Has anyone taken a look at the gold supply/demand tab on that site? Says global demand for gold is 155,983,506. If you then look at Gold/Precious Metal Reserves it shows the global production for gold. As of today, the end of Q3, we see that only 71,394,590 (and counting) oz have been produced this year. I dont see the 4th Quarter having over 100% the production of the previous 3 quarters.... Where are the ounces coming from? Reserves?

When Congress passed vehicle mileage standards for Light trucks (Chevy S-10 or a Ford Ranger) this was done as a incentive to buy these vehicles used in business and you got special write-offs for doing so. And GM lobbied Congress to include the Hummer as a high-mileage vehicle. These are a total write-off for these businesses.
Moral of story - An accountant does'nt cost money. He makes you money. A layman starting out the first thing he does is run ads. Wrong. Get a good accountant first. It matters not what you are paid if you do not protect that and use it to grow thru tax strategy.
That should work pretty well - if you don't pay your taxes, they won't be able to fund the police force and so they won't even be able to arrest you!

I have a different idea. How about dissolving the entire government, let a month pass and then restart the Federal government from scratch in a month or so ... no hurry.
State and local governments will still exist and companies and individuals will be encouraged to come up with their own solution to issues, such as the lack of an FAA.
People, companies and agencies dependent on Federal dollars will either have to come up with other funding or close.
How about we just start with a clean slate, make the Constitution and Bill of Rights "black letter law", and go from there?

I agree with you that white collar crimes (no pun intended) are largely unenforced. But your use of the word cracker does little for your case. You may want to dig in the thesaurus for better descriptive words.
On one side the Obamacare crap is good, you can get insurance if your sick.... and you can't lose it when you get sick.
On the other side, since most people (most young people anyway) will be forced to choose between a petty fine or an extremely expensive health-care plan, most young people will opt out and pay the fine or ignore the fine and take it to court if they have the time, which means that premiums will keep getting jacked up to hit up the morons who did sign up for money till they rage quit their insurance.
In the end, a few people who would of normally been denied insurance will get some kinda health-care (if they can afford one or two payments).
And
Everyone else will probably have no insurance (because its too expensive to maintain.)
In the end, I think its going to be cheaper to just pay for medical treatment out of pocket than it would be to have insurance under Obama care.
Thats the problem.
The only way a Nationalized Health Care system can work with 300,000,000 people is if all the hospitals and doctors are nationalized and all doctors and practitioners work for the govt. (the death of private practices really).... and to have "no insurance" system at all, just a system where the costs of health care for the masses is paid for by the state directly no matter what the patient needs.
Just make health insurance illegal as an industry, lay everyone off and nationalize it.... under Obama care its inevitable that the insurance companies will be receiving some kinda of bailout/compensation.... and health care costs will sky-rocket.
From the design of the plan, I would say the intention was not to make health-care affordable, but to raise the income tax by another 1~2% without actually raising the income tax.... because the fine is 1%~2% of your income.... or 100$ or w.e is greater.....
So the income tax just went up another 2% give or take from Obama care.... and in return YOU MIGHT get health care of some sorts (probably shit health care) . . .
IDK the whole thing stinks.
Id rather see them slash govt spending, lower the income tax this way people can have more money to spend on health-care opposed to trying to force everyone to buy a shit product they dont want for a shit ton of money....
I guess we will see what happens, these kind of suedo govt economics always have unintended consequences.....
My plan if Obama care is implemented is to not buy it and ignore the fine and force them to take me to court for it honestly............. make it as expensive as possible for them to collect the fine so that in the end they just give up (if they have to hire a lawyer 1000$ retainer to collect a 1000$ fine from me, im sure common sense will kick in and they will just fucking give up the claim . . . )
The only way that this can "work" is if premiums are locked to inflation (cap them/price controls) and the fine is over 20,000$.... which is just crazy, because if it comes down to that, im sure a lot of people would evade the fine or leave the country.... because at that point its insanity.

TO ME the best solution is to subsidize doctors for taking patients with no insurance at all!
IE: If a treatment ranges for 300$ to treat a patient (dental or w.e) give the doctor a tax deducation of 30% if he treats the patient for 210$ cash/check no insurance.
WALLA you just slashed health care costs by 30%.
.O/C you need some kind of over-sight.... it would have to be the job of the IRS to make sure doctors are not over-stating the cost of treatment, (IE: Peg the "avg cost of treatment to 40% above cost of materials (gloves/drugs/time).
Honestly, it would just be better if there was no insurance at all and everyone paid out of pocket, doctors would have to lower their prices to retain customers (duh free market).
Insurance is like student loans, BOOM YOU CREATED STUDENT LOANS now 100,000,000 more kids attend school to earn worthless degrees and the influx of demand drove the price of school up 2000% so no one can afford going to school WITHOUT A LOAN!
So you took a system where people who wanted to go to school could work, save, and pay their way through school, and you turned it into a system where kids BORROW 50 GRAND + to attend school to earn a degree in some garbage field like philosophy and history.......................................... or worst ELA!
