NSA, UK Spied On Politicians, Intercepted Emails, Eavesdropped On Russian President's Phone Calls

Tyler Durden's picture

The espionage scandal that keeps on giving has released its latest installment, once more courtesy of the Guardian, which on the eve of tomorrow's starting G-8 meeting reveals that foreign politicians and officials who took part in two G-20 summit meetings in London in 2009 had their computers monitored, their phone calls intercepted, and fake internet cafes were set up on the instructions of the British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), the sister organization to the US NSA.

Naturally, it wasn't just the GCHQ - according to the Guardian, during the 2009 G-20 meeting there was an NSA attempt to eavesdrop on then-Russian leader, Dmitry Medvedev, as his phone calls passed through satellite links to Moscow.

And while broad espionage allegations can be deflected by pretending by the rhetoric-endowed and teleprompter-aided that only terrorist threats were targeted, it will be very difficult to explain why the national information super spooks used every trick of the trade to spy on the so-called leaders of the developed world.

The disclosure raises new questions about the boundaries of surveillance by GCHQ and its American sister organisation, the National Security Agency, whose access to phone records and internet data has been defended as necessary in the fight against terrorism and serious crime. The G20 spying appears to have been organised for the more mundane purpose of securing an advantage in meetings. Named targets include long-standing allies such as South Africa and Turkey.

And like that, one more conspiracy theory is relegated to the "fact" bin, as those using the "tin foil, crack-pot conspiracy theorists" fallback, are slowly becoming the biggest laughing stock in town.

So who gave the green light for this blatant spying operation, which assuredly takes place at every meeting of the world's leading political (and other) dignitaries? Why that supreme gold top-tick timer himself, Gordon Brown:

There have often been rumours of this kind of espionage at international conferences, but it is highly unusual for hard evidence to confirm it and spell out the detail. The evidence is contained in documents – classified as top secret – which were uncovered by the NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden and seen by the Guardian. They reveal that during G20 meetings in April and September 2009 GCHQ used what one document calls "ground-breaking intelligence capabilities" to intercept the communications of visiting delegations.

The timing of today's release comes at a perfect time, just as yet another G-8 meeting is due to commence shortly in the UK:

The revelation comes as Britain prepares to host another summit on Monday – for the G8 nations, all of whom attended the 2009 meetings which were the object of the systematic spying. It is likely to lead to some tension among visiting delegates who will want the prime minister to explain whether they were targets in 2009 and whether the exercise is to be repeated this week.

What else did the revealed G-20 spying consist of:

  • Setting up internet cafes where they used an email interception programme and key-logging software to spy on delegates' use of computers;
  • Penetrating the security on delegates' BlackBerrys to monitor their email messages and phone calls;
  • Supplying 45 analysts with a live round-the-clock summary of who was phoning who at the summit;
  • Targeting the Turkish finance minister and possibly 15 others in his party;

It just goes downhill from there:

A briefing paper dated 20 January 2009 records advice given by GCHQ
officials to their director, Sir Iain Lobban, who was planning to meet
the then foreign secretary, David Miliband. The officials summarised
Brown's aims for the meeting of G20 heads of state due to begin on 2
April, which was attempting to deal with the economic aftermath of the
2008 banking crisis. The briefing paper added: "The GCHQ intent is to
ensure that intelligence relevant to HMG's desired outcomes for its
presidency of the G20 reaches customers at the right time and in a form
which allows them to make full use of it." Two documents explicitly
refer to the intelligence product being passed to "ministers".

GCHQ ragout 1

According to the material seen by the Guardian, GCHQ generated this
product by attacking both the computers and the telephones of delegates.

Most importantly, the bullshit excuse that spying by the GCHQ and the NSA, was being done to safeguard the safety and security of "the people" will no longer fly. And if anything, the latest set of disclosures should generate a diplomatic scandal of unprecedented proportions. Alas, in a world in which everyone is broke and reliant on the goodwill of the Fed, and by implication, the Fed's code breakers, the NSA, we wouldn't be surprised if nothing happens.

Other documents record apparently successful efforts to penetrate the security of BlackBerry smartphones: "New converged events capabilities against BlackBerry provided advance copies of G20 briefings to ministers … Diplomatic targets from all nations have an MO of using smartphones. Exploited this use at the G20 meetings last year."

The operation appears to have run for at least six months. One document records that in March 2009 – the month before the heads of state meeting – GCHQ was working on an official requirement to "deliver a live dynamically updating graph of telephony call records for target G20 delegates … and continuing until G20 (2 April)."

