bernanke and U.S. criminal bank JPMorgan Chase to stop pimping the Japanese yen because its continued weakness could destroy their own bond market.

The current Japanese yen ponzi scheme being directed by JPMorgan Chase is designed to create alleged margin so they can continue to depress the price of silver and gold and prop up the U.S. stock market.

FACT: JPMorgan is broke and full of cross-collateralized, worthless derivatives aka naked options tied to the privately owned U.S. Federal Reserve.

P.S. We can now divulge that the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia and the U.S. Provost Marshal are now in possession of email evidence supplied by the Office of U.S. Naval Intelligence showing that loser and sociopath, former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton conspired with the U.S. Department of Justice, CNN network and the Washington Post to frame former CIA Director General Petraeus on alleged sex scandal affair after Petraeus had accused the sociopath Hillary of TREASON in regard to the Benghazi Chechnyan mercenary attack that killed four Americans and assassinated U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens."

....Continued from previous post is another excerpt, keep reading through to the financial markets references that I'm sure you'll find of interest:

"The massive tornadoes in the state of Oklahoma was another NSA Nazi paperclip psy op (reference Oklahoma City and 9/11) designed to keep the current Obama Administration scandals off the front page.

Reference: The tornadoes in Oklahoma were man-made using Tesla HAARP scalar technology to create dueling weather fronts that when combined together create the molecular structure that then creates velocity for massive man-made weather events.

The key here, folks, is "molecular structure".

The headquarters for this criminal TREASON is a firm called Type Works located in Little Rock, Arkansas and being directed by an alleged born again Christian and Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate stooge Karen Brown.

?Reference: Type Works is directly linked to its other headquarters in Haifa, Israel, the NSA and none other than the CNN network.

P.P.P.S. We can also divulge that CBS News reporter Cheryl Atkinson had her computer hacked by both the DHS and the DOJ, along with the NSA, with the assistance of both CNN and CBS News 60 Minutes employee, extortion-friendly CIA asset Anderson Cooper.

Cooper is a dangerous punk. He deals in propaganda and dis-information on behalf of the Bushes and Clintons, including insider trading tied to SAC Capital and the crooked Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).

In closing, word of warning: JPMorgan derivative naked option exposure has now reached 20,000 to 1 with the criminal bank planning a massive "Bail In" on FCMs who have now been made a counter party to JPMorgan based on the criminal practices of CME Group President Terry Duffy.

At this hour the CFTC is being blackmailed as the aforementioned crooked banks and the CME Group remain in complete and total violation of the Commodity Exchange Act of 1936."

Incorrect. In theory it can be done but there's 2 big problems.

#1 you need about 1000 nuclear reactors to generate the right heat

#2 the HAARP heating would put the heat high in the ionosphere where it's not able to do this. you need the higher heat lower pressure system on the ground. HAARP doesn't aim to the ground.

Eric Holder is the main criminal for the bankers, globalists and traitors of the United States of America. He has been comitting his crimes against the United States since before Oklahoma City all the way up through today. His recent shippment of weapons to the Mexican drug cartels that were then used to  murder boarder patrol agents through operation fast and furious was one of his least treasonous acts. "Fifteen federal agencies have the power to seize assets." A revealing new investigation story from the Hearst chain shows a literal explosion in the amount of Federal seizures of property not only of mobsters and con men but of private citizens where no charges or convictions were used.

The question remains: Why this increase (641 percent ) and who is responsible for this revolutionary change in the way America is governed? The answer is obvious: a banking cartel has permitted unbelievable corruption such as the nation has never experienced; and the actions of officials such as Eric Holder and his many connections to corruption are being facilitated by a power that protects him.

Property Seizures, Outrage Soaring: Federal forfeitures combat crime, anger right and left | May 27, 2013

A nationwide network of agents and attorneys is working around the clock to seize cash, stocks, real estate, vehicles and other valuables from people and businesses.

In 2012, their average daily take was almost $13 million - for a total of more than $4.7 billion.

The vast money-harvesting machine they work for? The federal government.

Federal asset forfeiture is both an effective crime-fighting tool and a civil-liberties nightmare, a Hearst Newspapers investigation has found. It has retrieved millions of dollars stolen from victims of complex financial crimes. But it has also victimized innocent citizens who have lost their property without criminal charges or even a courtroom hearing.

Fifteen federal agencies have the power to seize assets. Over the past dozen years, those agencies have taken more than $20 billion in cash, securities and other property from scruffy drug dealers, pinstriped Wall Street tycoons - and ordinary Americans who have not been accused of a crime, much less convicted.

