White House On Lockdown After Male Threw Firecrackers Over North Fence

In a day of tragedy in the nation's capital, and with everyone understandably on edge especially around the White House, things just keep getting weirder:

However, there is good news: it was only firecrakers this time:

According to preliminary reports the male in question was not Larry Summers.