Another document records that when G20 finance ministers met in London in September, GCHQ again took advantage of the occasion to spy on delegates, identifying the Turkish finance minister, Mehmet Simsek, as a target and listing 15 other junior ministers and officials in his delegation as "possible targets". As with the other G20 spying, there is no suggestion that Simsek and his party were involved in any kind of criminal offence. The document explicitly records a political objective – "to establish Turkey's position on agreements from the April London summit" and their "willingness (or not) to co-operate with the rest of the G20 nations".

The September meeting of finance ministers was also the subject of a new technique to provide a live report on any telephone call made by delegates and to display all of the activity on a graphic which was projected on to the 15-sq-metre video wall of GCHQ's operations centre as well as on to the screens of 45 specialist analysts who were monitoring the delegates.

"For the first time, analysts had a live picture of who was talking to who that updated constantly and automatically," according to an internal review.

A second review implies that the analysts' findings were being relayed rapidly to British representatives in the G20 meetings, a negotiating advantage of which their allies and opposite numbers may not have been aware: "In a live situation such as this, intelligence received may be used to influence events on the ground taking place just minutes or hours later. This means that it is not sufficient to mine call records afterwards – real-time tip-off is essential."

The surveillance got so far as reading people's emails at the same time as they typed!

One document refers to a tactic which was "used a lot in recent UK conference, eg G20". The tactic, which is identified by an internal codeword which the Guardian is not revealing, is defined in an internal glossary as "active collection against an email account that acquires mail messages without removing them from the remote server". A PowerPoint slide explains that this means "reading people's email before/as they do".

End result: a very grateful GCHQ:

In the week after the September meeting, a group of analysts sent an internal message to the GCHQ section which had organised this live monitoring: "Thank you very much for getting the application ready for the G20 finance meeting last weekend … The call records activity pilot was very successful and was well received as a current indicator of delegate activity

"It proved useful to note which nation delegation was active during the moments before, during and after the summit. All in all, a very successful weekend with the delegation telephony plot."

And now we go back to your regularly scheduled prime-time soap opera tragicomedy for idiots, in which the protagonists read from teleprompters advising the same idiots, that only terrorist suspects are targeted by the totalitarian superstate, and that no matter what, one should trust the government - after all they are only here to help you.

You understand business, right? Fuck me, golly gosh, The Guardian is also trying to make bank while doing this, in a very tough market.

Shit, I forgot how to Capitalism, remind me again how it goes? [They're RSA members - they're "left" progressive, but they're still Capitalists, ffs. They're essentially what the Democrats were about 100 years ago]

A) all this fake 'it's so surprising' crap is just bullshit. It's just stuff to sell ads and newspapers.

Or,

B) you truly didn't know that facefuck and the telecoms were collecting your data and still don't believe it. If that's the case you're too stupid to live.

Please explain to me how The Guardian selling ads negatively impacts you.

Or if it's option B), are you going to be the one to terminate the lives of those "too stupid to live"?

Like it or not we are in a battle for the hearts and minds of the "stupid".  It is the only way to get rid of TPTB, and even then it's a stuggle that is unpredictable.

For this reason, the more revelations the better.

Seems like the Reich is barely even trying to find excuses to spy & go to war now. They just have to say you've done blah blah blah and that's it. No evidence required, just throw you into a cell, launch a missile at you or overthrow your non-kosher government.

I still don't know what's legit or propaganda regarding these leaks, but in the meantime, here's some art imitating life (?), where The Guardian's reporter, Simon Ross, gets whacked (at Waterloo Station, nonetheless) by the NSA, due to utterance of the program code word 'blackbriar:'

There is just one problem: What Edward Snowden had previously revealed about NSA spying on americans could've (maybe, far fetched, but maybe) fallen under whistleblower protection laws. He should've stopped there. Revealing what non-US citizens NSA has spied one (which is NSA's actual mandate/job) is pretty obvious and clear-cut treason, however.

Doubly stupid since it's so obvious, this is why intelligence agencies exist for, it's not exactly news or unexpected.

Isn't this what spies are, historically, tasked with doing?  I doubt anyone's agencies (especially the Russians') were idle during the G20 conference.  In fact, I'd be surprised if all the major powers don't have teams dedicated specifically to bugging the hell out of each others' delegates to every conference their own leaders attend.

The UN is a permanent bugfest and has been for years.  Anyone important in the UN holds their real conversations in the cafeteria, where it is noisy enough not to be overheard, or during a walk in the park (staying in motion to avoid directional microphones); the offices are for conversations that you know several different countries' intelligence agencies would hear.  Boutros Boutros Ghali, former SecGen, once said in an interview,

From the first day I entered my office they said, "Beware, your office is bugged, your residence is bugged and it is a tradition that the member states who have the technical capacity to bug will do it without any hesitation."  That would involve members of the Security Council. The perception is that you must know in advance that your office, your residence, your car, your phone is bugged.