"The government is going seizure crazy," said attorney Philip Hilder, former head of the Houston field office of the Justice Department's organized crime strike force. "Law enforcement budgets are shrinking. ... The government is counting on budgets being supplemented by these seizures."

In 2001, seizures totaled $640 million. In the next decade, the total increased by 641 percent.

Once used mainly against mobsters and drug dealers, forfeiture is now employed in many contexts. About a dozen recent mega-cases - each taking $100 million or more - involved assets forfeited by cybercrime rings, offshore gambling scams, and banking and corporate miscreants.

The expansion of forfeiture has brought criticism from civil-rights advocates on the left and libertarian, anti-big-government activists on the right. But there is little impetus to change the system because of the enormous cash flow it generates for seizing agencies.

Federal agents often pursue forfeiture through sealed documents - or avoid the court system entirely by seizing assets without charging the owners with any crime, a procedure called administrative forfeiture. The result: thousands of cases each year where the feds take cash, guns or other items from U.S. citizens without fact-finding by a jury or oversight by a judge. …

Forfeitures provide agencies a self-sustaining source of money for a variety of law-enforcement expenses, including running the forfeiture programs themselves, without relying on Congress to appropriate taxpayers' money… .

Some seized assets, such as vehicles and electronic equipment, are directly transferred to law-enforcement use. Others are sold, the proceeds often shared among federal agencies and local or regional law-enforcement entities.

A portion of the take has been handed off to victims of the crimes, including families swindled out of savings by financial wheeler-dealers such as Allen Stanford, serving a 110-year prison sentence for running a Ponzi scheme, and Bernard Madoff, serving a 150-year sentence for bilking investors out of at least $18 billion.

Justice Department records show it has distributed an average of $300 million a year to victims over the last decade - and $1.5 billion to more than 400,000 victims over the past 16 months, much of it seized from Wall Street scammers. Among the latest beneficiaries: 8,727 victims of the Adelphia Communications fraud who divvied up $729 million and 128,200 victims of the Enron securities fraud, who received shares of $65 million.

Little scrutiny of seizures

Attorney General Eric Holder, whose department has booked the largest increase in seized funds, said federal forfeiture "has been transformed from a collection of centuries-old laws designed to fight pirates, enforce customs laws and fight illegal contraband into an array of modern law-enforcement tools designed to combat 21st century criminals both at home and abroad." …

Another great thing Holder did...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janet_Reno

On April 17, 2009, Reno was awarded the Justice Award by the American Judicature Society.[26] Eric Holder, Attorney General under the Obama Administration, presented Reno the award. Seth Andersen, Executive Vice President of AJS said the award recognizes "her commitment to improving our systems of justice and educating Americans about our great common enterprise – to ensure equality under the law."[27] The award is the highest given by the AJS, and recognizes significant contributions toward improvements in the administration of justice within the United States.

The butchers of Waco giving each other awards for their greatness in following and applying the law equally...  you can't make this shit up... This is like Hitler giving an award to Himmler congratulating him on how he's a friend of the jewish people and his promotion of free speech in Nazi Germany... Sickening.

So far so good for Eric  A "prosecution" usually begins with a criminal information or an indictment, neither of which have happened here.

I remember a rather famous unindicted co-conspirator who wasn't "prosecuted."

There is Woodward/Berstein (sp) like fame and fortune awaiting someone who really digs into the affairs of the Bamsters administration.

It is unlikely to be anyone from the current crop of "journalists".

Too bad, especially for the country.

Each successive A.G. has proven to be worse than the last. Holder, as far as I can gauge, has done NOTHING of ANY INTRINSIC  VALUE, investigatively or prosecutoral, which has been of benefit or redress to the U.S. taxpayer.  We may as well toss the 14th amendment right out the window, as our so-called "leaders" have done for us, in practice. Corzine IS the most egregious non-case yet, This whole place needs to BLOW!!! Holder will not resign, nor will he be asked to. He represents and protects with his very being the 1% and shits all over the rest of us. The buck stops nowhere. And these fucks have the nerve to tell us how to raise our children! (have you seen some of the bizarre PSA's made by the government to families across the U.S.)? NUKE 'EM ALL!!!

Nothing happened when he was caught in a lie about "Fast and Furious". Pulled a Schultz in front of Congress, but there was earlier videotape of BO saying that he had talked to him about it. Why do I think nothing is going to happen again - "Fast and Furious II' (or is it 7 now?)

Nice, lying under oath is a big crime... Unless you are "in the big club" off course, pretty sure Holder is in the club. Throw a big one to the wolves Bitchez?
