Obama Statement On Zimmerman Verdict: "Death Of Trayvon Martin Was A Tragedy"
The White House released a statement on Sunday afternoon from President Obama in response to the jury’s verdict in the murder trial of George Zimmerman. Below is the President’s unedited statement:
"The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy. Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America. I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher. But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken. I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son. And as we do, we should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to widen the circle of compassion and understanding in our own communities. We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin."

I skipped grad school--would have been Harvard, Penn or like for MBA. 30 years hence the consequences are still real. Namely, we are happily married and our daughter is married with two great kids. Those kids, 4 and 7, are amazingly talented--seriously, I see much promise. I live four miles away and see the kids several times a week. I never leave them without telling them, "You are a gift from God."

All the blacks in power (Obama, Eric, etc.) should use this time of reflection to brainstorm on how to strip people of some more rights.
And this is only the beginning, with all the single parent black households in US (black children without a father figure) and with leaders that are pushing towards a racial war, cases like this will become the norm.

And don't blame the blacks for doing what they're encouraged to do, blame the assholes running the media, banks, government (including "education"), and the legal system. Guess who? On the surface this is actually the only reasonable and morally coherent thing I've ever heard obozo utter. The problem is however as we alll know, obozo is a lie. Now if this turns into a national focus on the promotion of decent values, respect for life in general, teaching of the non-aggression principle, a radical (not costly) transformation of urban education camps (public 'schools'), a program to end the Fed, cease all aggressive foriegn interventionism and the return to a metals standard monetary system.....I'll reconsider my opinion of obozo and the puppeteers running him from behind the curtain.