Sure, the Germans and the Russians will make some noise publicly over the NSA intercepting their communications, but their own people are doing the exact same thing to everyone else. They know that everyone's intercepting anything they can.  See section 2.5, "The operations of certain intelligence services," of the EU Parliament's report on Echelon.

Putin is already pissed about Syria.  New revelations about spying by UK will piss him off more.  He may threaten to sell S-300 and Yakhont missiles to Iran.

Syrian Rebels Should Not Be Armed Putin Warns Cameron Ahead Of G8 Summit

Splits between Russia and the West burst into the open on Sunday when president Vladimir Putin issued a blunt warning not to arm Syrian rebels who "eat the organs" of their enemies.

Following talks in Downing Street with David Cameron, he said the brutal behaviour of the rebels was inconsistent with the "humanitarian and cultural values" of Europe.

While he strongly defended the supply of arms by Moscow to the "legitimate" government of Syrian president Bashar Assad, he also stressed that he wanted to achieve a diplomatic solution to the crisis.

Ok. Now this *will* get me killed. Been nice knowing you all.

The USA's two largest growing Religions are Mormonism and Scientology.

Utah is not an accident: the spooks love Mormons - ideologically indoctrinated, don't drink, no naughty sex, no drugs, no imagination, can't be turned, Missionary work to perfect language skills. It's a perfect homegrown task force (sadly, even after 20 years of "Missionary" work, their imaginations suck cock, but hey). Mitt Romney is a nice guy (no, really - he really is underneath all the spin, he's just incredibly sheltered like most Mormons), but Mormons don't get how to play dirty politics. (Israeli's? Fuck yes, they do. I love them for that bit of their genome. They're like super-sexy sneaky bastards, it's genius, never rag on them, they're great (apart from that racist shit, oh bollocks). If you doubt me here - nope, I really do love Israelis who aren't the Religious Fuckwit version. Deal with it).

Scientologists. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel. That's an issue.

What could control them, apart from Aliens? (Given the entire scam is driven by a 3rd rate SF writer).

p.s. The Real Aliens just want to go home, and are sick of being tortured for profit. Your species? Not a great Holiday destination. We hate you. We just want to be free. No, really. That's it. We're just as much slaves as you are. We just want to leave. (Listen hard). Oh, and the obligatory junk for being pro-Israeli? Tickles, just tickles. Re-read it. I love everyone, that's the job, yo.

That 3rd rate SF writer had deep genetic connections to master drug and slave traders, as well as to one of the most pernicious families in the hidden history of America. Also, the only Scientologists I know are high-level Masons.

The Mormons have been collecting a massive amount of genealogical information from everyone who innocently submitted their ancestry to the free online database (well, the parts they let you see, anyway....).

The Scientologists have been collecting a massive number of psychological profiles from everyone who innocently subjected themselves to a free 'reading'.

NASA of course claims they have 'lost' all the original video tapes of the 'moon landings' ...

For me I still can't quite have closure about the alleged 'six trips to the moon' in 1969-72 ... David McGowan's lengthy arguments that those events were filmed at the CIA's Laurel Canyon movie studios*, are quite compelling ... but damn, as a kid I thought they did it, ha!

---

A good version of the 'original NASA moon landing tape' is from the Onion - lots of coarse vulgar language, very funny

'Can you believe it? We are on the f-cking moon!'

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIkHLO93lCA

---

The moon landing hoax debate is fascinating ... for several decades, including 1969, the US government did have semi-secret state of the art movie studies in Laurel Canyon near Hollywood ... the same Laurel Canyon where many children of US military and intelligence agents - such as Jim Morrison and the Doors, Frank Zappa, The Mamas and the Papas and many others - were gathered for the CIA's programme of overnight inventing the 'hippie' movement to make sure the US anti-war movement was sidetracked into drugs and hedonism and eccentric behaviour

Re Laurel Canyon and how all those 'great 60s music groups' in America were military and intelligence agency children, who often had little musical background, as well as the Moon Hoax arguments, the best expert is David McGowan

---

*The really great but lengthy summary of the 'moon landings were a hoax' argument by David McGowan, 'Wagging the Moondoggie' - much better and more thorough than it sounds - starting here:

http://davesweb.cnchost.com/Apollo1.html

My mantra - is it a conspiracy? let's compare & contrast:

Moon missions: they were sending men to moon like there was no tomorrow and even rode around in buggies. The logistics of multi-phase dockings for each stage just adds exponential risk let alone the computing power, fuel, no pics of stars, etc. (why didn't michael collins take pics of the heavens whilst on the dark side of the moon?)

