FaceBook Changes "Privacy" Features Once More

and for anyone unsure - because the lines between reality and surreality are ever-blurring - this is humor (h/t @JoshZumbrun).
* * *
What isn't, however, humor is the following updated statement from the company, just released:
- FACEBOOK: DON'T WORK DIRECTLY W/NSA TO PROACTIVELY GIVE DATA
- FACEBOOK: CO. GIVES MINIMUM AMOUNT OF INFO FROM GOVT. REQUESTS
Odd, because a few days ago, Zuckerberg said this:
- Zuckerberg: "Facebook is not and has never been part of any program to give the US or any other government direct access to our servers."
And unless we are very wrong, there is a bit of a difference between "never been part of any NSA program" and "not proactively giving data to the NSA." ... So, only unproactively?

My dick has a facebook account. I don't.
The key word is "direct". There's no direct access, it's indirect, but access is still access. Zuckerterd's defense is kind of like saying "I had my eyes shut when I raped her, therefore no wrong was committed".
I hope TPTB do not come to ZH demanding user data...
ZH got out of dodge a while ago. Very percient in hindsight.
Though re. NSA and ZH servers, I don't think ZH has much on servers that simply tapping the flow as it goes by wouldn't get them. They could get email adresses.
"Direct access to servers". Well, no.
A copy of the data on the servers? Sure!
