With 54 voting Aye (and 46 against), the Senate has enough votes to kill the house proposal to delay Obamacare and send it back to the House. What happens next, only Vince Gilligan knows.

From this point on the USA is just a place to visit, like Disney Land and the local Pub. It's not a serious place to live and believe you won't be screwed over by someone or something. It's become a vacation, and places like Vietnam, Myranmar, Portugal, Ireland, and a lot of others are home. The healthcare won't bankrupt you and rents are OK. It's going to be a long time, I think, before the USA becomes home again for many people.