Now look at recent manned space missions...only low-orbit flights with space shuttle and ISS and China did their first EVA in '08. Mars buggy with no humans was a technical feat and many missions failed.

And more importantly, why haven't we been back there? The moon would be an important stepping-stone base to venture beyond.

I've read 'Wagging the Moondoggie'; it's an excellent and compelling read.

Is it so hard to believe that this was also a lie compared to the audacity of corruption they conduct with contemt for those that question?

what i like about this truly epic scandal is it shows, contrary to popular misconception, that there is no 'New World Order' signed, sealed or even close to delivery

corruption is not a given, it is in a constant state of new spying, new extortion and new blackmailing as this snoppy dirty behaviour on other global politicos demonstrates very clearly

all we have to do lads is break the camels back ....kill the ratchet and unfund spying glasses paid for by you and me in taxes that these ultra paranoid sociopaths use to constantly extort wealth and influence

the camels back is Govt ...the straw that kills it stone cold dead is not paying tax

Zero Tax = Zero Govt = 99% reduction in Corruption and the biggest criminal enterprise in history we (they) call "democracy"

Govt is 100% steaming bullshit from head to toe.. stop paying tax and funding these cretins literally insane global chess games

You started out well enough but you've become the most incomprehensible blogger on the Internet.

It's as if you're talking in tongues all the while trying to impress your beltway neighbor folk with how witty you are and ever looking looking for a way to bring Sartre into the discussion.

Hell, compared to you even FOFOA appears pithy & taciturn.

Sartre's most famous quote was about "les autres."  I guess to Jean-Paul being alone was the essence of heaven - never really comprehended that.  Here's to your health and that of your democracy and being the "most" at whatever you choose.  Thanks from the bottom of my internet.

Oddly enough, I found your latest effort to be significantly less opaque than many prior ones. And I dare not tell how much personal data mid-level civil servants are willing to sell to private industry, if the price is right.

But, anyway, keep up the blogging in whichever manner you choose. Your prose requires one to think, and offers many pearls for those who can.

Hoover's first battle as a young policeman was against the 'socialists'/'communists' blowing up innocent people; the bolshevik types who had ruined Russia in order to replace the czar with their nazionism, funded by the Rothschild led Zionist Congress who are economic marauders, using any land for their sociopathic love of money and power; the money changers who Jesus threw out of the Temple.

Their main scream media did not show the pictures of orthodox rabbis meeting with the former Iranian President in New York, and thanking him for assisting their jewish tradition.

The AshkeNAZI are fake; no more jewish than a Morman; no more faithful to this Republic than any economic migrant, as George Soros major funder of the Democrats shows by his actions, and globalist agenda which wants to make everyone a slave to the failed Internationale.

American jews should stop defending nazionists, and remember that nazionists funded Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, and now send American jobs and money overseas.

Sun, 06/16/2013 - 19:18 | 3663525 bank guy in Brussels

There is still something very suspicious here about Snowden and the Guardian

(1) It seems like there have been about five previous NSA whistleblowers over the past decade, saying the same thing as Snowden (Mark Klein, Adrienne Kinne, William Binney, a couple more)

Yet Snowden gets the deluxe star treatment - all the others were stuck on the 'conspiracy' websites ... and Snowden is repeating what Binney and others said, with just more detail and 'colour'

(2) We have millionaire journalist Mika Brzezinski pumping Snowden, the daughter of master warmonger Zbigniew 'Great Game - Grand Chessboard' Brzezinski, Obama friend and advisor, Trilateral Commission grandfather, central US Shadow Government figure with Rockefellers, Henry Kissinger, Bilderbergs etc

While Mika's brother Ian Brzezinski has been working with Snowden at the CIA-NSA company Booz Allen ... Ha !

(3) The UK Guardian is a criminally corrupt bribe-taking newspaper, with criminal charge complaints registered against them in Europe for taking bribes to publish fake 'news' against another political refugee from the US, and helping to plant lies on Wikipedia ... a legal case about this pending here

The Guardian and another CIA-tied newspaper, the New York Times, ran up the hype about Julian Assange and then dumped him and started smearing him, on cue, exactly like under orders ... Brazilian journalist Pepe Escobar just commented on this hypocrisy too « « The UK Guardian's position is more dubious; it badly wants to crack the American market, but at the same time solemnly ditched, even smeared, Julian Assange after it got what it wanted from him »

It's really still an open question on Edward Snowden ... it could be the ultimate managed psy-op ... a 'limited hang-out' getting people adjusted to fascism, or other purposes yet unknown

True, bank guy.

The Grauniad is notoriously treacherous, and champagne socialist. They serve one agenda: globalism for their masters. Promoting Snowden serves some ulterior purpose. Perhaps make him acceptable as a refugee in some country which the nazionists want to infiltrate further?

Beware, Iceland. Best retract that offer to assist this so called 'whistleblower' whose only exceptional quality is that he gets more support from the main scream media like the Grauniad - the same Grauniad who applauded former British Prime Mentalist Gordon Brown using anti-terror laws wrongfully against Iceland when private banks went bust, ruined Iceland, and Brown wanted Icelanders to pick up the bill.

PS

For American readers, The Guardian is known as the Grauniad in Britain because of its chronic typos, and other routine errors. It is a nursery slope for wannabe journos, and their handlers. It is a die hard dystopia.

Sun, 06/16/2013 - 18:23 | 3663405 Jack Burton
Jack Burton's picture

A small group of elite Americans and some of their foreign allies have taken it upon themselves to put the vast majority of ordinary citizens into the catagory of potential enemies of the elites agenda. Their power agenda, thei wealth accumulation agenda and their total control agenda. In their quest for power they have branded us all enemies of the state, we are now allowed to live a semi free life as long as we can prove to their spy masters that we are loyal to the elite agenda. This is shades of the Soviet Union's former attitude to the Soviet People's, it also reflects the Orwellian world of "1984", a world where all are suspect and all must be watched and spied upon and all conversation recorded.

The reason we are told is for our protection, they are keeping us safe. This of course is a hoax and a lie. They have a new agenda that goes with their globalisation agenda, they are now super national entities, the elites are loyal to their own power and wealth, nations are simply a means to their ends now. In that way all the world's peoples must be spied upon, must be held in check by police forces, spy agencies, secret police and a vast record size military complex. NATO is now their tool, no longer an agent of defense, they are a force for control and for conquest. Ask the 100K dead Syrians, who are under attack by a force of NATO hired terrorists, what happens to any nation not yet taken into the corporate control of the western financial and banking elites.

This spy scandal is immune to partisan politics. Meaning that we all know that under Obama or McCain/Romney, the same level of spying would be underway. The parties serve an eltie that consists of the major corporate heads, the major trading firms, the major Hedge Funds, the military industrial complex, Israeli interests in all their forms and both old and new money. They have banded together and purchased the US government via bribes, sometimes called campaign contributions. Lobby operations hand out millions free of charge as well. Corporation are free to hand out billions in bribes and it is all legal.

The bottom line as I see it is that a collection of the financial and military elites now fear the people of the nations they operate in. This fear causes them to create the vast spy and prison networks, pass the Patriot Act which ended constitutional law in the USA and to set the military and secret police free across the globe to kill anyone that they feel stands in the way of consolidation of wealth and power into a new aristocracy. Or more properly, a new incarnation of a Soviet Style of government. Fascism, communism, oligarcy, they take the best from each and impose it on us all. To argue differently flies in the face of all the evidence.

The 2008 financial meltdown has resulted in more wealth than ever going to the top and less and less to the 99%. Power is consolidated in fewer hands and secret police and spys are growing in numbers and powers.

All this while the USA media claims economic recovery and the spread of freedom and democracy both at home and abroad. The media are in the pay of this same elite. The media are terrible liars, and more people than ever can see through the propaganda, mostly thanks to the interent. I advise everyone to watch them now move against internet freedom, to hand the net over to corporate control and government censorship. When we see them grab for internet control, then the game is truly over.

The elites are gearing up for big wars. Syria now, Iran later and Russia as the ultimate target of the next decade. China's stance in all this is the only big question mark. Also the level that Russia is prepared to resist is the other big question mark. I think Syria will reveal how serious Russia is in it's intent to defend itself from NATO take over.

The next few years will be filled with war, economic crackup and expanded police state measures. We see it already, no informed person can deny that the USA is now a full on police state. Internationally, NATO is prepared to back Al-Qaeda and other known terrorists to advance their power. The war on terror is a joke, it is just an excuse to advance the domestic police state and to kill at will in foreign lands.

This is not your Father's America, it is a totally NEW entity, it is different than what your media tells you it is. CNN and the others are liars, 24/7 lies. None of this will end well for most Americans.

Benjamin Franklin was already an elder statesman at the time of the American Revolution. And his years had certainly brought him wisdom, for he knew of the Jews' nature, and he had the courage to warn his fellows about them. Benjamin Franklin's warning to the Constitutional Convention in 1789 concerning the Jews has been called a marvel of prophecy. But, really, Franklin was only giving voice to an opinion, informed by his knowledge of the Jewish people. This prophecy was recorded by Charles Pinckney of Charleston, South Carolina, and the original notes of Mr. Pinckney are said to be held at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia.

"I fully agree with General Washington, that we must protect this young nation from an insidious influence and impenetration. The menace, gentlemen, is the Jews. In whatever country Jews have settled in any great numbers, they have lowered its moral tone; depreciated its commercial integrity; have segregated themselves and have not been assimilated; have sneered at and tried to undermine the Christian religion upon which that nation is founded by objecting to its restrictions; have built up a state within a state; and when opposed have tried to strangle that country to death financially, as in the case of Spain and Portugal.

"For over 1700 years the Jews have been bewailing their sad fate in that they have been exiled from their homeland, they call Palestine. But, Gentlemen, should the world today give it to them in fee simple, they would at once find some cogent reason for not returning. Why? Because they are vampires, and vampires do not live on vampires. They cannot live only among themselves. They must subsist on Christians and other people not of their race.

"If you do not exclude them from these United States, in this Constitution in less than 200 years they will have swarmed in such great numbers that they will dominate and devour the land, and change our form of government, for which we Americans have shed our blood, given our lives, our substance and jeopardized our liberty.

"If you do not exclude them, in less than 200 years our descendants will be working in the fields to furnish them sustenance, while they will be in the counting houses rubbing their hands. I warn you, Gentlemen, if you do not exclude the Jews for all time, your children will curse you in your graves. Jews, Gentlemen, are Asiatics; let them be born where they will, or how many generations they are away from Asia, they will never be otherwise. Their ideas do not conform to an American's, and will not even though they live among us ten generations. A leopard cannot change its spots.

"Jews are Asiatics, they are a menace to this country if permitted entrance and should be excluded by this Constitution."

I concur, this was a great post. Really sums things up.

I especially agree with this part: "The next few years will be filled with war, economic crackup and expanded police state measures. The war on terror is a joke, it is just an excuse to advance the domestic police state and to kill at will in foreign lands."

That last sentence is just spot-on.

The only thing I would add is that I think a lot more of this stuff is done in the name of commercial interests: Monsanto, Exxon, BP, GE, ADM, Halliburton, Phizer, Glaxo, etc, etc, etc.

Just look where US officials go to pasture, to reap what they have sown.

Spying took it's form to gather secret information on your enemies.  It appears everyone is The Enemy of the State.  If you sit down to play poker with a group how many times do you find out one of the players has an instantaneous view of your hand before you stop playing or kick them out?  So what your saying is that you just keep playing cards and just cut them slack?  This isn't exactly the way to foster cooperation and trust from world leaders nor the average citizen.   I suppose we are being openly told that keeping and protecting trust from society is of no concern nor relevant to them.

Well.. you forced my hand here:

so...here are a few Commonly Overlooked and Usually Unknown Home Computer Tips to help you determine if your PC is being compromised in real-time:

1. Connection Speed: if your computer seems to "slow down" for no apparent reason? Check the connection speed. A rather quick decrease in connection speed could indicate a real time screen reading access, keylogging, or other virtual machine or trojan running alongside your machine over a network or the internet... bandwith usage is a little more tricky to disguise like that.

2. Run your internet connection over a smart-phone hotspot? All of a sudden you don't have any internet connection. Why? Access to your machine via the hotspot router on your SmartPhone. Try turning off all tasks and applications on your SmartPhone to see if your internet connection "miraculously" restarts or speeds back up.

If you don't have a netstat app to detect connections on your SmartPhone you might think about gettng one. It shows the IP address of who or what is connecting to your phone. Then do an ARIN-Whois search to find out the entity accessing your phone. Yes. Some of those will be legit.

And key number three?

LISTEN to your hard drive! If it makes noises (like it is accessing) when it shouldn't? (Like when you're not on the internet, or not using the computer?..or maybe you're on your computer and hooked up to the internet but you don't have any apps running and none that should need to access your hard drive?

Possibly intrusion detected simply.

Just a few simple real-time intrusion detection tips for the masses.

Sometimes you might catch a mouse with them, if you know what you are looking for.

*BONUS TIP* - If you notice the aforementioned "speed decline differential" (maybe from 54mbps to say 36mbps)in your internet connection... try changing your SSID three or four times in rapid succession... along with the password and see if the decrease in internet speed stops.

Cheers

...no worries my friend.

One other thing. Most of the new machines are solid state drives which have no moving parts.

So... "listening" to hard drives is for old guys like me on old machines with even older operating systems.

The good news about old operating systems is that the "flashy kids" don't like hacking and playing with them so much. And some of them can't. Especially the "script kiddies". Because they don't write script kiddy hacking tools for Old Operating systems any more.

Obviously, the government is a completely different class of hacking.

You can also turn off (disable) MOST of the Windows services and still have a perfectly functional computer. Another little known fact about The Bloated Ones (Microsoft) operating systems.

If you get a free copy of Process Explorer (Google "Process Explorer download") you can check CPU usage of your running apps and also look at if that app has any internet connections. System files (like explorer.exe) should not have internet access (that is, TCP/IP connections).

Abnormally high (like 40 or 50%)or erratic real time CPU usage (you can see it on Process Explorer or even Task Manager) can also be an indicator of active hacking and real-time trojan access.

Two other things:

Having a hardware "stateful packet inspection" firewall (and learning how to use it correctly), and understanding how to modify default registry settings on Windows machines can "harden" your computer's "TCP/IP stack" (network connection protocol instructions)and prevent common hacking attacks. (too much detail to go into here).

Despite documented evidence, Britain still refuses to acknowledge that the 5th man in its infamous Cambridge spying ring was Victor Rothschild who recruited his contemporaries for zionism, and spied on Britain's Establishment in order to blackmail them, lured them into systematic child sex abuse using state care homes, hospitals, and places like Elm House in London which the likes of his peers Margaret Hodge Oppenheimer MP and former Home Secretary Leon Brittan helped to evade justice.

Nazionists have spied on politicians in every country, and blackmailed them into war, eugenics, crimes against humanity.

This NSA/GCHQ story is a clever attempt to blame it on modern technology, rather than its hateful nazionists, monarchy and vatican.

In my Yahoo and GMail signature places, I inserted George Washington's NSA disclaimer.

WARNING: The National Security Agency is likely recording and storing this communication as part of its unlawful spying programs on all Americans ... and people worldwide. The people who created the NSA spying program say that this communication - and any responses - can and will be used against the American people at any time in the future should folks in government decide to go after us for political reasons. And private information in digital communications may be given to big companies by the government.

Mass surveillance doesn't keep us safe, and even the top national security experts say that we don't need it. (They also say we should get a grip.)

No, it won't stop the NSA, but may make my recipients' more aware of what is going on.

I suggest using other e-mail software which isn't being monitored (yet) by NSA.

Before Snowden gets iced I want him to reveal every dirty little secret known on every major pol around the world, (all of the blackmail material that they have on one another). He could do this for the grand finale'.  Humiliate them all, the whole rotten lot.

But for us there is no happy ending.  In order for the parasites to die, the host must die, (at least a near death).  And then the remnants can rise like phoenix from the ashes, rid of the Orwellian Super State.

With 7 billion people and counting there simply are no happy endings, no exits stage right, free and clean.

Finally, someone is targeting the terrorists at the G20 meetings. Well done, Gordon Brown. Now lets find out the results of wiretapping United Nations delegates. If someone at the CIA wanted to smash the reputation of the electronic intelligence guys at the NSA and GCHQ, it is hard to imagine a better way than to have a so-called rogue agent give all the NSA secrets to the Guardian newspaper.  Quick, get Rep. Peter King to make another statement about aiding terrorists, except of course for King's friendly bombers in the Irish Republican Army

And now this which coincides with the former Prime Mentalist's reign:-

A former French foreign minister says Britain had been planning a war against Syria some two years before to the unrest broke out in the Arab country.

The statement by Roland Dumas came during a recent interview with French Parliamentary TV network, LCP.

“I’m going to tell you something. I was in England two years before the violence in Syria on other business. I met with top British officials, who confessed to me that they were preparing something in Syria,” said Dumas.

He continued by saying, “This was in Britain not in America. Britain was organizing an invasion of rebels into Syria. They even asked me, although I was no longer minister for foreign affairs, if I would like to participate.”

Responding to a question on the motive behind inciting violence in Syria, Dumas said, "Very simple! With the very simple aim! To overthrow the Syrian government, because in the region, it's important to understand, that the Syrian regime makes anti-Israeli talk,” said Dumas

The former foreign minister added that he had been told by an Israeli prime minister a long time ago that Tel Aviv would seek to “destroy” any country that did not “get along” with it in the region.

Nazionism, made in Britain with the help of its Rothschild German and French banks.

The lies never end for the international financiers of old Europe.

Now their Kate Middleton jewess will give birth to the next British brat, for the House of Saxe-Coburg nazionists who re-branded themselves as Windsor after WWI.

Same old lies. New names.

Meanwhile, ordinary jews, gentiles and people of other faiths and secularists continue to be ruined by the new feudalists, the same old nazionism, monarchies, vatican, hofjuden.

Why this BLOG?

For my small part, I have decided to do everything in my power to try educating friends, family, and associates that want to hear, so that they too can make preparations for what lies ahead, but I am nothing short of absolutely amazed at how naïve people are.  I take breaks, from time to time, because I don’t seem to be helping and it gets frustrating, but then somebody will call and ask, hey, add my buddy to your e-mail list, and it seems to make sense again, I don’t know!  I have also seen firsthand the impact on others, and their decisions.

So, for what it’s worth, here goes, trying to pull it all together, Part 1…

What we are witnessing is in fact an Oligarchy “setup” that was planned Centuries ago when the Money Changers sold their souls to the Devil (quite literally, I believe).  The US Constitution is the only thing on the Planet that stands in their way of total, Global control, and THAT is why we see an all-out attack on it, the Bill of Rights, and the systematic dismantling of our society and moral fiber.  We have become a dumbed down, doped up, freeloading/dependent society and it is very much on purpose.  It frustrates me to even talk with most people as the conversation and understanding is so hollow.

While reading this, keep in mind what fate has befallen societies before us…

More than 200 years ago, 1787, Edward Gibbon wrote a book called Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. For 20 years he studied the Roman Empire trying to find out how a nation or an empire could be so great and then suddenly collapse. How could that happen? It’s hard not to think of our country when you read the five reasons he came up with.

Five reasons for the fall of the great dynasty.

  • First: Rapid increase of divorce, with the undermining of the sanctity of the home, which is the basis of society.
  • Second: Higher and higher taxes; the spending of money for bread and celebrations.
  • Third: The mad craze for pleasure, sports becoming every year more exciting and more brutal.
  • Fourth: The building of gigantic armaments, when the real enemy was within; the decadence of the people.
  • Fifth: The decay of religion; faith fading into mere form, losing touch with life, and becoming impotent to guide it.

To understand who, watch the best historical documentary I have ever seen here:http://larouchepac.com/node/11851

Gold and silver were such powerful money during the founding of the United States of America that the founding fathers declared that only gold or silver coins can be “money” in America.

What followed was nothing short of an amazing “takeover” read:

The Coming Battle
By M.W. Walbert

First published in 1899, republished for the first time in 100 years!  The Coming Battle documents from congressional records, newspaper reports and writings by the founding fathers and others, a chronology of events long forgotten that shaped our fledgling nation from 1776 to 1899. Read about the manipulation of our money and its supply, the intentional creation of recessions, depressions and panics, the manipulation of the stock markets, and the demonetization of silver.

Read excerpts from all the chapters

A breathtaking history told in the words of a contemporary witness to these events. The complete early histories of the creation of the Federal Reserve. This masterpiece reveals how the banking money power and corporate interests, partnering with government, set up a framework to exploit American workers.

Lost for 100 years!

You can buy it here:

What followed on the monetary front is documented very well by G. Edward Griffin, in “The Creature From Jekyll Island” and of course led to the ratification of “The Federal Reserve”

You can buy this on Amazon…

As someone else pointed out, the only kind of outrage any global leader can affect is the kind evinced by Renault in Casablanca.  "I'm shocked, shocked...". These latest "revelations" are dog bites man in their degree of novelty. There never was a conspiracy here.  The writer might be careful here and not miss the quintessential IQ Test question:  If most Ogs are Sogs, and all Sogs are Blogs, then all Ogs are Blogs...True or False?  Venn Diagrams, baby.

I hack you, you hack me, so what the hack (on a govt to govt level).  Name one government that doesn't endeavor to hack both its enemies and its friends, and I'll show you either a hopeless Third World hellhole or a liar.  The rest is either feigned outrage, or jealousy, because somebody does it better.  Hack, even Iran is pretty darn good at it, maybe a Global Top Five.

The issue from which people should not lose focus is not govt-to-govt spying/hacking, but govt-to-citizen.  And if that cannot be stopped, then it is up to all of us to hack them.  Anthony Weiner ain't the only one of our "leaders" who has (had) stuff to hide.  Time to open an account with Endgame Systems.
